Great reception staff! We were welcomed with freshly made juice and brought little treats throughout our stay. Any time we asked for assistance or more water there was no issues. Great location near major walking street. Twelve minute walk to Galata Tower. The facilities were wonderful. Delightful breakfast with a variety of salads, meats, cheeses, and local dishes. We would definitely come back to stay in the future!

Located near to Taksim Square. Easy access to metro. During 7 nights of stays they only changed towels 2 times, and full cleaning one time. The bottled water, tea & coffee need to request at the front desk.
The room was spacious and view was nice. But the bathroom quite smelly. The front desk said there are construction beside the hotel.
You can cook at the room too. They provide all the pan and cooking utensils there. Good for traveller that on a tight budget.
So there are good and bad staying here.
But i would say overall is ok and bearable.

I visited Istanbul from USA and this is my review! This hotel is very clean and kid friendly! It’s a must you stay here if you ever visit Taksim, Istanbul. This hotel is in the perfect location, A lot of good food nearby, shopping nearby, grocery stores and mosque. When I arrived the receptionist told me there were no rooms left although I had a reservation 10 days prior to my stay.
He took me to another nearby hotel called Havana and told me the owner is the same.
I went with him and the second receptionist is the worst, he had a pissed face and after openin the room it looked very beautiful with new amenities but a very bad smell was there he started closing the curtains and when I asked him to open the window he did but warned me not to open the curtains as there were families living in the front of us and that it was disrespectful, like I was gonna ***** in front of them, so I have to keep the curtains closed and a dark room without the possibility to see when the day rose, this is a first.
I want book again with them as I don’t appreciate people that are not professional and keep freestyling in management.

There was so much good about this motel! Neat place!! The room was very cozy and VERY small! No big deal at all. The bed had a nice, hard mattress (which I love) and comfy pillows. The shower had plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. The maid service was nothing short of outstanding. Very friendly and excellent at keeping the room neat and tidy. The room temp was easy to regulate. The breakfast had a great variety of choices. There is something here for anyone's taste. Lots of great breads and jams, too. Loved everything about this place. The front desk could not have been more helpful. They were friendly and enjoyed engaging in conversation. This hotel is close to the tram and, of course, the shopping options are innumerable. Highly recommended!!

Everything about rixos tersane hotel is just exceptional.
The staff is so polite helpful and welcoming.
They made our stay exceptional staying at the hotel was just like a dream. We love how they arranged work shop for the kids for the whole day.
i really can not describe how much we loved every minute of our stay in the hotel and how we loved the everyone in the staff espically Mr.Volkan who was really helpful with our stay if we decide to stay again in the hotel it is beacuse of Mr.Volkan, he’s so welcoming thoughtful and kind person thank you very much for your service.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

Location is not very convenient. Room service food is average at best. Several times the bed sheets and cover was still wet when they replaced them. Room is very small. Rooftop bar plays good music. Breakfast is the same everyday. The best experience we had with this hotel was the doorman. Overall experience was below average.

AAries TravellerWe stay in Crowne for 2 night. We arrived a little bit early and the lady let us checked in slightly early and they even upgraded our room ( we are very lucky).
They have lots of option for breakfast. The tram station is 5 minutes walk. You can get around the city with tram.
We will come back to Crowne after our Konya and Cappadocia trip. It's definitely worth it to stay in this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuOur stay was really pleasant and nice. The location of the hotel is great! Really close to all of the monuments, the city centre and good restaurants. You have everything you need on the same street. The staff is always friendly! At the reception Selim was really welcoming and helpful and also the guys at the breakfast service Mehmet and Yalain :) ( I hope I wrote the names right) The cleaning service also really good! At general a lovely stay for our first time in Istanbul.

Close to the metro station.
The meeting was friendly.
When we had found in our kitchen no forks we ordered but the waiting time to fix the problem was too long.
Additionally, there were no spoons, no wine opener, no hair dryer
The room climate was a little cold.
In the room you can hear noise coming from the street even though we were living on the 27 floor.
Internet connection was unstable.
A bed in the bedroom was 1,4m but on Trip.com was stated that it’s 1,8m
No TV set in the bedroom
Because of the bed size we wanted to move to another room on the day however all the rooms we checked had smoke smell so we decided to stay at the room.
Swimming pool facilities not good. Need to be renovated.
The view from the hotel room was nice.

PPengguna TetamuA good and clean place with breathtaking view from balcony. Hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist spot like Istiklal Street. They serve a variety of tasty breakfast. Plus free coffee. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. We highly recommend checking this place if you happen to visit Istanbul.

PPengguna TetamuI have just come back from staying for 2 weeks at Homelike. Lovely and clean, central and reception staff were amazing along with housekeeping. The staff could not have been friendlier or done any more for me. As I was travelling alone I felt safe and well looked after. I will definitely be going back and would recommend it to anyone. THANK YOU HOMELIKE!
