Not a good hotel for those with little kids. Hotel is not accommodating at all. Our daughter wouldn’t sleep in the night due to being sick and the hotel staff just gave me grief.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels around the world but this is on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The location is great, the room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Especially Mustafa Emrah, he deserves to be the best employee of the year. He went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Exceptional service! Thank you so so much!
I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

I don’t believe it is a 4 star hotel and this should be reviewed.
No sound proof rooms, you can hear anything from any rooms.
Kettle was not working in the room.
Drinking waters were not replaced if not asked (it should because tap water is not drinkable and it was confirmed that water bottles are supplied on daily basis)
Quite of an embarrassing moment when that ALPHA kind of male in the reception didn’t allow my friend to get in the hotel at the night he arrived, even though the room was double and for 2 people. They were asking for MORE money! (Of course they looked again at the booking and saw we were right).
👉🏻👉🏻there is NO breakfast in the hotel.👈🏻👈🏻
The younger receptionist was always a gentleman, same attitude all the rest on reception duty should have.

Mon séjour a ete pour 5 nuit, les chambres sont trop petit, et si quelqu'un cri dehors, ou dans la chanbre voisine, on peu facilement l entendre, les portes ne sont pas sound proof.
Par rapport a la propreté, le drat du lit n est pas changer chaque jour, le 4iem nuit on a constater que le drat etait unpeu sale, il on simplememt arranger le lit et non changer les drats et le couvre-oreiller.
Par rapport a son emplacement, il est situer dans un corridor peu serebet peu populaire, mais non loin du carré Taksim, qualité prix et emplacement est peu raisonnable.
Le service etait parfait, le transport aéroport hotel etait acceptable (on a atendu une dizaine de minute avant l arriver du taxi mais au retour tous etait parfais) j ai commander une decoration, elle etait peu chere mais cetait jolie, et il on même accepter de quiter la chambre a 13h30 or cetait prevu pour midi, mais ume soirée il mon demander de régler le reste du montant et ceque j ai pas trop apprécier car d habitube on regle le dernier jour, cequi ma étonné a par sa tout est jolie

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, the hotel is very clean and bedsheets are changed daily. It has all the basic facilities one requires when travelling. The neighbourhood is safe and literally a 5 minute walk to the metro station and a further 5 mins and your in taksim square. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

It gets four star because I thought this was a property with breakfast in the morning- that’s why I booked but unfortunately it didn’t…
Other than that the hotel itself was really nice and friendly, and just know that housekeeping is only there until 3 pm 😂
