Ulasan Terra Boa Hotel Boutique

My family and i just came back from 6 days vacation in Itacaré.What a special little beach town.We stayed at Terra Boa and loved it! Close to all the beaches and fun places Itacaré has to offer.They serve breakfast and it’s pretty good with a variety of brazilian dishes and juices .Rooms were very clean .Pool and spa are gorgeous and clean. Employees were very helpful and friendly.My only complaints are that they charge for afternoon coffee and pool/beach towels and that’s why only 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️They are extremely strict about towels But I definitely would stay there again!

Very nice pousada. The patio and pool area are very green, with lush vegetation and flowers. The room was a good size and had a terrace with a hamac overlooking the pool area and patio. Breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit, juices and tapiocas. Location is very good, within walking distance to the beach and town. The staff were nice and welcoming, particularly Bruna. There was a tour company representative in the lobby who gave us very good advice on activities.

Good hotel/pousada, it has a great leisure area with a decent size pool, a bar within the pool, a spa space, a mini gym, and a pool table, sauna, kids play area. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable enough to get a good night sleep. There is a veranda with a hammock to relax, that said the door to the varanda needs fixing as it appears it would break when trying to open. The breakfast was satisfactory, recommend the quiche de frango, rabanada, and the tapioca. I recommend to offer more options of juices. Although every morning during breakfast the manager would pass by our table and ask if everything was okay, the service could improve. Some of the ordered dishes took long to prepare while the restaurant was empty, we would ask for towels and it would also take long to deliver. Minor details that can improve the guest experience. The negative feedback that I have is the quality of the WiFi. We stayed in the closest room to the reception, 101, and the WiFi was very weak, it constantly reverted to my 4g.

Well where do I begin. First they offer English speaking attendants, not the case. I watched a trainee chewing gum like a cow at the front desk. Only one person appeared to know what was going on when I checked in. I spoke to multiple employees and they ALL said the same thing, disorganized management. Owner does not care about employees. She does not give them their proper gratuities owed. Hires her friends as workers and they are absent in their roles. Food was good. Room lacked current designer/boutique look. Air conditioning was broken. No hot water in spa. Booked a massage and the therapist didn’t know a proper therapeutic massage. Room smelled like mold. Tried going to the updated hotel within their group of hotels “Imperial Resende” and it was a newer property but also mismanaged. Ended up at Ecoporan and then Barracuda Hotel. The last was by far the best. More expensive yes, but Terra Boa is not a boutique hotel by any means. They need a complete overhaul. I speak of these things because I come from a travelers background. Four seasons hotel and Wyndham Resorts could teach these people a lesson. I know it is a small village and I’m expecting big city amenities but come on. Guests should be number one! How does that happen? Treat your employees well and you will receive their utmost support. Not the case here. Give them peanuts and you get monkeys that don’t care about their job. To whom the owner of this hotel group I hope your minions send this u the ladder to you passing each level of supervisors and Human Resources. Leadership, respect, and accountability starts at the top.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and pool bar was great and they have a big jacuzzi too. Food at the hotel was delicious.Location is great too. 3 min walk to Main Street with bars and restaurants. The room is simple but nice and you can hear the birds singing in the morning as there is plenty of trees and nature around. We had an upstairs room with balcony. We had a small problem with the tv. A lot of the channels weren’t working. I was a little disappointed as I left the beach early to watch my team play on ESPN but the channel didn’t work ;( The hotel sent a guy to fix it but he couldn’t. I slept great all week….until Friday night! ;( Guests were out at the pool literally shouting until 2.30am. I think it’s the hotel’s responsibility to ask them to be quiet and respect the other guests that are sleeping. Or close the pool area when it gets late. A local bar woke me up at 4am playing music. The music didn’t stop until 5.40am! At check out there was an uncomfortable situation where they asked us to pay an optional environment fee and a tip for the staff of about €70 ($R 400). This never happened to me before at checking out of a hotel. We asked for more details about the environment fee ( a leaflet, website to see how the money will be spent) but the receptionist couldn’t provide details, so we didn’t pay it. Overall the hotel is beautiful and we had a positive experience but there is always room for improvement.

QUARTOS ACONCHEGANTES, CAFE DA MANHA EXCELENTE. PESSOAL MUITO ATENCIOSO. ROUPA DE CAMA BOA. E OTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO, PROXIMO DE TUDO. ADORAMOS E RECOMENDO. CADA DIA UMA DECORAÇÃO DIFERENTE DAS ARRUMADEIRAS, COM MUITAS FLORES.

The hotel was really conforable and nicely decorated. We Had a poolviewroom .excellent Pool Bar. Service staff was very friendly and helpful. Top breakfast including a Lady preparing fresh tapioca. If you happen.to stay in Itacaré for a few days book Terra boa . If its Full you also may choose vira canoa only a few meters away

The hotel was nice, clean and beautiful. My rooms was kind of small but nice. The pool and the pool bar were just great. The difference was the staff: people were great! I have a special thanks to Junior and Salles from the front desk so helpful and kind! Moni at the bar so cheerful! They made have a great time. O hotel é bom, limpo e bonito. O quarto era relativamente pequeno mas bonito e limpo. A piscina ótima quentinha! Mas o que fez a diferença foi o serviço. Encontramos pessoas maravilhosas. Gostaria de agradecer especialmente Júnior e Sales da recepção que foram tão prestativos e amáveis deram jeito em todos os problemas e fizemos reservas erradas! E a Moni do bar, que simpatia!

Lindo o hotel, mto verde, mto natureza, tranquilo, café da manhã variado c uma tapioca perfeita e os funcionários são mto gentis e atenciosos. Experiência maravilhosa. Mto bem localizado. Próximo a rua da Pituba é a praia da concha. Super indico m. Já kero voltar

Foram dias maravilhosos, atendimento maravilhoso, hotel maravilhoso, amei tudo! O café da manhã são deliciosos! Da próxima vez que irmos em Itacaré quero hospedar nele novamente! Além disso o atendimento e maravilhoso e o hotel e lindo, estão de parabéns!

Hotel limpo, funcionários receptivos, café da manhã muito bom, quarto e banheiro amplos. Piscina maravilhosa, possui pool bar com drinks incríveis Foi uma delícia esses dias aqui, um verdadeiro paraíso. Voltarei a me hospedar aqui com certeza

Experiência fantástica, lugar muito bem cuidado e limpo. Os colaboradores todos bem educados, atenciosos e bem treinados para proporcionar essa experiência inesquecível. O jardim bem cuidado, piscina, spar, sauna e academia sempre limpa e impecável. O quarto, sempre bem arrumando, limpo e cheiroso, a governança esta de parabéns. A cama muito confortável e grande. Café da manhã dos deuses, muito bom, boa circulação e com excelente apresentação, tudo muito gostoso. Que tapioca deliciosa e bem preparada e aquela. O ambiente é tão agradável com um jardim lindo e acolhedor que nem parece que estamos no meio de Itacaré. Som ambiente muito agradável. Muito bem localizado e bem perto dos restaurantes e de fácil circulação para as praias.

A acomodação é excelente A estrutura da pousada também Mas nada se compara à presteza e simpatia dos funcionários. Sempre prontos a nos servir com educação e sorriso nos rostos . Todos os dias , no café da manhã , o Will perguntava como estávamos e se precisávamos de algo . Orientava os outros funcionários de forma educada e carinhosa . O café da manhã maravilhoso super bem servido e com os mimos da Nizinha , a moça das deliciosas tapiocas
