We stayed at the new water villa the room is cozy and  luxurious. Food  tasty.

Excellent through out. But with a price. I will definately return in the future.

Our family were well taken care by Waldorf. It's truly unforgettable experience. Breakfast is amazing, many options cater your any favor on the day. Dinner has 11 restaurants to choose from. Housekeeping was done in a very proper time. Staff are friendly with smile as always. Tennis court, Padel tennis court are well maintained, water, sunblock, insect repellent are well prepared too. We love everything here! Thanks for the hospitality.

I have stayed at W, Joli and Waldorf before. It may be the location problem. There is land reclamation near the island. There are no fish underwater. The island is more than three kilometers long and is large. It is the hotel with the most restaurant options, but it is also the island with the most people.

The Waldorf Astoria brand is top-notch, offering top-notch island ambiance, hotel facilities, and ambiance. We tried several restaurants on the island, and the Japanese restaurant was the most impressive. The other Arabic and barbecue restaurants were average, though the breakfast was more extensive. Finally, I'd like to mention the service. We were assigned three butlers for our five-day, four-night stay. The first butler suddenly called in for leave after meeting us that day. The second butler arrived the next day and was a bit slow to respond... The third butler took over on the third day, and their service was quite responsive. Overall, this butler slightly detracted from my overall experience. Other aspects, such as the weather (it rained all day on one of the four days, but cleared up the rest of the time, which was quite good for July), and the island's entertainment options were all excellent, though the prices were quite high, depending on your budget. This second trip to the Maldives, ten years later, was truly worthwhile.

Booked for a friend, and got good feedback from him. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are complete, and the place is clean! It is full of charming exotic style. The decoration still uses the Maldivian characteristic thatched roof, and the facilities are all luxury brands. The water villa will also be equipped with glass floors, with a wonderful view of the lagoon below.

During our stay at the hotel, we went to the kids club. On the first day, my two-year-old was frightened by a local Maldivian staff member while being taken care of. On the second day, he refused to go there anymore. My two sisters told me that they were not allowed to play public games, I have talked to the manager and they said that they wanted the children to come according to the schedule, but the schedule that day was to go to the garden, but they didn't take the children to the garden for a long time, and the children stayed from 10 am to 2 pm. Is it so difficult to manage something that children really want to do? One Indian and one Russian. I am very dissatisfied with them, they have no patience and don't know how to guide children. For example, when you see a two-year-old trying to enter a room that they are not allowed to enter, what do you do? Do they just shout: "You can't go in!" Or do they squat down and say to the child: "How about we go there to play with cars and tell you some stories?" Our children are smart and we never treat them in a disrespectful way. I think the hotel is not serious enough in hiring the staff for the kids club. This made me very dissatisfied during my stay. Because of these staff, I will not choose Waldorf Astoria and will not recommend it to my family and friends. We didn’t choose that place to experience such unpleasant things! The next day, he refused to go there again. My two elder sisters told me they were not allowed to play the public games and I already talk to the manager they say they want kids to follow the schedule but in that day the schedule is play in the garden they didn’t bring them to the garden for a long time, the kids stay there from 10am to 2pm, there is no reason managing some works that the children really want right?.One Indian and other Russian. I’m unsatisfied about themselves,they had no patience and educate to leading children. For example, when you see a two-year-old child trying to enter a room which they are not allowed, what will you do? ?" Our children are very clever,we never treat them in a disrespectful way. I think the hotel did not hire the kids club staff seriously. This made me very dissatisfied during the stay. I won’t choose Waldorf Astoria because of these employees, And I won't recommend it to my family and friends either. We choose there, not to experience such unpleasant things!

The marine ecology of the artificial island is not very good, there are fewer fish, and the water is not so thorough. Compared with Conrad Conrad Island under the same group, the overall service is not as good as Conrad Island. It is much worse than Dasiji. It didn't meet the so-called six-star standard of Waldorf Astoria. The advantage is that this hotel is very big, and you can play more with children

Stayed for 3 days and the wifi was broken every day. There was no wifi on the island. It was too uncomfortable. I couldn’t do anything. The menu on the ipad was not updated. Wifi I don’t know if tens of thousands of dollars a night can’t guarantee wifi
