We have just had a wonderful 4 night break at this super 5 star hotel and were made to feel very welcome and special. All the staff were very smiling and helpful no matter what time of day or night. Big thank you to Mary and Anna at reception as they couldn’t do enough, Ronaldo and Alexandria and everyone behind the scenes in the Greek/Italian restaurant went out of their way to make sure each visit was special as did all staff in each restaurant. You must try the Asian fusion al a carte restaurant on floor 9, super food and stunning sunsets. Our room (506) was perfect every day thanks to the housekeepers. Cheers to Stavas and all the bar staff for keeping the G n Ts flowing! Finally a really big thank you to hotel manager Mr Rodis, he was super attentive and approachable. We can’t wait to return and for longer next time. Peter and Ann

A very high quality hotel with strong leadership and attention to detail. A very proactive professional manager but friendly and approachable with a geninue belief in the team is the strongest asset. The hotel is very attractive and although large has a friendly family appeal. The staff work hard to welcome customers Anna and Mary on reception. The bar staff are efficent and friendly lots of smiles and are very attentive. The choice of restaurants within the hotel is good.The a la carte restaurant on the top floor is superb its views are stunning ..watching the sun go down is lovely and the food is amazing. The main buffet restaurant has a wide range of good choices ..its white tablecloth and pleasant with sea views. Rhodes town is a short taxi ride or a bus ride away . But behind the hotel is a road with little restaurants and shops. The beach is across the road behind the hotel its not far only a matter of minutes. So conveniently placed. Lots of facilities we did not use like a hotel shop, hairdressers ,child play area... Our room was kept clean and tidy and it had a fridge drinks bar, free safe and it was spacious and modern. The balcony was lovely . It was the 5 star hotel ...thoroughly enjoyed our stay so sad to leave Thank you all the staff here ...your a credit to yourselves and your manager .

This summer I vacationed in this hotel, for me it is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Everything was fantastic, food, cleanliness and security. I have recommended many of my friends here in America to visit this wonderful place

Still savouring the relaxing stay. The hotel surprised us where it matters most: in those little places that you might expect stress, we found a truly peaceful experience. No rushing for breakfast (ample hours, till 11!), staff serves you coffee so you don't have to queue, excellent fresh buffets, no jockeying for pool loungers (plenty of space), on-site shop open very late (quite reasonable prices), quiet, comfortable and convenient. Delightful views.... Hotel is huge and spacious and pretty spectacular!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week at this hotel. Immaculate is the best word to describe it. We went with Jet2 Indulgent Escapes which meant we had unlimited use of the A la carte restaurants. All were excellent, beautiful food and excellent service. Floor 9 restaurants have a spectacular view of the sea. We hired a car from the hotel which was brilliant value ( €40 for a day in a Fiat 500) . The man in charge( sorry didn’t get your name) was very friendly and suggested an itinerary for us. Final mention-apart from all the lovely staff must go to the hotel dog. A bit of a rickety mutt but so docile and knew it’s place but more than happy to come and say hello and have a bit of attention. Well done for allowing this to happen.

This hotel definitely lives up to It’s five star rating. The reception area is very bright and spacious and gives a great impression when you arrive for your stay. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean with legions of cleaners making sure it stays that way We ate at a few of the hotel restaurants and the pool bar, which were fine. The only let down was the meal we ate in the main restaurant, which was a lukewarm and uninspiring buffet. Our room was large and spotless with a king sized bed and a great balcony overlooking the very impressive pool area. The hotel is at the quieter end of the coastal resort but has a a few shops and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away by the beach. A 10 to 15 minute stroll along the beach road takes you to more shops and nice restaurants. The hotel’s best asset though is its staff who are friendly, helpful and quick with a smile. We had a lovely stay.

We have just returned from an absolutely amazing week at this luxury hotel. We don't normally go 5 star and like to eat out on an evening so staying here on half board was going to be a challenge if we were to be impressed. The hotel and grounds are immaculate and spotless, with cleaners constantly polishing and sweeping. Lots of comfortable loungers around the pool. The bar service across all bars is first class with drinks delivered to your sun loungers by ordering on an easy to use app. The food is exceptional, we thought we would book into the a la carte restaurants or even eat out on a couple of occasions, no need as the offer and service in the main dining area is fantastic with ample choice and a select main course menu every evening based on the theme for the night. However what makes this hotel so special is the staff, every single person makes you feel welcome and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, the Greeks are known for their friendly nature but the staff here take it up another level. Spacious rooms, well equipped gym and a lovely spa.
