Didn't notice that the bathroom is outside when I booked it, the room is not that big. Well, that area is in a higher price of accomodations. I stayed in Izmir only 1 day, but it's a nice seaside city. The breakfast is nice 👍

The hotel is well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. The location is good, on the border of the Konak in a small street that leads to the boulevard. There are two bus stations and one metro station nearby. The sea and the Clock Tower are an easy walk, half an hour... My room was very small but clean. The problem was the window that could not be opened and ventilation was not possible. There is no partition or shower curtain in the bathroom. There is also no shelf for toiletries. Breakfast was good, eggs, cheese, muesli, coffee, tea...

Nice and affordable hotel in the center of Izmir. Metro Basmane 7 minutes on foot. Kemer Alty market on foot for 10 minutes. Everything is near! Excellent internet in the hotel. Comfortable beds and a hearty breakfast. Courteous and friendly staff. They will always help. Tea and water in the hotel is free. Very comfortably. We are staying for the third time. I recommend! I will definitely come again.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in on par with top name hotels and exceptional value the staff are excellent always friendly respectful and go above and beyond to help nothing is to much trouble the management don't hide behind the scenes always around and there to have a chat or help altho you are treated as a guest your also treated like a friend, the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice something for everyone i would recommend to anyone going to Izmir definitely a 10 out of 10 plus

Ein Mövenpick Hotel sollte nicht Ihre Zimmern vernachlässigen - dann kommen die Gäste auch für ein herrliches Frühstück. Das Hallenbad und Wellnessbereich ist in schlechtem Zustand, wenn für ein Business-Reise gebucht ist reicht alle für allemal. Fitnessbereich hat eine super Aussicht morgens zum Meer hinaus. Kaputte Fenster (417) haben uns nicht gestört aber es ist ganz billig wenn die Badezimmertür nicht zu geht!

Their names are Hamotel and Shlomi Shaul I booked them LA'GORA hotel for 3 nights between the dates: 03-06/08/2023 (the reservation is in the name of my mother Hamotel Shaul) On Thursday 3/8/2023 when they arrived at the hotel, they checked in. They were not in the room and went for a walk. When they came back at night and showered, there was no hot water at all but frozen water in the shower! In the morning when my father got up, he immediately ran to tell the reception about the terrible problem that it was not possible to take a shower and that it was not okay at all. And the clerks received him at the reception, understood him completely and said that unfortunately it was a malfunction in the hotel and that it is not expected to be fixed at the moment. My father said he couldn't stay because of this problem, they understood him completely and told him to talk to Booking, and that they take responsibility for the problem, and that he should talk to Booking, who will send a request to cancel the cancellation, and the hotel will approve the cancellation even without a fine! Because they take responsibility for the malfunction of the hot water and understand that a guest cannot stay with such a malfunction. The hotel is bit of small at the entrance. But the inside the hallway is very space. I had the larger corner suite, and bathroom is very big. I also had the spa service, it is also very nice. One small area to improve is the lounge room size, and food items. Lounge is small, and food items are lack of hot items, and often is not refilled with it is empty. Nice free parking, and close to the sea. Breakfast at top has good view.

This hotel is faultless, the staff are professional and accommodating in all areas. Sea view is worth it - you can even see the Greek island of Lesvos from afar! There is also a nice restaurant on the 19th floor offering A La Carte Dining. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
