Hotel Izmir dengan Gim

After check-in we found out that the indoor swimming pool and the sky roof restaurant weren't open due to maintenance. This was the main reason we booked this specific accommodation. So it was a very big disappointment. I think the hotel should have announced this on their website so customers don't stand for surprises!

Its relatively.new hotel with nice iclassical interior design and good colour scheme.. Locations: 5 min drive from Izmir airport. But too far by walking to local town Sarnic where it's 1 stop to airport or 8 stops to Izmir Hilal major interchange with red metro line. Take buses 705 or 828 which runs every 10-15 min, or taxi Reception; quick check in and out. Room: clean, comfortable, but mattress a little soft. For me. No view. Wi-fi: easy access and strong signal, fast, reliable Breakfast: full Turkish breakfast with many options, self service buffet style. Dinner: good service and delicious food. I ate Steak and salad, came with complimentary bread and dips, and free starter bites. Airport Shuttle: free ride to airport from 6am to 14:00, only for taking flight. Gym/ fitness room at basement: spacious, good range of free weights and a crossover pulling machine, a few standing cycling, cardio walking machines. Yoga mat. Overall: good stay for 3 nights.

I had been told I was booked into this hotel after my surgery close by. When I arrived they didn’t have a reservation for me but rang the hospital to find out where I should be. Gave me a seat and a coffee and were so friendly and caring whilst I waited to be picked up. They wouldn’t take payment for the coffee and the WiFi. I hope to visit again and will definitely make sure I stay at this friendly professional small hotel. Thank you.

Very polite the staff. Room is clean n facing the garden which is very quiet. Perfect location that many tourists sites n restaurants nearby within walking distance. In short, the living experience is excellent.

Location was excellent. Reception area staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast and drinks at bar was good. However room service & cleaning people are not so good. It seems that they don’t vacuum the carpet throughly. And didn’t clean my t-shirt which I gave for laundry with other clothes. Since I was in a hurry I didn’t check that well and paid for it. Otherwise good value for money & excellent service.

Lovely place to stay over before going to Izmir airport. Great shopping mall within walking distance. Food was reasonably priced and was good. We had evening meal and that was well presented and very good. Breakfast wasn't great but eatable. Hotel rooms are big and clean. We really enjoyed our stay, taking the stress of a long trip direct to the airport from where we were staying. In the early hours.

My visit there was absolutely amazing the staff was super friendly especially the concierge “Cagatay” he spoke English and helped us with all enquirys he was absolutely amazing and i couldn’t be more great full for all his help he genuinely made our stay there even more amazing then it was.

This was our 4th stay at the Hotel for 1 month duration this time & came by car from the U.K. it was as always a consistent level of 5 * service with good secure parking. The staff in all areas are always polite & welcoming with special thanks to Mrs Mehbare who always ensures our stay is comfortable & nothing we require is too much trouble. I would also like to thank the Housekeeping staff especially ( Mrs Songul ) who kept our room spotless and the Hotel which was always very clean. The breakfast was always plentiful with a good selection & pleasant staff. Thank you Mia & hope to see you soon.

Çok memnun kaldım özellikle çalışanlar fakat kahvaltı konusunda biraz eksiklikler var ödediğimiz ücret karşılığında daha güzel ve çeşitliliği olan özellikle sıcak çeşidi biraz daha arttırabilir teşekkürler
