Amazing hotel with great location e good breakfast! Tks to Ugur at breakfast, very nice and pro active staff! Only shower place should have door to avoid water everywhere in the toilet… other than that, all perfect!

Excellent place with a lovely view of the harbour. Great to walk along the quayside with so many restaurants to choose from, including those on the little quay. Easy walk to the bazaar and tour companies had no issue collecting us front the front of the hotel.

Great stay, stayed in Izmir province for 3 days and highly recommend Key Hotel. not only great service but also great design concept to make your stay very comfortable. Trust me, this will be your first choice!

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, welcome bar, pleasant atmosphere, good toiletries. Cons: Price doesn't match the quality, average cleanliness, poor breakfast for a hotel of this level.

The hotel has a great location, right by the beach, making it convenient for strolls. There are also plenty of restaurants along the beach. The receptionist was helpful in parking and helping with luggage, but parking at this hotel is inconvenient; it seems like all hotels in this city are like that. If you drive, it's easy to get lost following the GPS and end up driving around for four or five kilometers to make a U-turn. The twin room was actually a double bed converted into two, making it extremely small.

Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended! It exceeded all expectations! This hotel, formerly a bank, boasts a retro-futuristic décor, from the lobby to the rooms. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with electric blinds offering views of the sea, and beautiful details. The minibar is free and has a wide selection. The service was excellent, with valet parking, luggage assistance, room instructions, and even recommendations for things to do, eat, and shop. They even provided driving directions. It was truly one of the best hotels I stayed at during my entire trip to Turkey.

Very satisfactory service, with a chocolate surprise. The location is superb, right on the beach. The staff are friendly, the room facilities are excellent, with a sense of design, spacious and comfortable, and free minibar drinks.

The hotel service is very humane. The price difference was reasonable for the larger group. They also helped us upgrade to a family room. The location of the hotel is very good, but the entrance to the parking lot is easy to miss, and you need to go around a long way to get back.

The hotel is in a great location, with a beautiful ocean view right outside the window. Locals stroll along the beach, and a beautiful sea-view restaurant nearby. Morning joggers can pass by fishermen along the coastal path. The breakfast is also exquisite. Highly recommended.

Although this hotel has only a few rooms, it has a good location, on the beach, a few dozen meters away from Marriott. Breakfast is also on the beach, very good. The service is also very warm Highly recommended!

The hotel is very interesting, new, everything is clean cons - you can hear the road, the windows overlook the sea, but since the double-glazed windows are bad, the noise is very strong (you can hear people walking along the embankment talking and cars passing by, and plus there is a cafe nearby where music plays until one in the morning). - not very cozy, since there is hard carpet tiles on the floor, it is uncomfortable to walk and everything is in black tones, a lot of glass and mirrors
