Didn't notice that the bathroom is outside when I booked it, the room is not that big. Well, that area is in a higher price of accomodations. I stayed in Izmir only 1 day, but it's a nice seaside city. The breakfast is nice 👍

The hotel is well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. The location is good, on the border of the Konak in a small street that leads to the boulevard. There are two bus stations and one metro station nearby. The sea and the Clock Tower are an easy walk, half an hour... My room was very small but clean. The problem was the window that could not be opened and ventilation was not possible. There is no partition or shower curtain in the bathroom. There is also no shelf for toiletries. Breakfast was good, eggs, cheese, muesli, coffee, tea...

Nice and affordable hotel in the center of Izmir. Metro Basmane 7 minutes on foot. Kemer Alty market on foot for 10 minutes. Everything is near! Excellent internet in the hotel. Comfortable beds and a hearty breakfast. Courteous and friendly staff. They will always help. Tea and water in the hotel is free. Very comfortably. We are staying for the third time. I recommend! I will definitely come again.

Yorumlara bakarak gelmeyecektik ama şans vermek istedik. Otele yorumları sorduğumuzda hk ile problem yaşadıklarını ve hemen değiştirdiklerini söylediler. Odalar temizdi . Jakuzi vardı ve keyifliydi bahsedildiği gibi odayı veya banyoyu su basmadı. Aşağıda meyhane vardı aşağıdan ses geliyordu ama rahatsız edecek kadar değildi . Ama meyhane de yer ayırmamıza ve telefon numaramızı bırakmamıza rağmen en köşeyi vermişler rüzgar çok estiği için değiştirmelerini rica ettik . Bize kaba yaklaştılar rezervasyonu iptal etmemiz lazımdı siz çok geç geldiniz dediler ama onun için puan kırmayacağım. Keyifli bir deneyimdi fiyat performans oteliydi. Resepsiyonda bulunan iki hanımefendiye yardımları için teşekkür ederiz

It was very good experience with Otel Balca. They are communicative, helpful, budget friendly and facilities are great as well. Location is simply amazing and you can reach to anywhere you want in Izmir easily. Simply recommended go and enjoy It.!

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in on par with top name hotels and exceptional value the staff are excellent always friendly respectful and go above and beyond to help nothing is to much trouble the management don't hide behind the scenes always around and there to have a chat or help altho you are treated as a guest your also treated like a friend, the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice something for everyone i would recommend to anyone going to Izmir definitely a 10 out of 10 plus

Location was excellent. Reception area staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast and drinks at bar was good. However room service & cleaning people are not so good. It seems that they don’t vacuum the carpet throughly. And didn’t clean my t-shirt which I gave for laundry with other clothes. Since I was in a hurry I didn’t check that well and paid for it. Otherwise good value for money & excellent service.

Hello good morning, my name is Yuval Shaul Unfortunately, my experience with booking and the hotel I booked is not a good one. My parents flew to Izomir in Turkey for a vacation. Their names are Hamotel and Shlomi Shaul I booked them LA'GORA hotel for 3 nights between the dates: 03-06/08/2023 (the reservation is in the name of my mother Hamotel Shaul) On Thursday 3/8/2023 when they arrived at the hotel, they checked in. They were not in the room and went for a walk. When they came back at night and showered, there was no hot water at all but frozen water in the shower! In the morning when my father got up, he immediately ran to tell the reception about the terrible problem that it was not possible to take a shower and that it was not okay at all. And the clerks received him at the reception, understood him completely and said that unfortunately it was a malfunction in the hotel and that it is not expected to be fixed at the moment. My father said he couldn't stay because of this problem, they understood him completely and told him to talk to Booking, and that they take responsibility for the problem, and that he should talk to Booking, who will send a request to cancel the cancellation, and the hotel will approve the cancellation even without a fine! Because they take responsibility for the malfunction of the hot water and understand that a guest cannot stay with such a malfunction. My parents called me that morning from the reception because I made the reservation for them through you. I called you at 9:00 and spoke with a representative named Tomer. He understood the situation and called the hotel and asked them to confirm the cancellation he sent. He will confirm the cancellation. So, I told my parents to leave the hotel so as not to waste their time and go to another hotel that we closed at that moment so that they could continue the trip, and mainly because the officials stated that it would be a shame to wait because the cancellation from the hotel takes 3-5 days.
