A GREAT hotel to stay in after late arrival of flight. Amenities provided was superb but cannot beat the breakfast selection. Totally enjoyed hotel breakfast. Suggestion: cheaper to book hotel with breakfast as add on breakfast thereafter will cost much more! Walking distance to RINKU outlet, a wonderful day to shop before heading to Namba. Take note that airport shuttle ends around 2300 and runs early in morning till 900am. Thereafter if you need to go Namba, easier to arrange your own transportation from RINKU outlet if you heading to town(rather than waiting for hotel shuttle which starts at 1800) overall, Bed comfortable and cleanliness good. Staff prompt and helpful!

Staff gave us a free upgrade to a larger room due to a special occasion. The room was large enough for 4 people. The bed was large enough to fit 2 people. The channels available were decent. The best offering in the room was the amazing view. 3 large windows overlooking the distance. It was amazing. Location was amazing as well. A train stop away from KIX airport and located within 5 mins walk from Rinku town station. 10 mins walk to Rinku premium outlet. An amazing stay with the hotel. Thank you for accommodating us.

Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late at night. It is a train ride away from the airport and within walking distance to the outlet. It took around 10 minutes to walk to the outlet. There is also Trial supermarket (5 mins walking distance) that is 24 hours so you can stock up on souvenirs or food. It has food, clothes, cosmetics, toys and electronics.

Room was comfortable but it was facing main road and there was a fire station opposite, so could hear sirens even late into the night which slightly disturbed my sleep. Breakfast spread is decent, used the hot bath too.

Clean, good value and innovative hotel. The hotel is located by the Osaka bay. It provides either Bay view or city view. Rinku town station is just 10 min away by foot. Don’t be taken aback by 10 min walk. You would actually walk through a beautiful park and reach the hotel. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was a robot dinosaur. Everything was made easy and smooth. Room itself is a fine size. You could open the window slightly if you want to. Good lighting . The bathroom is decent size and equipped with a nice soaking tub. The room is spotless and clean. Bed and pillow are very comfortable too. The highlight of the in-house guests is to have access to the nice hot spring via 2nd floor. In-house guests do not need to pay additional fee for the hot spring. Upon check out, you could even leave the luggage’s free of charge for the day. That’s really nice. Last but not the least, I came across a dilemma during the stay. It was because the terms and conditions ( fine print) was in Japanese and I could not read it. It causes a little of inconvenience. I appreciate the staff assisted me on this one-off incident.

Highly recommended for travelers. Has a shuttle to Kansai Airport. I was excited to try the 7/11 near it when I arrived. The clerk was very friendly, too. Also, i love their shampoo and conditioner. I wish the brand was indicated so I can buy my own. It was a great experience!

麻雀パックで、職場仲間と使いました。 細かい気配りが多く、快適に過ごせました… 人数多かったので、離れとホテルの部屋と二つ、部屋をとり泊まりましたが両方ともとても良かったです。 ちなみにワンコも連れて泊まれました。 食事も、夕食はもちろん、朝食もとても美味しいです。

Friendly staff. Near KIX. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because they have free shuttle service to the airport. But it only runs in the morning and evening, not for the afternoon when I needed it. Nice breakfast for extra price.

房間很寬敞明亮，特別適合帶很多行李的旅客，離海邊很近，早晨起來散步到海邊，約十分鐘有便利店買點東西，主要目的是旁邊的奧特萊斯購物，非常方便，唯一的缺點就是去機場這點路沒有專線車，拿着幾個箱子去車站的路段有點累！
