Dear Management of Vannraj Resort, I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay at your resort. I must say that I had high expectations given the reputation of Vannraj, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. Firstly, I found the buffet spread during my stay to be significantly lacking in variety, especially considering the price that was charged. The limited options available were disappointing and did not justify the cost of the meals. Secondly, I was disappointed with the service provided by the restaurant staff. There were noticeable delays in serving basic items like bread, and during breakfast, milk was not available for coffee. Additionally, I observed that there was a lack of anticipation regarding the number of guests present and the speed at which the buffet needed to be refilled. This resulted in inconvenience and a less than satisfactory dining experience. One aspect that particularly concerned me was the allowance of pets, specifically dogs, in the dining area. This practice is highly unhygienic as guests would come into contact with these animals, potentially transferring germs from their hands to the buffet dishes. I strongly recommend revisiting this policy to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment for all guests. Moreover, the room cleaning staff did not meet the expected standards. On a broader note, I believe that Vannraj Resort is overhyped, and the prices charged do not align with the level of service provided. The disparity between the expectations set by the resort's reputation and the actual experience was quite significant. Finally, I would like to mention the lack of staff presence near the pool area to assist guests with towels. It was inconvenient to have to go all the way to the reception desk to request them. I recommend ensuring that there are dedicated staff members available at the pool area to promptly address such guest needs. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more satisfying and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Rooms are spacious ,good and hygienic rooms. Well maintained services .Quick service staff. Liked the front office mr. Nitin and santosh their coursey. Very good staff. I visit just because of their warm welcome. They offer pick n drop from station.

My stay was excellent. Perfect location for the hotel, staff were extremely helpful & polite specially front office staff. Room was very nice and kept clean. Smooth check in/Check out.Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip and stay.

Loved to host a wedding in Vijan Mahal. Services were so personalised and guests were looked after so well. Kaku bhaiya (owner) himself paid attention to give early check ins. Pros- Food Guest services Deco and presentation Areas that need attention - Room cleaning should be default rather on request. Room keys should be two or there should be a way to keep room lights on without keys. Thanks

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel with family. The staff was polite, well behaved and welcoming. The food I had in their restaurant was really really awesome and top notch. They also provided taxi for local sightseeing (not included in price) which was very convenient and their drivers are professionals. Room was big, spacious and very clean. Highly recommend this place to families

Best stay here with family.we are coming for merrige but I like hotel Service is delay but all over is good need to more improve *** power in service.
