They do NOT honor 3rd party (Priceline) bookings. I prepaid for a room booked on Priceline and called to confirm I would be arriving shortly after 11pm and they said "No Problem" When I arrived around 11:15, I was told the hotel was overbooked and they would not honor or refund my reservation and I would have to take it up with Priceline. When I called Priceline, I was told the reservation was non changeable/cancellable and their "system" would not allow them to find me another accommodation. So after driving for almost 8 hours, I have to start looking for another hotel room myself (driving from hotel to hotel) until I finally founa a Quality Inn that had a room. In the ned I paid for 2 rooms, only was able to use one and was never refunded my prepaid booking.
