An average hotel in a decent location. Service was good. The breakfast is below average, but I don't expect much from this type of breakfast. I would stay here again if passing through.

Stayed here for a wedding. This had to be the worst stay I have had in years by far. The rooms were dingy. When the light reflected on the doors you could see all kinds of grime and handprints. The same with the furniture. Every time the toilet flushed it vibrated and sounded like it was going to explode. The beds were hard and to top it off the hotel is doing renovations. When we got there there on a Friday there was nonstop drilling and jackhammering above our heads. Stopped for the evening but begin at 10 AM on Saturday all day long. The noise got so loud that we had to go downstairs to the lobby just be able to talk to each other. Forget about trying to take a nap and get some rest. To add insult to injury, the rooms were not cheap at $250 a night. Plus taxes and $20 a day for parking. Breakfast was not included and was $16 per person for the buffet. Extremely overpriced when you can go down the street to Panera bread and eat better food for less than that. The people were nice and the bartender was nice which is why I gave it a 2. Do better Hilton!!!! I have a video of the drilling sound in our room But it wouldn’t let me add it.

The lounge was relaxing to stay in after a long day of work. The food was really good everytime I ordered. The bartender Carolyn was very tentative on if I needed anything and quick to replenishing my beveridge. And also friendly which made it easy to stay in and not have to go out to eat or drink

Although the hotel was under construction and making improvements we really enjoyed our week long stay. Ella, Melissa and all the staff were amazing. I wish I could remember the lady’s name at breakfast but she was personable and hospitable. Melissa was knowledgeable and helpful with restaurant choices and very friendly. Ella was very compassionate and helpful when we had to book an extra night because our son’s homecoming from deployment was delayed. She was such a blessing to this momma who was having a tough week. We had our room booked before knowing what hurricane Milton was going to do and they made everything run so smooth, especially with a full hotel! They were always kind and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit!

Melissa the housekeeper makes that place. We see her everyday running m, helping, always has a smile. She should be in the office but since she's been there we can see q big difference in how clean it is. Brandy will accommodate anyone that she can and always tries to avoid conflict. She should be manager. Chris and Keith come anyntime of day or night and cone quickly when. They are needed. One housekeeper was yelling about having nonfood but other than that itnwasngreat.

The hotel used to be very nice. It is showing some aging now and despite the claims of renovation you'd be hard pressed to recognize any. The rooms are getting run down. The bathroom tile is dingy. Grout is dirty on floor and in shower. The carpet this outlines the hard flooring looks like it is well worn. Even the sheets and covers look worn out. To add to that even the corner chair was filthy in the room I had on this recent trip. It had dirty spot all over it. I almost was afraid to sleep in the bed and actually slept with clothes on because the bed looked over used and dingy. This hotel used to be my goto place. It sits on a nice lake if you are willing o pay for that view, and despite claims of renovation I think it more wishful thinking. The place needs an overhaul. Sorry but that is an honest review. It also seems understaffed and the help is strong to do many things at once which doesn't work. One person to check ion guests while running around the hotel taking career of other things just isn't very good. Will look for other places in the future. I might mention that last stay there was a rainstorm and the electric was out all night until everyone checked out and moved elsewhere. No the air and lighting and elevators are not backed up by a generator. Wishful thinking!

First and foremost: The lady that checked us in was amazing. Her name was Grace. So friendly and helpful. I sure wish more hotels had employees like Grace. The hotel was very nice overall. Neat and tidy, clean, modern. The breakfast was good. Really enjoyed the fact that they had the heart healthy breakfast option with egg white omelettes and turkey sausage and kept everything well stocked and fresh. Our room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was Great! Two little things that kept me from giving a perfect score: 1. A lack of easily accessible electric outlets near the head of the bed on each side; one for CPAP and one for phone. It worked out by pulling the mattress back a little to reach the wall outlet. The lamp only had one place to plug into. 2. The only milk available for breakfast was in gallon containers. I would prefer the small cartons rather than finding room to set things down to pour milk in the line of people. Overall though, I highly recommend this property!!!
