Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located to pedestrian street and Zaolin Park. Close to Metro station. Everything within easy walking distance. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, they made our visit feel extra special. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. Thank you to all the staff, we enjoyed our stay!

Penginapan ini agak sukar dicari, tetapi kami sangat berterima kasih kepada pemiliknya kerana berusaha membalas mesej dan menghantar gambar kepada kami. Ia berdekatan dengan kedai pakaian Manhattan, hanya 4 minit berjalan kaki, dan juga berdekatan dengan banyak restoran. Biliknya luas; selain pintu masuk, ia akan menjadi sempurna. Oh, tetapi tiada air botol disediakan, jadi anda perlu membawa air botol anda sendiri.

The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

This was my first time staying at the Habsburg Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied. Everyone was incredibly welcoming from the moment we entered. From the guy at the lobby entrance to the lady at the counter and every staff member in the restaurant, the service was excellent. One of stuff sis Air was especially kind, offering me yogurt and introducing the food, which allowed me to try many delicious dishes. The Habsburg breakfast was truly abundant, the environment was great, and the facilities were complete! 👍🏻 My family loved it here, especially my kids love this kids room and my husband said we'd definitely stay here again next time…

Excellent stay at a truly unique historic hotel. Cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all outstanding. The hotel is very well maintained, with beautiful European-style interiors and a calm, elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Harbin, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. We received a gift a warm welcome upon our arriving and departure. Also they include you in WeChat group and if you have any questions or any requests they will provide and answer your question immediately. What makes this hotel special is its history, including the original 1903 elevator, which adds a memorable and authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. ❤️

Service is so good here! Front desk staff was so warm and friendly and professional. The entrance only has steps so when we arrived, we took a few minutes trying to decide how to carry all our luggage up, but then some staff members came running out to help us carry it up! They helped us take our luggage to our room as well. It's in a prime location – right on Central Street, and easy walking distance to the metro station, shops, malls, restaurants, the Hongzhuan morning market and Saint Sophia's Church. However, the rooms are VERY small. There's barely any walking space, especially if you have multiple suitcases. The front desk did warn us about this when we checked in and offered to show us different rooms to see which size suited us best, which we appreciated, but it's something to consider. There was also no heated toilet seat, which would have been nice during the Harbin winter 😔 The corridor and shower also smelled a bit strange. There's also only one lift, so sometimes you need to wait. I think this is a great budget hotel for people travelling light, and is a good option if you're staying in Harbin for the Ice and Snow Festival, because the location is perfect for sightseeing – just 2-3 stops away from the Ice and Snow Festival, and walking distance to shops where you can buy cheap winter clothes and food.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Stay! We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better—perfect for exploring the city. The hotel itself has a bit of old-school charm, but everything is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and personal, always making sure you feel welcome. A huge highlight for us was the playroom for children. It’s not just a room—there’s actual staff looking after the kids, which gave us some rare relaxation time. Huge thumbs up! Breakfast is a massive buffet with plenty of choice. And if you book the Horizon Club, you get free drinks and food all day long. Absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

This hotel was located on a great street. There is everything and anything you need. The area is lovely and exciting. It is not far from tourist attractions and really captures the feel of Harbin. The hotel it self was nice and the staff was very friendly but we tried to contact many times (at least 15 times across a span of a few weeks) by phone and by trip.com regarding our stay and transport from and to the airport and no one picked up the phone. We also had a door bell rung many times early in the morning multiple days and then when we opened the door no one was there. And we put out the “please clean our room” sign and light on and no one cleaned the room. Overall we had a great time and the hotel is a good option. We would stay again but these little things were kinda annoying and could be improved.

民宿多人入住真的很友好，標註兩張床，但是上鋪遊戲間也能睡。滑梯讓孩子不無聊，江景讓大人覺得不虛此行。管家響應及時，住户鄰居也十分友善，又指路又幫忙，毫不費力找到了位置。民宿離巴洛克非常近，步行5分鐘，帶孩子一定要去巴洛克對面的冰滑梯廣場，28隨便玩，輕輕鬆鬆值回票價。附近小吃特別多，還誤打誤撞吃到了網紅**餅

Жили в двоем в мужем, при входе непонятно как заселяться, слава Богу были русские и подсказали что нужно поднять на 10 этаж и там среди номеров есть не примечательный вход это и есть ресепшн. В брони на почте пришло что башня Е а поселили по итогу в другую башню, ну к номеру нет претензий все хорошо чисто и атмосферно. Вид из окна мог быть и лучше, но мы как могли через переводчик так с китайцами и общались.
