"Hotel is ideally favourable for travelers. Especially for arrivals reached Changsha in the very cold winter months , plus a later night train-arrival. You got out the station then five mins walk to get into the hotel lobby. They provided station pick-up service, however we missed the opportunity. It was not taken too long for me to figure out how to get to the hotel . Room was a bit small but the cleanliness was good. Breakfast was acceptable. The only downside was the security guard in the parking entrance was not professional enough. My friend came to hotel pick me up, but the security guard wasn’t friendly enough to her, even if she told my room number: explained pick up a guest staying at the hotel."

"Hotel room is very large and bed is very comfortable. You are able to rent bikes just outside the hotel to help with visiting the city As for finding the hotel it can be a little difficult. You must take the elevator right beside the Tom and Jerry painting to the 17th floor then it’s the second hotel."

"All’s good at the hotel. The only issue is the lift serving the hotel which is located in a commercial building. Avoid taking the lift during peak hours, especially in the evening! We thought it made sense to take the lift going up after we could not get into two lifts that stopped at our floor. It was a bad decision as it went all the way up to the top floor and it was quickly packed to the brims and stopped practically on every floor thereafter. It would be better and faster to take the stairs!"

"We’re delighted to have stayed here. The reviews consistently praise its great location and the fact that the ground floor of the hotel offers access to the plaza.  The 50m² room also boasts ample storage and a walking wardrobe, making it a great choice for travellers with lots of luggage. Another positive point is the excellent air quality in this hotel. Unfortunately quite often I could smell mould in some even five stars hotels. But not this one, which I am very pleased. However, I’d like to mention the sightseeing ticket. The hotel provides one-way tickets, but the sightseeing bus doesn’t run a circular route.  This means you’ll need to pay to return. The one-way ticket costs 6 RMB and the hop-on-hop-off ticket is 28 RMB.  The total duration is likely around 30 minutes, which isn’t too long.  I think the sightseeing bus route design is a bit poor as we often see the buses empty."

"The hotel is close to the Changsha Railway Station (***NOT*** Changsha South Railway Station), about 2 - 3 underground metro stations away. The closest metro line is Line 6. It's located in what looks like an office building from the ground floor. You'd have to take an elevator up to the 5th floor to reach the lobby. I think it's a mixed use property, with some floors are offices, some are residential apartments and, of course, the hotel on the 5th floor. The hotel lobby has a garden terrace with seating and a small exercise area with a few gym equipment. The room is nice with a comfortable bed and a huge flat screen tv. It even has a mini fridge. I love a big rain shower in the bathroom. The water pressure and temperature are great. There are two small washing machines and two dryers, where you can have your clothes washed and dried for free (detergent provided), although there could be quite a queue in the evening as the washers/dryers are occupied. You would have to get them done by midnight, however. A bus stop is also nearby where you could take a public bus to downtown for shopping or attractions. Tips: If you love taking good photography or selfies, do not miss out on the Chinese Knot or Lucky Knot Footbridge, not too far from the MICA Art Museum. You could do both together in one day."
