Centrally located in Jaffna town.very clean rooms with attached bathrooms and nice airconditioners. Very conveniently located and the staff are very helpful and polite. The food was very taste this was the best value. Highly recommended

I stayed here for 1 week - the food at tilko hotel was amazing, and the place clean tidy— jaffna is def worth visiting- from this hotel ypu can have bbq on the nearby beach too . The shops are all around the corner - i travelled to the temple on a small boat and also visited trincomalee for 3 nights . The staff at the hotel are very friendly and keen to assist and help.

I had a wonderful time at TILKO Jaffna. The food and hospitality were at the highest standard. The ambience is very attractive, and the rooms are well-maintained. Great service and good facilities as well. Filled with a lot of hardworking staff! Large property which could use some refurbishment, however rooms and common areas are well maintained. Situated very close to the fort and town and you can access the areas by taking a short walk.

A nice hotel with a good situation central in Jaffna. A big nice room fully equipped with everything you need. A nice comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The swimming pool is very nice. The restaurant was not so good as I expected. Standard breakfast and the orange juice was with water and lost all taste.

The perfect bolt hole from which to explore Jaffna and its surrounds. Great location, and an oasis from the bustle of the city. Rooms were spacious and staff very friendly. Recommended. Special mention to Purusothman for his kind assistance during my stay. Thank you.

Very Good Hotel for the price. Very friendly staff and always ready to help. Cleanliness is satisfactory. The most important factor is the location. It is very convenient and easy reach most of the attracting places in Jaffna.

When we went to the entrance there was a bad smell but inside the reception it was a pleasant smell .. Rooms and facilities were good .. rooms were so neat and big enough ... it was a peaceful stay! we took bed and breakfast but the breakfast was poor .. we got only noodles and bread with sausage and a gravy in buffet, not even an omlette .. food was poor and no any varieties .. the pool area was okay but little messy .. all other stuffs were good .. we were highly satisfied with the rooms .. good! we took 7 rooms for our family but 2 rooms didnt have tv ..we complained but they said the cant do anything .. other than that everything was good !
