Taj Jai Mahal Palace is very beautiful property with highly helpful staff all of whom had big smile and eager to do anything to make our stay memorable. We stayed in this property for 3 days and my entire family including kids highly enjoyed the experience. Some of the Taj staff members like Mr. Aslam Khan whom we met every morning during breakfast made our day. He always had big infectious smile on his face and was eager to attend and checked with us from time to time to ensure that we got what we needed. He went above and beyond with his service and ensured that we enjoyed our breakfast . He spoke with such warmth which made us feel that we knew him from a long time. He is truly an asset for Taj. Another person we met at concierge service was Mr. Abhimanyu who took a beautiful picture of our family and and delivered it to our room. He recommended sightseeing and shopping places at Jaipur . Both Mr. Aslam and Mr. Abhimanyu made our stay memorable and comfortable. Next time when we return to India from USA, we will surely stay at Taj property because this was a great experience for us and we feel Taj properties are not only beautiful but Taj also has a great customer service. We also enjoyed the horse driven carriage ride, puppets and the dance show offered in the evening. We will surely recommend Taj Jai Mahal to our friends.

Staying here was a wonderful experience, it felt like we were kings for a few days..The rooms here are very nice and clean The whole place is just so beautiful. A real calm oasis, we spent most of the first day just enjoying the hotel & sipping coffee on the balcony or in the garden. They have a top class coffee machine too. The adjoining restaurant does a brilliant all day breakfast, so you can sleep in as long as you want. All the staff were really lovely & attentive

First of all, warm cookie was delicious. Hotel is located outside the city and near Amber/Amer Fort. Me & my partner like it as it was calm and quiet. Hotel staff is very polite and well behaved. Mobile network here is not that great so had to depend on hotels WIFI(speed is just good enough to get your work done). For food our overall experience was great but for morning breakfast buffet, need to add more ***power in live kitchen.

One of best choices in Jaipur. Breakfast is also above average.

Although the property is ultra luxurious but it lacks amenities which you expect from a 5-star resort. There aren't ***y activities to do. The worst thing is their service. The staff is untrained. Slow in action. Parking is open.

Staff was kindly helpful. I should’ve swim roof top pool. I didn’t get breakfast. Also it’s would be good service. But unfortunately power of showers was uncomfortable. Bathroom drain wasn’t good condition. Because water can’t go through.

This is a lovely hotel, with a very pretty veran***, front lawn and fresco paintings. It's laid back and has nice, good value food, including both Indian and European choices. There's a shop on site for souvenirs and ayurveda massage. The city centre and the train station aren't far, but the location is quite quiet given this.

I really liked this hotel. It was leagues above any mid-range Hilton in my own country (USA). Breakfast was very decent for a buffet and room was relatively clean (staff took note of minor blemishes on a divider in the room). Wish I had an opportunity to check out the pool but I was short on time.
