We arrived with motion sickness in the early motioning, thanks for the very understanding reception team, we were able to check in by 10am already - I’m very thankful of that. The team is exceptional and I sense the eagerness of them providing best service to the guests , thank you very much!
The property is very beautiful, some rooms seem to be a bit worn out though.

I was tired few days because I stayed uncomfortable accommodation. I needed clean shower. It’s perfect for me. Plenty of amenities and breakfast is Indian style and western style.
I’d love fresh vegetables and some fruit.
I’d stay next time in Jaipur.

the room are good. had achieved cooling issue just for 1 night. Location of the hotel is also good it's quite and almost city centre. room service is slow had to call 2 3 time. food is very good. staf is kind

A lovely heritage hotel in Jaipur. The rooms were large and spacious with Aircon and a fridge. The room we were in initially had a very small bathroom which was not shown in the pictures. Upon request they were able to move us to bigger room the next morning. The breakfast hall was small but food was good. There was a small pool at the back of the restaurant area. We also had dinner in the evening and this included entertainment of folk music and dance. There were two restaurant areas including on on the rooftop.

The hotel is good, very interesting and beautiful design on every corner, the swimming pool is outdoor and great for the photos.
The room is quite small.
The breakfast is average, but they have a coffee machine.
The prices in the rooftop restaurant is quite high.

We stayed for 2 days. It was was comfortable. Staffs were friendly. Food is also nice. Hotel is away from city, so the place is quite silent. Only problem is it's difficult to get public transport, so you need to walk a little bit to main road.

When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple ***agers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

PPengguna TetamuSi tratta di un 4+ stelle però con standard locale. Io mi sono trovato molto bene ma sono ormai abituato allo standard locale. Per esempio l'acqua era al massimo tiepida, il rubinetto della doccia era estremamente incerto come anche l'inglese dei più. Il tutto però e stato controbilanciato dalla disponibilità del personale che risolve quasi tutti i problemi, anche questa straordinaria disponibilità e gentilezza sono standard in India. Io ho avuto dei problemi all'idraulica anche all'Oberoi di Mumbai che ha altri prezzi e altri standard. Consigliato a chi ha un certa predisposizione alla pazienza.

インドではいくつかのホテルに泊まりましたがどこのホテルも暖房がないのが難点でしたが、このホテルは暖房が付いていたのがとてもありがたかったです。

IilovetravelyeahhWe absolutely loved our stay at Leela Palace Jaipur! The staff are so amazing. The grounds and mountains right next door are pretty and it's just a first-rate place to stay for sure! Beautiful place! Great quality of everything and great standards for Westerners. The other '5 star' hotels we stayed in in Jaipur weren't up to Western standards of 5 star in hygiene and other little things but the Leela Palace certainly is, and I'd rate it even more than a typical 5 star hotel in the Western world. This is more of a palace retreat, also, not just a hotel. We have excellent memories there and I'm still wearing my Leela slippers at home in Australia now hehe, because it reminds me of the beautiful time I had there and the beautiful staff who made things more than excellent for us and really made our stay amazing. Definitely recommend. I do have a tip - go in a 'Grand Villa'. The Palace suite (what it says I stayed in), is gorgeous but the villas are even better and not that much difference in price. We stayed 2 nights at Leela Palace Jaipur and experienced both room types. The photos online on the Leela website are accurate.
We ate at the buffet restaurant, Sukh Mahal. It was nice. The food was hygienic, fancy, and we didn't get sick at all (we did at another 5 star hotel).
It's a fair drive from the city of Jaipur, but I think you'll find that you actually love that. jaipur city area is so hectic and loud with horns and just a bit unpleasant to be in, if you're in culture shock. The Leela Palace is further out and is such a nice break from Jaipur city area. It's perfectly away in the mountain areas. The air is fresher and it's pretty with the mountains. I totally recommend. I also recommend taking the hotel's car, as they actually have seatbelts in all seats and air con and just fancy. We took an Uber to the Leela Palace and that was a huge mistake. Pay the extra for the hotel car! Most of the cars we were in in Jaipur had no seatbelt in the back middle seat, and two other cars didn't have seatbelts in the back at all. Just trust us. Just make sure they take you to the right airport. The driver was great but dropped us off at domestic terminal, which is 3km or so from the international one, and you have to take an Uber to get from each, so please make sure they understand which one (I thought it would be one airport).

Very near to pink city and avoid the noise of the vehicle. Hotel provide great interpersonal interaction with the guest.
A nice recreational pool, SPA service and gym, this four level high hotel l.
Spacious room with tiny balcony, soft bed and pillows, bathtub and good wash up facilities.
The only restaurant “Jal Mahal”, serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner. ***y selection of pastries, cereals, local Indian cuisine, egg and fruits. Ala-carte menu are also provide Asian and western food, pizza, liquor, cocktails and dessert.
Lastly, do lookout for Akash, Sylvester and Aneesh as they go the extra mile to make the dining experiences more delectable.
Room service are prompt and friendly, allowing personal space with guests. House keeping execute the required protocols including evening turn down services. The cleanliness of the fridge need to more attention as it was sticky and dirty.
Overall, it is really a great service of 5* hotel that I ever stay. Staffs treated us like their friends.

PPengguna TetamuIn the centre of Jaipur with an excellent rooftop view. Good ambivalence at night. However, music plays at obscene times of the day/night (23:30/01:00/06:30?!) with deep bass that can be felt through the walls. My friends and I had private rooms and weren’t there for a party experience, but I’m sure it would have been a banging time if we were. The rooms were a mixed bag in terms of cleanliness. Good beds. Decent bedding. The kettle was however horrific, as were the teabags on offer. Grime and old dirt crusted within the kettle showed a lack of thorough cleaning. The bathrooms smelled of particularly rotten sewage, too. As for check-in, the procedure took too long and they wanted far too many details. It’s not ideal after a flight, and whilst I understand it’s customary for the hostel, it is the first time to happen to us in India. It felt over the top. We also arranged to do laundry there and the entire thing was a mess. The lady running the reception is smiley and lovely, but it was a complete hassle getting our clothes back. We were concerned we might not see them again, haha!
If you want somewhere safe, central and with a good view, go for it. I would next time stay a little further out of the centre but that’s just me! Here, you get what you pay for :)

LLady KwenadiThe rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, mini fridge, tea and coffee maker, and a large smart TV. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a great bonus for staying connected.
The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, and the Express Café & Bar served delicious quick bites and beverages throughout the day. I also appreciated the 24/7 gym on the top floor, which provided a great view of the city while working out.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked the hotel for a one night stay for 4 persons two rooms, but both rooms were not the same. All the furniture is in old condition. The good part is they have a roof top restaurant separately where you can enjoy live music for an hour, second they have a midnight kitchen with a variety of food with reasonable rates. The surrounding area has a good market and the outer look of the hotel is impressive.

He sent a full team to assist me in my travels daily, from picking me up to sending me to my best friends wedding, to meals to tourists spots like Amer fort, 💎 diamond city 🏙️ etc He sent me 💯 god sent, amazing driver, travelling guide, bodyguard Sam (Ghanshyam) for me for all my 5 days of travelling. It was my first time in Jaipur. His top suite which expands of 68m sqft is very impressive. I love the ensuite washroom, that has a place to store luggage and our wardrobe, the white marble ceramic tiles were outstandingly beautiful , I was told India 🇮🇳 top marble is this. The washroom and room was very inviting to stay, felt a lot like home. The breakfast and in room dining cooked excellent meals. We were so impressed, pleased and happy with the hotel, hotel staff, and the hotel spaciousness and top service. Thank you so much Mr Surya and his team. I captured top pictures of them here, they were united, kind, compassionate, respectful, amazing. Their service is 10/10. Extremely outstanding with meticulous detail. Took care of me everyday with top hospitality.
