NICE CULTURAL SHOW EVERYDAY IN THE EVENING WITH DIFFERENT LOCAL FOLK INSTRUMENTS DAILY.
ROOMS & LOBBY WITH HIGH CEILINGS & TRULY A PALACE FEEL.
VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT CITY CENTRE.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.
FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY/PRESENTATION ALSO VERY GOOD.

Abysmal staff. Lazy. Didn’t want to place a sun bed because it was ‘about to rain’. Asked him to call his manager so he reluctantly placed the bed.
Spa and steam can only accommodate one person at a time which is ridiculous for such a large hotel.
Food is good.

Tremendous team of the ahai Mahal palace where everyone is so courteous and helpful and always move with a big smile on their face. Ready to welcome you and support you for all requirements. A great gesture done by chef for my kids and overall I had the best of the experience I could have imagined

It was such a good experience coming back after 6 years. Witnessed the same level of hospitality and friendly staff. Restaurant experience has been very good. Food was awesome and the staff is friendly and helpful as always. Special thanks to Chef Kuldeep , Chef Bhabesh , Aslam and Rishabh for taking good care of us.

It was an amazing Stay at Jai Mahal ... We visited there to celebrate my Wife's Birthday and it was a WOW experience from the time we reached at the security point of the Hotel. I especially want to mention the wonderful Gesture of security people giving a beautiful note wishing Happy Birthday with a bunch of flowers right at the entry Gate.. Mam (sorry don't remember the name) that helped us for the check-in and check-out was very courteous and helpful. She explained about the entire property thoroughly and made sure to take care of all our requests.. Well thought-of Room decoration and Bath Tub decorations for the Birthday made our day blissful.. People involved really put their efforts and we can't thank them enough for making our day super special.. Another special mention about Chef Aslam and Chef Burman during Breakfast.. Both of them tool special care of our requests and the food they prepared was delicious.. It is always a pleasing experience to visit a Taj property & enjoy the hospitality but I think this property was one notch up than all other experiences we have had till now.. In the nutshell, everyone at the property was more than willing to help and make your stay comfortable.. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to recommend this property to others and visit again ..

The highlight of our stay has to be the staff! I checked in on 8th of June with my husband n daughter. Unfortunately I fell ill in the afternoon and the whole staff left no stone unturned to take care of me. From medicines to Ors to extended checkout, they left no stone unturned to make me feel comfortable. It was our anniversary and they made it true ky magical with cakes, decor and special photos. Even though I couldn't eat much but my daughter and husband savoured the delicious food at cinnamon, Giardano and the Marble Arch! Can't wait to go back! A special thanks to Mandeep, Abhimanyu, Divya, Himanshi and Aslam from the Jai Mahal team

Dinner was sumptous. Whereas Awesome service was provided by Rahul & Divya. We really look forward to visit for our meal more often. As this hotel is near to our place but for the first time my wife &I visited this hotel for dinner. As she is fastidious but here she became happy 😊
