Hotel berhampiran Palace of Breeze, Jaipur

This review is really about the staff, especially Diksha.  She made our stay very memorable. The hotel is comfortable if not a bit loud because of the outside traffic noise.  The fitness center is great but the pool is very small. The food is wonderful and dining services very attentive.  Diksha is called Chatterbox because of her effusive personality.  She always is smiling and her attention made us feel very special.

(1) Upon check-in, I found it strange that the male staff placed my husband's name and used his surname as the wifi password when I am the person who made the booking and paid for the hotel. Hence, I am unhappy about this as, even after asking the male staff to change to my name and surname. He was too lazy to do it! Felt very unrespected! In the final invoice, when I paid for room service, the same male staff did not change to my name!!! Terrible and lazy! (2) The food for room service was delicious! (3) The housekeeping was slow in getting us some things. (4) The morning breakfast buffet was delious, with a wide range of local and intercontinential food. The staff in the Breakfast area were very efficient and excellent!

Everything about our 3-night stay was incredible! We enjoyed amazing meals at Suvarna Mahal, Steam, and Oriental Terrace, and the staff’s attention to detail—whether during breakfast, dinners, or special dining experiences—made it all unforgettable. The team truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Anjali at the front desk was always there to help, coordinating our reservations to ensure we had a great time, while Swati made our checkout smooth and even handled plans for our next stop at Taj Lake Palace. I’d highly recommend Rambagh—it’s the gold standard for luxury stays and takes the experience to a whole new level.

I stayed at the hotel for business and it is located at the “new” side of Jaipur, not too far from the airport and away from the traffic jams of the old city. The room, amenities etc are all suitable for business travellers. The only thing is that the hotel transfer to the airport booked was not punctual. We booked for a 2.45PM departure from the hotel but our driver was early and showed up at 2.15PM. We told the driver that we would leave at 2.45PM only. To our shock, at 2.45PM, the driver was unavailable. In fact, the hotel sent him on another job. We were only provided a replacement driver at 3PM. We already paid for the transfer, otherwise we would have booked a Uber to send us to the airport there and then. Such a shame, otherwise the whole stay would have been brilliant.

Staff was kindly helpful. I should’ve swim roof top pool. I didn’t get breakfast. Also it’s would be good service. But unfortunately power of showers was uncomfortable. Bathroom drain wasn’t good condition. Because water can’t go through.

I love to stay this hotel.. everything was excellent but emotional quotient is comparably less.

Good morning. I had three nigh stay with family visting Jaipur for the first time. It was very warm welcome we received. Our first interaction was with Mr Rambaran, HK executive. He explained in detail about tour Itinerary on our request as were not aware. He gave us quality time which we may not forget with where to go when to go and how to go. This is the essence of Taj!!! He gave me first very good impression of Taj amer. many many thanks to him for everything he did for us till checkout. My wife had terrible neck issue. He has initially arranged cervical collar and then at the time of checkout a driver to drop my personal car till mumbai!!! Second I would like to mention about the surprise call I received from GM Mr Devraj singh!!!! what a nice and humble person as GM. Actually my wife has taken 7 years treatment in Tata memorial hospital for a complex dieses and she is out of it now. she had one desire to see rambaug palace Jaipur from inside. The task was almost impossible as rambaug palace was full with inhouse guest due to Christmas. GM Mr Devraj singhji called me on very first day in evening when he came to know about my wife desire and knowing the health history, he called me up in evening and met us next day morning after breakfast. I will not forget that day when he invited us for high tea in evening!!!!! NOw comes the king entry that is wonderful gentleman, very humble GM & area director of Rajasthan that is the great personality Mr Ashok S Rathore. When we entered Rambaug palace, he was there ***** with his cheerful staff to greet us and we had opportunity to meet very donw to earth at the same time very dedicated GM & area director. Thought duration of meetings was short with him but during that short time, we witness the success of Taj due to this great human being. we leart many things from his humble thought process. If I am not wrong he is almost there sicne 39 years!!!!!!!!!!!! After our meeting he made our short visit so memorable that today also we are remembering it. He arranged a historian who explained in detail about Rambaug palace history. we went in past and felt like king. Taj management is lucky to have such greta dedicated humble yet *** with vision and unique thinking like Mr Rathore. I am a middle class person and so far used to live in 3 star or 4 star like Radisson but after stay at several Taj hotels, I found that quality of taj cannot be replaced as HR selects some of the best in country. Pre and post HR selection is very good in all hotels of Taj. I also came to KNwo that GM Mr Ashok S Rathore himself takes care about recruitment and selection process. I would like to specifically mention shaminana restaurant where we had our daily breakfast and dinner. all the staff are very good very supportive. food is yummy very delicious yet healthy. All the services were excellent The entire staff were polite and humble. Ankit, Sanchari, Debopriya and Anuj ensured that our stay was comfortable and provided our check in was seamless Tumpa took care of our requests and was very quick. Subhodip and Rukun managed everything very well. We would soon come back with our family as well

The hotel is quite new and staff are really friendly and helpful. Only the location is quite near to the airport but far from the center.
