Royal haveli couldn't have been more accommodating. First pickup from the airport. Very nice staff at the hotel. Everyone is so helpful, we really felt like home. I highly recommend it. Rooms are well furnished and traditional. Bathrooms are neat and clean.Good location near to fort main market and gadisar lake. they also have amazing safari and panoramic view rooftop restaurant. My stay at the Jaisalmer Spa Hotel and Resorts for three nights was nothing short of remarkable, truly making it a standout experience in Jaisalmer. This hotel, with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, easily earns the title of the best hotel in the area. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. ***ish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. The warmth and professionalism they exhibited were unparalleled. Additionally, our driver, Mr. Bharat Singh, ensured that our travel experiences around Jaisalmer were comfortable and enjoyable. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the quality of our stay, leaving an indelible impression on us.

Good experience at cheaper cost. I am a business***, sell some products in various cities, so I need a shelter to stay at night with my goods. So, it's good for that purpose

This hotel is very close to the drop off point for bus and coaches. You can see the main castle fort tower from the rooftop. The town itself is small so close to everywhere too. The building is clean. The room is nice and traditional with nice decor. The staff are polite and helpful and I especially enjoyed talking to the waiter at breakfast time and practicing my language skills. He had a good sense of humour and advice for navigating the town and shops The restaurant is rooftop and has nice views. The prices are in line with other restaurants in the town. I would recommend. I booked several days more here too.

My sister and I took part in the Desert Safari Tour and had the most amazing experience. The tour began with a visit Kuldhara (India’s most ******* village), the oasis (a freshwater lake) and then into the desert where we stoped for chai (made with camel milk) and a unique look into a local village. By around 5pm it was time to switch from jeep to camel (you can opt to continue in the jeep if you wish). We were on the camels for approximately one hour as we slowly made our way onto the sand dunes. Once we arrived at the camp we were greeted with more chai and an abundance of snacks (the deep fried onion balls were a massive hit). We devoured our snacks sitting on top of a sand dune admiring the sunset - a perfect ending to our day. The most amazing camp fire dinner was prepared for us - daal, salad, rice, yoghurt, vegetable curry, sweets, roti and papadam. All cooked by hand and fresh! This was quite the feast but absolutely delicious. We spent the rest of the night watching the stars before being ushered off to our beds. Honestly, the stretcher and mattress was so comfortable and warm - I slept so well! We were awoken by the sun rising and together we all huddled to the top of a dune (blankets and all) to watch the sun peak over the dunes - so beautiful. They really do treat you so well here as we were provided with an elaborate breakfast of chai, maggi, toast, jam, butter, bananas and papaya. We ended our time in the desert with an adrenaline inducing jeep tour around the dunes - hold on tight because they do not hold back. You could either opt to ride the camels out of the desert or take the jeep. Oh, they do have filtered water available but I would recommend bringing ***** some toilet paper and hand sanitiser. The guides were so lovely and accomodating, they made the experience more then worth while! I would 100% recommend this tour.

Good stay experience, and wonderful services. Also, the transportation is conveniently located and there are many restaurants to choose from nearby. The room is fully equipped, but be sure to bring your own toiletries. If you come with friends, it is recommended to book a private room to enhance your stay experience

No better place to stay in Jaiselmer than this beautiful boutique hotel. As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed. The rooms are spacious immaculately clean and with the heavy wooden beautifully carved doors it feels very special. Up on the roof terrace you have a magnificent view of the fort and you can relax with a beer or a lassi whatever you want. Ghumon will look after you and cook you what you want when you want. It’s just a really friendly place. They will also arrange a night in the desert should you wish or even just dinner and then bring you back. Everything is very reasonably priced. They have a excellent laundry service too. I can’t say enough good things about this great hotel! Although it’s not in the fort it is just a short walk to the gate and really it’s so nice to see the fort lit up at night !

Overall, the experience of the hotel was too average in the pros. The hotel rooftop is good which gives u the fort veiw but so does the other hotels .The food service staff were helpful and courteous . The pictures on the sites are misleading, this property is not on the main road but quite inside with poor road connectivity . The rooms had a consistent bad smell which wouldn’t go. They had super expensive Cab Service and tour packages. They ill informed us about desert camp Where we did not see any desert at all rather it was a barren land with camps and after consuming snacks at the campsite one of my family members had food poisoning due to which one day got wasted, and half of the trip got compromised. Overall I think they are over-priced and can definitely work on Better services in terms of hospitality and guiding the tourists/guests.

My stay here was more comfortable than i expected. Location of property is excellent. Pure rajasthan touch. Food is fabulous as it is live kitchen at rooftop with candle light dinner. Staff and service are excellent. I love this property and will again stay here if i again come back here.
