We have stayed here for 1 night (from 5th Feb to 6th Feb 25). We had booked 4 Luxury Burj Fort Rooms for 8 guests through our Tour Agent - Rajasthan Holidays. One of my pathetic experiences in a 30star property so far. Please find below the reasons: 1. Bed lines were stinky, dirty 2. Pillow covers were torn and dirty 3. The commode's flush push buttons were broken 4. No water glasses were provided 5. No hand towels were provided 6. Most of the electric points do not work in the rooms 7. Rooms were dirty in general 8. The AC could not be switched off in one room, and nobody was available to help. Two senior citizens had to sleep with the AC on even though it was not required. 9. Bathroom doors in all the rooms were very tight and difficult to operate for us. 10. Food was below average. 11. They gave us orange as part of the breakfast. All the oranges were rotten inside which we threw away on our way to the next destination. I called up the manager and told and showed all the above points. I complained to my Travel Agency as well. When the Travel Agency checked with the Manager, he said - there was no issue and he was not sure why the guests complained like this. The manager was extremely arrogant and commented - "At this price, you can expect only this much". I would not recommend this property at all. I would ask our Travel Agency, Rajasthan Holidays, to remove it from their list as it would only spoil their reputation.
