Royal haveli couldn't have been more accommodating. First pickup from the airport. Very nice staff at the hotel. Everyone is so helpful, we really felt like home. I highly recommend it. Rooms are well furnished and traditional. Bathrooms are neat and clean.Good location near to fort main market and gadisar lake. they also have amazing safari and panoramic view rooftop restaurant. The property is stunning. It’s a decent distance from the hub hub of the city that you can get to it rather quickly but you can have a more serene experience. Additionally there is a hospital with a 24 hour pharmacy you can walk to should the need for meds arise. The cleanliness of the common areas is very well maintained even though guests keep leaving dirty napkins around. Perhaps some well placed trash cans will help The service is where this place shines. They sent us a wonderful car to pick us up from the airport. The driver was courteous and friendly. From the moment we entered the property, everyone one was so generous in their want to make us feels at home. I have 3 huge callouts The evening entertainment team was spectacular. Being able to experience music, dance and puppets without leaving the comfort of our hotel was very joyful. The entertainment team made sure every guest felt involved The housekeeping team especially Sunita went above and beyond to decorate our room for our anniversary and was receptive to all our wants and needs The biggest shoutout is to the chefs and the kitchen. One of our kids was battling a Delhi Belly and the other was having cravings for particular foods. They were so concerned and went above and beyond to customize a khichdi to our needs. They brought over chicken broth to nourish our sick baby. And then knocked it out of the park by making g Maggie for our little one even though it was t on the menu. Good experience at cheaper cost. I am a business***, sell some products in various cities, so I need a shelter to stay at night with my goods. So, it's good for that purpose

This hotel is very close to the drop off point for bus and coaches. You can see the main castle fort tower from the rooftop. The town itself is small so close to everywhere too. The building is clean. The room is nice and traditional with nice decor. The staff are polite and helpful and I especially enjoyed talking to the waiter at breakfast time and practicing my language skills. He had a good sense of humour and advice for navigating the town and shops The restaurant is rooftop and has nice views. The prices are in line with other restaurants in the town. I would recommend. I booked several days more here too.

Good stay experience, and wonderful services. Also, the transportation is conveniently located and there are many restaurants to choose from nearby. The room is fully equipped, but be sure to bring your own toiletries. If you come with friends, it is recommended to book a private room to enhance your stay experience

The one good thing about this hotel is its look and build. The hotel was understaffed. We had to change rooms three hours after checking in because the toilet flush stopped working. In the new room there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and no cupboard in the room! there were tall claims by the chef on their website but the reality was quite underwhelming. The young staff members had all the good intentions but lacked the necessary skills and training in hospitality management. The location is not far from the fort ( in fact, there is a spectacular view of the fort from some rooms and the rooftop restaurant ) but the road is extremely narrow. In fact, the hotel stands on an alley making the approach that much more difficult. Overall, it was a heavy letdown

Spacious clean room near to pool give mesmirising view of vyas chattris and fort just outside from your review, best sunrise and sunsetview from the hotel, staff is very helpful and polite, food quality is awesome. Highly recommend for corporate travellers.

We stayed at the property for two days. We asked the hotel for airport transport and for 7 km ride they charged us so much. When i said it’s just 7 km, the guy said no it is 12-13 km. We thought maybe some other route, but the driver took us through the same 7 km route. They just charge so much for little things. It was really disappointing, as we could have travel-led a different city with that amount. Food is good. Service is slow. We had no drinking water glass in the room, asked twice but no response. On our second day, nobody came for room service, we were okay with that as we had to go out, but for basic things that must be provided each day of the booking we had to ask them for everything.
