Hotel Dengan bar di Sal, Cape Verde

Can’t complain! Was a good beautiful hotel with plenty of food and drinks for all guests! Very easy to get there from the airport and everyone speaks English if you don’t speak the native language or similar. Most requests are done via their handy app which is easy to navigate and all inclusive is true to the name! You only pay for anything extra such as treatments in the Spa or items from the shop located on site otherwise everything else is included in the cost of your stay! I would have preferred more options for the 24hr “snack/food option” but this was only used out of hours so not many times for me.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que para el país en el que estamos está perfecto. Nosotros solo reservamos con desayuno para poder hacer más actividades pero no sé si ofrece la opción de todo incluido. Personal muy amable y atento, habitaciones con aire acondicionado y minibar. Cruzas la calle y está la playa, relación calidad precio un poco elevada para el tipo de hotel pero recomendable. Desayuno de calidad y variado con tortillas y huevos fritos hechos en directo

Hotel Sobrado offers fantastic value for money. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff made a lasting impression. The woman (sorry forgot the name) at the reception desk was wonderfully warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional throughout my stay, always eager to handle any small request. The service overall is great, with thoughtful amenities like a convenient shuttle transfer directly to the beach. If you prefer to stretch your legs, the hotel is just a comfortable 10-minute walk from the sand and turquoise waters.

Whilst it is a lovely resort, food options could be better. Also would be nice if there was a proper mini mart facility since there are no real snack / lunch options aside from existing the resort and the pool bar. Also I’ve never stayed at a hotel when I have pre paid for dinner but had to pay separately for soft drinks (or water)..

Posto storico e rinomato, molto bella la posizione (anche se beach club troppo affollato e poca privacy) ma assolutamente decadente e non degno delle 4 stelle… le camere hanno letti piccoli e sono molto vecchie con frigoriferi rumorosi. Ristorante La Tortue molto buono e con visuale incredibile. La colazione scadente ed il servizio di reception sebbene molto gentile ha difficoltà con i sistemi di prenotazione. Anche la connessione wi-fi va e viene. Lo consiglierei per i ristoranti ma non per dormirci

Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il cibo abbondante e saporito. Dalla mia camera si sentivano i rumori della cucina tanto da svegliarmi. La pulizia dei tavolini tra le sdraio era scadente e molte sdraio del terrazzo erano rotte.

The wallpapers were not changed throughout the stay. The shower door was absent.  No hot water . Small screws on the draps. In sum, the trip was average 

We stayed in this hotel for only two nights, and the experience was disappointing as we arrived. With outer temperatures of about 29 degrees, we quickly found that the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. Unfortunately, one of my friends was sick, victim of the tourist (catched elsewhere), and had to stay in this stunning room. When I mentioned the problem with the staff, they just put their hand on air conditioning to make sure it worked ”normally”. It was unacceptable not to benefit from all the facilities, but they did not show any willingness to find a solution. I tried to bear this unsustainable heat, but in the middle of the night I couldn't bear anymore. The hotel was completely complete and then offered two rooms, ”as by magic”. But I had to return the keys from the morning. Later, they called a technician who checked the installation and assured me that he was ”cold” in the room. However, even after having left the air conditioning operation at 16 degrees for 24 hours, The room was still stunning. This experience has clearly highlighted the lack of professionalism and a poor management of problems. No practical solution has been proposed, except for a possible fan... which has never been brought. It is really sad to live such an experience for the last days of our stay in Cape Verde, especially after choosing this hotel because of its many praiseful comments. The hotel is very nice and very comfortable and it is very nice to get a good price.

The hotel is very well located and has a very good buffet. The animation and workers are very helpful. The hotel is a little old but it is very good

The hotel is not bad, but hot tea for dinner and dinner can only be taken in a bar, and the buffet on the Swedish table can not be ordered from the waiters. And in general, the diversity of food is not enough, although from what is there - everything is delicious. You walk there around and don't know what to put, that both tasty and useful and not uniform and eventually a semi-empty plate. But here is a great beach! Many swimming pools! A great animation! Evening events!
