I have had the wonderful opportunity to have a 170-day stay at the POP Hotel. The accommodations were comfortable, and the hotel had a great ambience. In addition, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Their warm and welcoming demeanor helped make my stay as comfortable as it was. I am especially grateful for the assistance provided by Mr. Irwan Sunandri, who consistently went above and beyond to address any issues I faced throughout my entire stay. My heartfelt appreciation goes to him and the entire team at POP Hotel. Without their dedication, my prolonged stay would not have been as enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend POP Hotel to my friends and acquaintances. Should I have the opportunity to visit Indonesia again, I would surely choose to stay at POP Hotel again.

Staycation di eL Hotel Royale Jakarta memang menyeronokkan, walaupun semasa pandemik dan peraturan PPKM.. Sarapan bukan bufet, tetapi dihantar ke bilik dan pilihan menu saya kurang pelbagai. Tiga hari dua malam nampak begitu pantas dan tidak menikmati keselesaan menginap di hotel empat bintang ini.. lain kali kami akan kembali lagi..

Very good location , just next to a mall Room are new (actually they really spent effort to maintain) Breakfast very complete range of food Good gym With spa service Only thing to enhance is the pool which is quite in urgent need to maintain it

one of my choice to go to the hotel in north jakarta, with a comfy place, a large room, but lack of lighting. its okay, i always back again in here wkwk

I’ve been here almost half of years visiting Jakarta for business purposes. Amongst the rest hotel in Kelapa Gading area, 101 Urban Kelapa Gading is the best place to stay in ! Beside, the restaurant in the lobby hotel service was greats! Thanks to the waiter Pak Agus and Waitress Buk Tika for the service given throughout time I'm having meals. Not forget the food really superb tasty ! Thank you 101 😊👍

The experience of staying at QUBE Hotel was very satisfying. Especial thanks to Bella and Valencia who were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located with a supermarket across the street and several restaurants on walking distance. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort and the best service!

When you enter the building, the hotel itself is actually located on the third floor. So you need to find the the elevator and go up. Previously I already requested to do early check in at 01.00 PM via booking.com and fortunately the room was ready and I was able to put all my stuff and hopefully enjoy my two nights stay there. I was given a vitamin C and a mask when I checked in, and when I turned on the TV in the room, it showed how the hotel tried to maintain the cleanliness during Covid 19 by doing disinfection, etc. I chose Whizz Prime Kelapa Gading because it is located across MOI and it has a swimming pool. I want to spend my staycation by swimming in the hotel, at least that's what I thought. When I was swimming, the pool staff approached me and told me that since I was not wearing a proper swimsuit, I was actually not allowed to swim there, for your information, I was wearing a hijab and it was impossible for me to wear a swimsuit, the staff even suggested me to take off my hijab which of course I said no. The next thing I know that the security approached me and telling me quite the same thing, because I was not wearing a proper swimsuit, I was not allowed to swim there. I noticed that the other guests who were also at the pool were staring at me and I felt humiliated. That's it. I got out of the swimming pool and heading to the receptionist and complained. I was assisted by mbak Sarah and she told me there should be no problem if I want to swim and she will talk to the swimming pool staff. When she returned, she told me to sit by the pool and she would talk to the GM. I was already angered by the situation and I chose to go back to the my room and write a complaint in the contact us section of the hotel website. And I decided to go back to the swimming pool and took a picture of the swimming pool. That's when Sarah approached me again, and apologized and make sure that I can swim in the swimming pool with the approval of the GM. I still don't get it, why did the pool staff and the security treated me like that, even need approval from GM, for a lady who wore hijab, to be able to swim at the hotel, while I was the guest and I paid for the room including the facilities? At the end, the manager talked to me and I apologized, ok, I accept the apology but I am already disappointed and cried. I felt horrible. I decided to check out early and ask for a refund. I am now waiting for a refund.
