Hotel Maya all team is good mostly front office manager is very kind person . Even front office staff also very helpful and cooperative . So thankyou so much Maya team to give me excellent service . I visited the hotel the hotel is neat and clean .the hotel restaurant experience here was very nice . The staff was extremely humble and kind . The ambiance of the restaurant was extremely nice . Attended a wedding and we are happy with the hotel we picked. We had a total of 4rooms booked. The free breakfast was a great place to mingle and discuss the days events. Thank you Priya for having chai ready for us. The only issue was no hot water in a couple of rooms but that was sorted out.

This was more like an old friend coming home than visiting a hotel walking in I was unable to get my bag from the rikshaw the security was there smiling and genuinely happy at my arrival the greeting from the assistant Manager was all hugs and not a handshake in sight. the room was large enough for ballroom Dancing and well-furnished comfortable and clean I slept like a baby and check out was efficient there are rooms that are sold as delux these are newly refurbished and excellent to the standard of a five star. the breakfast is complimentary and is good with the highest standards of service. The bar is very reasonably priced and the staff help-full I am running out of good things to say but feel I should have said more, this is a great hotel at a budget price just book it and enjoy

Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great tv and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the karelian pies. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the central station. I will certainly be back

Excellent service food and stay awesome just one thing to add please keep floor mattresses in case to avoid wet floors especially in front of bathroom.
