Good standard of hotel in Jalandhar with good spread of breakfast. A relaxed stay overall with professional, friendly and extremely accommodative staff. Big shout out to Mr Rajesh, Ms Mamta, Ms Kuldeep, Mr Amar, Ms Shammi and all the wonderful staff of this hotel.

The overall look of this hotel is beautifully designed as ***aged always clean tidy with staff available. Grated by friendly security staff, there is a really safe and welcoming feeling. There are ***y young staff members who are enthusiastic, hard working and keen to give the best service lead by more experienced staff who do their jobs with ease and professionalism. This dynamic really give the place a lively homely feel. I also really enjoyed the food, so ***y different choices, and as an English person was helped to navigate some unfamiliar items on the menu. The menu and food was my favourite part of the stay and I loved the interaction with the chefs who also cook a fresh selection of options in addition to the main buffet. I loved the room which was clean and well presented and room service was efficient and to a high standard. I would absolutely love to stay here again if I ever find myself in India. The Maya Hotel has a lot to be proud of, thank you everyone!

We were extremely thankful and happy with the services as Mr. Sandeep and Sunita promised . It was our third event at Maya ,being our first priority and our guest were appreciating the food and ambiance of the Hotel. Sunita is doing good job and Sanjay and Mulkhraj was very supportive during the event.

We hosted a banquet for approximately 200 guests at Al Maya Hotel, Jallandhar. The arrangements done by the ***agement was outstanding and above expectations. The food (quality and variety)and service was excellent. The package offered was undeniably at par with the arrangements and the service provided. All the guests were looked after well by the waitrons hence gratified. It was a wonderful experience and I strongly recommend to everyone looking to host a party / banquet/buffet. Special shout out to the Food and Beverage ***ager Mr. Sandeep for the exceptional arrangements and continues support and service throughout the event , and also to the Assistant Sales ***ager Mr Deepak for facilitating the special deal.

This hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of Jalandhar, making it an ideal choice for travelers of all types, whether you're on a business trip, traveling solo, or enjoying a couple's getaway. I arrived for check-in around midnight, and Mr. Prabhnoor Singh efficiently handled the process, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The breakfast buffet was not only delicious but also served by a caring and attentive staff. However, one area for improvement is the hotel ***agement's attention to the key cards, as some of them were in poor condition and need immediate replacement

Very bed experience in this hotel. Bed sheet was very dirty. Staff behaviour was very rude they did not change my bed sheet. Washroom was also dirty. I will never recommend to other. We was very disturbed at that time.
