My self Kumar I was staying in your hotel it was good experience . Rooms was good and ur food also tasty . Mostly important is hotel staff is very helpful . They given me good service . Housekeeping staff given me neet and clean service room was maintained very nice. And front office staff is great 👍 and very helpful. Room service staff also good they are given me good service in restaurant and Room also . Entertainer hotel staff is very cooperative . We were traveling from US and vising family in Jalandhar. We thought Ramada brand was somewhat known although we never stared there in the US. Given the limited options besides the local hotels, we booked a non-smoking room. When we checked into the room, it was full of smoke stink. The staff was kind to change the room when we shared the feedback but it took them a while to get us the new room. After a long journey, we were just sitting and waiting for our room to be ready and after 25 minutes, we were moved. As we were unwinding into this new room, we saw a person walk by our balcony and we were all like, what? Turned out there was construction going on next door, and there was a big hole in the wall. The access point for workers were through our balcony. Instead of complaining again and waiting for another 30 minutes for a different room, we decided to manage our expectations. It would have been nice if we knew about this ahead of time. We had to close the curtains through our stay, felt like we were somewhere in the basement with no natural light. The furnishing were as if someone armature assembled it. There was no way to know how the doors to the cabinets were to open, no knobs or area to hold the door to open, or which side the door will open. Although it was marked as a suite, the finish was of a low level motel. They only had to shower towels for a party of 3, no iron in the room and so on. After we checked out, we were well on our way by the time I realized that I forgot my Airpods pro in the room. I called the hotel and they told me they will look for it can call me back in a few hours. I told them I can see the Airpods on my iPhone (find my device) to be at the hotel. After waiting for about 3 hours, I called back and was told they did not find it and accused me of leaving it somewhere else, not in the hotel. I can still see the Airpods pro in the hotel through find my device as of this writing – one week after we checked out and back in US now. Meeting family in Jalandhar was the only high of our trip there, everything else was a disaster. Never ever would I stay in this Hotel in the future or recommend anyone to try it out.

Stayed here for 1 night on the way to Amritsar. They have ample parking space in the basement. The staff at the reception were polite. The rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom was clean with good hot water supply. Sadly the wifi connectivity in the room was almost negligible. The breakfast did not have a buffet. So we had to order among the selected choices. The food was decent though. Will definitely recommend the place for families and friends.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Days Hotel. Staff are super helpful. A variety of food from the buffet style breakfast. Staff will make lovely masala chai and bring it to your table. A special thank you to Anand and Love Preet. These two were so kind and helpful and could not do enough for me and my family. They served with a smile and made sure we were okay. The hotel has a beautiful roof top revolving restaurant where prices are similar to room service .

It was for a accidental detour to Jalandhar while returning from Dalhousie when I booked Maharaja Residency. Online reviews looked good and the front desk gave a good deal for two rooms. The hotel is located at a stone’s throwaway from Railway station and is near to main market. The room was exactly the same as shown on website with nice ambience and clean linen. Room service was excellent particular mention for Shubham who always catered us with a nice smile on his face. Mr Ajit at front desk were really nice and facilitated quick check in for us as we reached late in night. One star deducted is for washrooms which are in need of serious overhaul. The WC look worn out and the faucet needs revamp. Moreover the complimentary breakfast spread is too meek and must have bit more variety. Overall a nice Hotel for short stay at Jalandhar.

The reception staff was very unpleasant. They don't even have basic manners to greet or welcome their guests. The way they stare at guests is most alarming. Makemytrip already earned accolades but staff like this make things worse why the chips, buiscuits, bhujiya, juice, salted peanuts etc were kept in the room for which we were charged exorbitantly. There was no indication or pamphlet on which it was mentioned that above-noted articles were chargeable otherwise the room was good ambience was good food is average

The hotel is located in the vicinity of the city centre and is on the main road. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The rooms are airy, spacious and clean. The food is very good and i would recommend this hotel to everyone. However, if you are staying here make sure that you have your own conveyance because finding rides with the hotel proves to be difficult,
