Hotel dengan Sarapan pagi di Jasper

Hotel ini bagus, kecuali bilik kami berada di tingkat pertama separa bawah tanah. Kemudahan bilik dan peralatan tempat tidur tidak buruk, disyorkan. Lokasi hotel sangat baik dan selesa.

#好評#對鄰近活動，交通方便程度滿意；酒店位置在贾斯珀小镇边缘，步行到核心区不到十分钟，完全是汽车旅馆的状态，房间较旧，空间略显局促，没有服务，搞卫生的是两位帅哥，有些违和，见到客人不会理你，感觉并不情愿干这份工作。小镇风景、交通不错，经常有糜鹿一家在镇上出现，这时会有专门的车辆放出啪啪的喇叭声予以驱离。小镇餐厅不少，有中餐日餐韩餐，加油站三四家，非常适合自驾落基山脉的朋友小住一晚，休整补充给养。

Sangat baru dan bersih. Lokasinya bagus, dekat dengan pusat bandar.

This is our second time to stay at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. The environment of this resort is very beautiful, which include several lakes, golf course and trails. In the meanwhile, there are good restaurants in this resort. We did enjoy the wonderful dinner at Orso Trattoria restaurant. If we visit Jasper next time, this resort will be still our top priority choice.

Ok, let's get the issue front and centre. Parking. There is some car parking at the hotel, but we were informed this was reserved for suite guests. However oddly enough you can either find somewhere to park on the road or use a local car-park that the hotel will pay for. We used the nearby railway station, a 1/2 minute walk away. There is a 15 minute drop off spot outside the hotel so makes dropping off cases easy. The hotel itself is OK, seemed to me to be a little dated. Staff were great, although some a little young and did not seem to fully know what they were doing. It was only in the morning that I was told that the number plate I provided would cover us town wide. Hotel is centrally located and in easy walk of shops and restaurants. We had room 211, at the corner of the building, but no real noise as mentioned in some other reviews. T+C machine, TV, but no safe. Bathroom was OK, although shower over the bath with a shower curtain. It was a pleasant stay, just the parking and lack of safe, so more a 3.6 to me.

Everything was excellent, especially we enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Only thing we are disappointed is there was no microwave to warm food. If not, it was perfect to my family trip.

The furnishing in the room was nice and updated. However, I did not have a good sleep at night as there were a lot of noise and sound at night, probably coming from other room is using water. There was also slight noise coming from the fridge. For light sleeper, this room would not be ideal as the noise persisted through the night. Had feedback to the front desk but reaction was mild, perhaps nothing much can be done. Breakfast was very good and there is a variety of food items.

Sekiranya anda suka tinggi, sila ke Fairmont yang bertentangan. Sekiranya anda mahukan kehidupan primitif di hutan tanpa TV dan internet, berikut adalah pilihan yang baik.

We booked this hotel with the hopes to experience Jasper National Park in comfort and luxury in support from Pyramid Lakes Resort as our spot to rest and relax. Unfortunately, our experience at the resort was not restful. Upon heading to bed after 4 hours of driving from Edmonton after a 3 hour plane ride, we were awoken at 2am to the AC unit making an obnoxious noise. After waiting about 5 minutes, the noise subsided and we headed back to sleep thinking nothing of it. That was until… the noise from the AC unit (even when turned off) went on until 5am sporadically and obnoxiously. We attempted to call the front desk to resolve our issue, and they simply said “we’re sorry for the inconvenience, let’s see what we can do” and never got a call in return the rest of the night. In hopes to rest and recover, we slept in on vacation the following day and were awoken by a wake up call forcing us to leave our room stating “check out for all rooms is at 11am” with no apology or sincerity included in the message. Jasper is beautiful and breathtaking as is Pyramid Lake. The resort however, did not live up to its standards. Our hope is management will reach out to resolve this.
