The hotel is beautiful, the service is wonderful, and the buffet is one of the most beautiful buffets I have eaten at. I would like to thank the receptionist, Mrs. Rola, for her good reception.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Very clean and equipped with everything. Sea view is a plus.

We had a very bad service. The receptionists don't answer our calls, and if they do, they do not respond to our requirements. The hotel room is smelly and uncofrtable. The AC is not working properly as well.

The hotel was very nice and it was a really great experience

It is the best in Jizan city and is still considered new

Hotel is excellent and beautiful, nice swimming pool, separate swimming pool for ladies, Nice entrance, Room was very clean, nice view from the room, nice coffee shop, excellent breakfast, service was good, Receptaion staff was very nice and helpful

Awesome hospitality and wonderful stay at the hotel I enjoyed every moment specially the Thursday dinner I bet it’s the best seafood in the entire city I highly recommend it. I also can’t forget the view and how wonderful it is in addition to the remarkable sunset! It is very spectacular please don’t miss it, you won’t regret it worth every penny I am also grateful for the crew there for there great hospitality and warm welcome we had from Mr Essam he has been so helpful and generous offered us great support there

Great service, nice view and location. Welcoming staff... We had an event with people coming from abrad, logistics and preparation were very good without any issues to be mentioned. Good facility for both business and families

Beautiful location, very excellent cleanliness, and I will visit again. I thank the workers. The staff is highly ethical. I especially thank Mr. Essam, the room manager, for his spaciousness and patience and the reception of visitors. We also enjoyed the beautiful National Day in the hotel courtyard, the beautiful folk color, and the splendor of the beach. Thank you, thank you for enjoying
