Hotel Pantai di Jeddah

I spent a weekend there during the month Of March. Hotel is nicely located - quiet district although it is hard sometimes to find a suitable car parking - hotel parking is full and same goes for the surrounding Room is spacious - I have booked an executive suite 2 bedrooms- it is perfectly suitable for a family of 4 Cozy Restaurant - matching with hotel size- breakfast buffet was included in the price. Variety is OK Lobby is a bit small, they have a fitness with a covered swimming pool - tiny one - Building apparently is old… furniture in rooms , lobby & restaurants are exhausted and need to be changed Overall the hotel with its prices & services is worth to stay I do recommend it for families I’ll come back again

We stayed here for a week during our business trip to Jeddah with our 9 year old son, and unfortunately had a really bad experience… We had requested a triple room when booking but upon check-in they had no record of this. They said they could send an extra bed up, so we accepted this and proceeded to our allocated room - Room 418. This turned out to be a small room with a linked door which made it even tricker to locate an extra bed. Housekeeping came within 30 minutes with the extra bed, which appeared good on first inspection - however was as hard as a board and totally unusable once made up and in place. The first night was spent with three of us in one bed which was far from ideal! The next day I complained about the bed, and they agreed to bring a mattress topper up to the room, which somewhat helped relieve this issue. The consequent nights we were all in our own beds thankfully. Throughout our entire stay we never once had housekeeping as standard. We had to request the room to be made up, and on nearly every day after a long day at work - we arrived back to a dirty, un made up room which was super frustrating. I raised this several times with management to no avail. Simply NOT good enough for this standard of hotel. On our penultimate night, the next door occupants decided to have a party (founding day) and we politely asked them to keep it quiet by knocking on their door, but they persisted. We asked reception several times for their help, but it fell on deaf ears. We finally got to sleep at 3am only to be woken up by reception calling our room at 5.30am to register complaint from said partygoers to us! We could not believe it. Our son was woken up and the whole following day was a nightmare. What hotel calls guests’ rooms at 5.30am in this manner?! CRAZY! On our last night the same partygoers continued their celebration, and we had to ask to switch rooms which the hotel did do in a swift manner. 2 hours sleep was all we got before our early flight home. Really disappointing experience from this hotel, and we will not be returning in a hurry. If you’re expecting a high quality, modern hotel with exemplary service - look elsewhere!!!

فندق مريح و استقبال ممتاز من موظفين الاستقبال الرائعين و العمال و جلسات رائعة غير الموقع المميز سهل الوصول و كذلك مطعم متنوع و عمال و مشرفين على درجة عالية من المهنية كانت اقامة متميزة و مريحة تجربة يجب ان تكرر

Very friendly, welcomeing, helpful and professional staff. This hotel has got great potential to be a good 4* hotel. I like that there was a Sauidi coffee to try for free when you enter the hotel with some delicious dates. Room was big and clean. Breakfast OK. Swimming pool and Gym OK- there are separate days for men and other days for women. Location is a bit far from centre 15 min by car. Afew things should be looked at: I have booked a nonsmoking room. Check-in was quick but I was given a smoking room with no working telephone nor working air-conditioning. I went down stairs and receptionist did her best to find a nonsmoking one. But, I had to check in too late and around 16:10 I managed to get into my room. There were no towels in room and I had again to chase this. Telephone did not work again and this didn't bother me. Cleaning room: cleaner did not come during my three nights stay but this was a big deal for me.

The hotel itself is clean but the rooms are very small and there's almost nothing but the absolute base. You have to call 4 times and remind them extra 3 times just for them to help you with anything in your room. I have asked them to join two beds together and they keep forgetting over and over again to send someone. Waited a whole hour for it, it's insane!. The room is clean, and the prices are honestly really good. Sometimes I find discounts on it for 180 before taxes which is nice. The location is a bit tricky to get to, but that's not their fault, they were there before the roads had changed construction. Front desk/receptionists are the best, always super friendly and easy going. I would say they are the best thing about this place.

الاستقبال تجربة سيئة يفتقر للبشاشة و عدم التقدير و الاعتذار على التأخير و العطلة في الاستقبال و عدم ظهور الحجز لديهم مع العلم تم استلام تأكيد الحجز. الغرف و الخدمات تم استلام غرفة في غاية السؤء بالآتي -الديكور و الجدران متهالكة لأكثر من غرفة. -السجاد (الموكيت اللي على الأرض) متسخ و غير نظيف و غير معقم لأكثر من غرفة. -التكييف سيئ جدا مع العلم ليست الملاحظة الأولى و يبدو لي ليس لديهم صيانة و نظافة و تعقيم للتكييف بصفة دورية. -تم رفع شكوى لإصلاح مشكلة التكييف ولم يتم التعامل معها لمدة ٥ ساعات خصوصا في منتصف الظهر و عز الصيف و لم اتلقى خيارات اخرى كمبادرة منهم و تم تغيير الغرفة بعد مجادلة شادة مع العلم بتوافر الغرف الغير مشغولة و هذا امر سيئ لحصول العميل على حق من حقوقه. -تم ركن و ترك الشنط في العربية بجوار المصعد و لم استلمها الإ بعد نزولي لهم مما يعرضها لسرقة او للضياع. -لم يتم الاعتذار على المشاكل و الملاحظات كأن رضى العميل و الاهتمام به لا يعنيهم و لا يمت لهم بشئ. -عزل الصوت سيئ جدا. -اتمنى ان تصل ملاحظاتي لهيئة السياحة لإعادة تقييم الفندق لأنه لا يستحق ٣ نجوم.

من افضل الفنادق الي تمت تجربتها بالنسبة لي مدة اقامتي فيه ١٣ يوم صراحة ما اعرف كيف اوصف تعامل الموظفين العيال والبنات جدا جدا تعاملهم جميل وابتسامه على طول ماتفارق الوجه واخص الموظف ابراهيم العلي بسبب تعاملي معه مباشره من اروع الموظفين الي تعاملت معهم صراحة قمة في الذوق والتعامل والاستقبال عندهم على مدار الساعة اول ما تحتاج شي على طول يوفرونه لك صراحة تجربه كانت جميلة فييه والمطعم عندهم شي فخم كل يوم اطباق جديدة اكل لذيذ ومسبح جميل والموقع جدا مميز قريب من المطار مره وقريب من الاماكن الجميلة بجدة شكرا لكم موظفي فندق موفنبيك ستي ستار

الغرفه رائعه ورائحتها جميله ونظيفه الاستقبال كان رائع وهادي ولطيف من البنت الي في الاستقبال المطعم الاكل لذيذ ومتعدد الاصناف والفريق في المطعم ممتاز واخص روابي الزهراني طلبت منها قهوة عربية وفي الحال لبت الطلب لها منا كل الشكر ولفريقها الرائع الا كان مزعج الموسيقى في الاستقبال طلبنا يخفضون الصوت لكن بدون اجابه في المطعم ماقصروا خفضو الصوت لهم منا كل الشكر والتقدير

It was our first visit to Saudi Arabia and we had a fabulous stay. Special thanks to concierge Farooq for providing us with a warm and friendly welcome. We would definitely come back. Location and facilities were really good, breakfast buffet was also great.
