Very friendly, welcomeing, helpful and professional staff. This hotel has got great potential to be a good 4* hotel. I like that there was a Sauidi coffee to try for free when you enter the hotel with some delicious dates. Room was big and clean. Breakfast OK. Swimming pool and Gym OK- there are separate days for men and other days for women. Location is a bit far from centre 15 min by car. Afew things should be looked at: I have booked a nonsmoking room. Check-in was quick but I was given a smoking room with no working telephone nor working air-conditioning. I went down stairs and receptionist did her best to find a nonsmoking one. But, I had to check in too late and around 16:10 I managed to get into my room. There were no towels in room and I had again to chase this. Telephone did not work again and this didn't bother me. Cleaning room: cleaner did not come during my three nights stay but this was a big deal for me.

I spent a weekend there during the month Of March. Hotel is nicely located - quiet district although it is hard sometimes to find a suitable car parking - hotel parking is full and same goes for the surrounding Room is spacious - I have booked an executive suite 2 bedrooms- it is perfectly suitable for a family of 4 Cozy Restaurant - matching with hotel size- breakfast buffet was included in the price. Variety is OK Lobby is a bit small, they have a fitness with a covered swimming pool - tiny one - Building apparently is old… furniture in rooms , lobby & restaurants are exhausted and need to be changed Overall the hotel with its prices & services is worth to stay I do recommend it for families I’ll come back again

The visit was ok I would like to highlight three points and it would be great if they are available : 1- A place for women prayer on the 10th floor 2- The swimming pool area was not ready. cleaners were still cleaning at 9:30 am although big groups were at the area. 3- At the time of women groups or events, it would be better if the staff all be women and no men at all in the whole 10th floor. It was difficult to swim and move to the showers while male waiters were around. Thanks

If you are allergic to smoke or a non smoker don't come near this hotel. In fact the rooms smell is very bad as it seems the sanitary system may be faulty. This may be why they keep spraying freshners which makes it even worse for allergic people. And when I asked to change the room Abdulrahman said he doesn't have vacant rooms although another guest came later and was given choice of rooms

A fantastic hotel close to the international airport! Excellent service and food. Clean room; the room that I stayed in was immaculate. The staff are polite and friendly. And the check-in and check-out process was straightforward. I look forward to staying again at this hotel in the future. Special mention and thanks to Nawaf at reception.

من اجمل الفنادق بجدة من ناحية السعر و الجودة و التعامل و الرقي بذلك. اخص بذلك الاخ سعود من طاقم. الاستقبال على احترافيته بالتعامل مع النزلاء و تقديم الافضل دائما للزبون بما عنده من صلاحيات و لا يهونون بقية الطاقم. شكرا لكم جميعا 🌹🌹

We stayed two nights at this hotel which is located along Al Iskandariyyah street very close to the Middle Corniche. The hotel has a parking area where the parking spaces are in pairs between the columns but their are very small so that each car occupies two spaces. However, availability is good and we had no problems parking (there is also easy parking along the road). Despite having arrived very early we were given the room which was large, with a good bathroom (which need soime renovation) and wifi service. One or two more electrical sockets should be placed in the room for recharging cell phones and a camera. The buffet breakfast is really excellent and with a lot of choice. In the evening in less than 10 minutes on foot we went for a walk to the Corniche. Even if we had to change room the second night due to a problem with the code lock on the door, we certainly give a very positive opinion and recommend this hotel both for the above and for the good value for money.

​​​​​ The room is spacious. I stayed in 4 cities and this hotel is the biggest. Breakfast is plentiful. There is another café as well as the main dining room on the ground level. Layout of the bathroom is a bit strange. There is no ​door of ​shower cubicle. The water will flow into the floor from the shower booth. ​Right after we checked in, I took a very quick shower. Still the water went outside of the shower cubicle. After me, another took a proper shower, the ​entire floor of the bathroom ​got​ wet. I think the floor should be a bit slanted​ and water must be flooding from the shower cubicle itself. Water barrier must not be equipped properly. ​You can expect the following in the room; ​ - Wi-Fi - Complimentary water and drink - TV - AC - Mini fridge ​ - safe​ ​ - room service​ There is a hypermarket in walking distance​ but they are closed around 1100 or 1200 for praying, check their opening time.​ Our group went to an Egyptian eatery nearby for dinner. It seems like there is a Syrian restaurant as well. Hotel reception doesn’t exchange currency. Prepare enough local currency if you don’t want to use your CC. ​There is a swimming pool on the rooftop. The view is ​good, you may want to go up to check. There is gym as well

Sarapan pagi mungkin merupakan wabak. Terdapat banyak penduduk tempatan, dan pada dasarnya gaya Arab, tetapi anda boleh memakannya. Pinggan mangkuk, periuk dan kuali disediakan, peralatan rumahnya bagus, dan sangat baru, mesin basuh, ketuhar gelombang mikro, peti sejuk, dapur seramik elektrik, pengering rambut lain, seterika juga OK. Rangkaian juga sangat pantas. Satu-satunya keluhan adalah bahawa unit luar penghawa dingin di garaj bawah tanah lebih panas daripada di luar. Setiap hari seseorang datang untuk menukar cadar dan tuala mandi. Pendek kata, ia cukup selesa untuk perjalanan perniagaan, dan harganya kecil.
