فندق مريح و استقبال ممتاز من موظفين الاستقبال الرائعين و العمال و جلسات رائعة غير الموقع المميز سهل الوصول و كذلك مطعم متنوع و عمال و مشرفين على درجة عالية من المهنية كانت اقامة متميزة و مريحة تجربة يجب ان تكرر

The room was great - large and clean, with everything. I didn't really use any staff services - but I was disappointed to see the gym is not working, as that was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. It should have been communicated before that it's not working. Otherwise a great option and his value in Jeddah!

I spent a weekend there during the month Of March. Hotel is nicely located - quiet district although it is hard sometimes to find a suitable car parking - hotel parking is full and same goes for the surrounding Room is spacious - I have booked an executive suite 2 bedrooms- it is perfectly suitable for a family of 4 Cozy Restaurant - matching with hotel size- breakfast buffet was included in the price. Variety is OK Lobby is a bit small, they have a fitness with a covered swimming pool - tiny one - Building apparently is old… furniture in rooms , lobby & restaurants are exhausted and need to be changed Overall the hotel with its prices & services is worth to stay I do recommend it for families I’ll come back again

Mungkin sudah terlebih tempahan, tetapi saya sebenarnya telah diberikan suite... Ia bukan di bangunan utama, anda perlu melalui restoran untuk ke bangunan tambahan. Kecuali daftar masuk itu lambat sedikit, yang lain semuanya okay.

الفندق. مريح مره. واحب اشكر. العملين بالمطعم واخص بالشكر. الاستاذ مجاهد. كان حريس كل الحرس ان يقدم لنا صوره. مبهره عن كل انوع الطعام بالبوفيه وفعلان البوفيه كان رائع وقدم لنا مشرو الكرك تي. لزيز. اوصي بالعوده وكانت تجربه تستحق العوده مره اخره شكرا. من القلب علي حسن الضيافه

كوفي شوب الشيشه ممتاذوالموظفين في قمة الأدب والاحترام بجد عبد العليم يقدم ضيافه ممتاذه وخدمه سريعه وابتسامه جميله انا لازم اكرار الزياره مره آخره انالازم اجيب اصحابي وأصدقائي وكل ماهو عزيز عليا في الكوفي شوب عشان يستمتعون في هذا المكان الممتاذفي بجد الفندق تحفه واحساس جميل بكل شيء

The bedroom was not large but comfortable, generous with seating (which is unusual in a smallish room) and had what we needed for a 2 night stay. Shower room quite tiny. Dinner buffet a bit basic but breakfast was good. We wanted the hotel to order us a taxi for our flight first thing in the morning but they could only do their own hotel car which was more expensive but more comfortable and arrived early.

فندق رائع جداً الاستقبال من والاخوات والاخوان كلهم قمه في الاخلاق طبعًا اً مدخل الفندق على الشارع والاستقبال فوق في الميزانين المواقف داخليه الافطار اعطبه ٧من ١٠ نظافة الغرف والراحه ١٠/١٠ يوجد كافي على المسبح ويوجد مطعم ايطالي كل الشكر للاخوان في الفندق

本來訂房是吸菸房 到櫃檯也特別說要吸菸房 結果整理行李好 從房間出去才發現房門口張貼了禁菸公告 傻眼 到櫃檯說要換房說要等 可以等我們晚上回來再換房 晚上回飯店先到櫃檯說要換房 說我們先回房間整行李 整好再打電話到大廳 會有服務人員來引導換到吸菸房 結果帶去櫃檯說準備好要換房 結果石沈大海 還得特地跑到櫃檯去問 櫃檯還說他們不知道 真是羅生門 可能我說外星語 沒人聽得懂 等到退房早上 我打去問幾點退房 櫃檯又是鬼打牆 胡言亂語 不知道到底幾點退房 只是說幾點退房有這麼困難嗎？ 一間這麼有名的星級飯店 結果櫃檯搞得跟旁邊小旅店還差勁 （我前晚住隔壁走路一分鐘的兩房兩廳兩衛的旅館便宜，櫃檯溝通完全沒問題）真是傻眼 飯店設施是不錯 但廁所淋浴乾淨度不好 房間燈也不夠明亮 櫃檯真的溝通障礙 超扯

A fantastic hotel close to the international airport! Excellent service and food. Clean room; the room that I stayed in was immaculate. The staff are polite and friendly. And the check-in and check-out process was straightforward. I look forward to staying again at this hotel in the future. Special mention and thanks to Nawaf at reception.
