Nice place, staff was great, bed was hard for my taste and pillows were small. Everything was clean.

Looks great the outside. Rooms are dated and patched up but fairly clean. It's definitely a bate and switch. Luckily I only booked one night so not too bad

Was a very nice place to stay. The lady that worked in the breakfast area worked very hard to make sure that there was enough for breakfast.

It was a decent place to stay. We were comfortable and the place was clean, but the ice maker on our floor was broken, and the utility room where the ice maker on the other floor was located was dirty and unkempt. Our hallway also smelled vaguely of ****. We could have used an extra blanket or two on the bed as the one in the room was thinner than we would’ve liked.
Guest service was nice, though the desk tenant was on the phone and waved us out the door as we were checking out.
Breakfast was decent, but not many “grab and go” options.

Very comfortable stay at the hotel. Location is ideally situated near restaurants (waffle house, Cracker Barrel, McD’s, etc). The staff was really hospitable and polite. Although I didn’t visit the pool I heard it was clean and a great place for the kids. Also the gym looked well equipped. The breakfast (included with room) had a good selection; Waffles, assortment of cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, toast, yogurt, and pasties.

Staff was very friendly and accomidating. Bathroom needed updated paint on cieling was peeling and bathroom sink had a huge crack in the porcelain. Cable did not work staff tried to fix it but still would not work. Pool area in desperate need of fixing and update. Floor in pool area was torn up.
