Excelente servicio por parte del staff, la ubicación es excelente para hacer turismo en familia y las tarifas muy accesibles; sugiero inviertan en renovar las instalaciones y mi única queja fue el suministro de agua caliente el cual a veces daba problemas de manera frecuente.

We visited the the Walwa SPA. The facilities were top notch ! My girlfriend treated me for a massage and then we both did the wet & dry saunas along with the jacuzzi. All three where very clean, the soft talcing music was great to relax, the jacuzzi included champagne and the changing rooms had everything we needed.
DoubleTree by Hilton Lima Miraflores El Pardo

We had stayed at another Hilton the previous time we came to Lima, but after staying at the Double Tree, we will only return to this hotel. The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, and it has a full gym you can use that provides you with water and a towel when you go. And what really sold it for us was the outstanding customer service. Everyone was incredible, but three people went above and beyond for us. Angel from the hotel restaurant provided top-notch service every morning to us. Also, Alondra from the front desk spent so much time with us, helping us set up our tours to ensure we had a fantastic time. She always had a smile on her face and we never felt like she was bothered by us. On the contrary, she was always happy to help and willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Also, the person that provided service to our room was terrific (unfortunately, I can’t remember his name). Every day he wanted to make sure we had what we needed. We had an amazing experience and we will be coming back to this hotel over and over again as long as we continue to get the same experience.

Where do we start… 1. They didn’t even care to help us with our luggage nor open the door for the car. I had to find the cart for my luggage, load it and take it with me into the elevator. They never offered help. The guy at the door is a joke. 2. Bathroom in common are was dirty (floor M) 3. We got a stinky pillow (head sweat). The fabric was yelowish compared to the other white bedsheets. 4.They blocked my car in the parking lot, so beware if you are driving. 5. Breakfast was decent. Coffee machine broke. Drip coffee is cheap dirt water. 6. Good luck deciphering room service calls from your room. They provide a QR code to a website in there there is no link to room service(just show us the shortcuts on the phone!) 7. bathroom smell a little humid and at moments we felt a stench of sewage in the shower. This is a 5 stars hotel, all of the above are unacceptable circumstances. The positives 1. Nice pool but there is smell of stagnant water on the right side, close to the stairs. 2. Decent WiFi. 3. Great location. 4. They replied to my initial survey. Hoping they can correct all the observations above.

They messed up the reservations even though I showed them the reservations it took over an hour to fixed. I stayed and booked this hotel for all my workers but I will try to book in another hotel

Okay, so the Miramar is a little worn, a tad ragged about the edges, fixtures and carpeting linens and towels are a tad long in the tooth. But... It is clean. Everything works, most importantlythe shower and the aircon. It's in a great location, with a bunch of restaurants and supermarkets and money changers close by, and Av. Jose Pardo is half a block away, giving you a wonderful walk to the Ovala de Miraflores, where can carry on in equal comfort in a bunch of different directions. The neighbourhood is clean, safe and vibrant. It's inexpensive, even with a nice included breakfast. And all that good aside, the best thing about Hotel Miarmar is its staff. The front desk clerks, bellhops/concierge and housekeepers are excellent. Helpful, patient and professional in appearance and demeanor...nothing but good to say about these folks. But, the true shining star of this property is our breakfast Server, Josephine. Josie was effusive, so cheerful and friendly and outgoing, genuinely sweet and kind. She went out of her way to help us get sorted at breakfast and then again later in the morning, going way above her job description to help us. We'd come back and stay here just due her efforts 👌
