Ulasan Water Garden Resort

The hotel's location was a bit tricky to find using Naver Maps, possibly because the hotel name on the map differed from the one on Trip.com. I booked a single room, but the owner initially said my reservation wasn't for that type. After a brief discussion, the owner was very kind and agreed to change it to the room I originally booked. Trip.com should really check if there's a system issue causing these discrepancies.

Family trip with my 8-year-old son~ I went because they said it was good value for money, and it really was~ The owner upgraded my room, so I stayed in a full access room on the first floor for 3 nights. The pool was really nice, but the water quality was a bit cloudy, which was a shame..ㅠ The room condition was good because the furniture felt old, but it was clean and dust-free^^

The room condition and facilities immediately indicate its age, but I booked this place solely for the pool, and I was completely satisfied. It's one of the most cost-effective pool accommodations in Jeju Island, where people go wild on hot days.

Beautiful hotel with a clean, comfortable, and equipped room! Well located for activities in the south and 30 minutes from the airport, which is great! Friendly staff! The only downsides... The photos show inflatables (which you actually have to rent) and no paddle boats or kayaks available. The pool is shallow. Some rusty parts, but I recommend it! :D

Very good, very beautiful. The boss will help with the luggage. There is also floor heating. It is very comfortable. It is very nice to take pictures. It is very good to play in the water in summer. I will choose this hotel again when I go on vacation in summer

The pungent smell was so strong that I couldn't even sleep properly for a single night, worried it might harm my health. I'll never go there again.

The pool was spacious and comfortable, which was very nice. There was a washing machine in the room, so I could wash the kids' clothes right after playing in the pool, which was convenient. Two things I found disappointing were that the air conditioner wasn't cleaned internally, so it gave off a strong musty smell when it was running. Looking through the air vents, you could see the fan was covered in dust and mold. Also, the cushions on the sofa were worn out, so when you sit on it, you're stuck against the wooden frame, and your thighs get caught on the wood in front, which is uncomfortable. The sofa is also narrow, and sitting on it hurts my butt, so it's better to just sit on the floor. The sofa needs to be replaced and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned internally.

There are bugs floating in the water and the cleanliness is not very good, but I like that the accommodation has a large swimming pool.

The night view was beautiful, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

A hotel that is not recommended. There is no elevator. It is not recommended if you have a lot of luggage! The hygiene is also average. The hotel is very old!

It was too cold to swim, but I went to a nearby restaurant and it was a good place to stay in terms of distance.

The water quality of the swimming pool is poor, the water is turbid, and I dare not go in the water. There was no quilt provided in the room, only a thin mattress. Stayed for three nights, no room cleaning service was provided, only new towels were provided every day. But the staff was friendly and kind, and lent us an umbrella when it rained heavily👍
