房間的位置很好，江景房每家都有陽台，可以悠閑地坐在椅子上欣賞新安江和山景，真是流連忘返啊！房間設施都很齊全還有空氣清新機，特別感謝管家盧小姐的關心和照顧，第一天入駐就主動提供森林氧氣機，對於敏感鼻炎的我體貼入微。第二天出遊疲勞又噓寒問暖，主動問我們是否需要泡腳桶解乏，回家臨走當天幫忙拎行李還把我們送到地庫，整個這幾天讓我們都有賓至如歸的感覺🌹。第一天入駐由於堵車有點不適，樓下一樓中西餐廳的趙姐很替我們着想，幫我們打包魚湯讓同事送餐上樓，使老媽嚐到了千島湖鮮美的魚湯。客房服務的鄭姐也很貼心，當天很體貼送水送水果等，説有需要及時找她。文瀾酒店每位員工都很熱心很為客户着想，有的幫忙引導停車，有的詢問早餐吃得如何，這管理水平讓你真正地感受到暖暖噠😘服務，點贊文瀾酒店每位員工。當然硬件各方面也很到位，為住店客人都感覺到真是賓至如歸，暖暖噠❤️下次還會選擇這家，地理位置好，吃飯方便，各方面服務到位的酒家👍

首先非常感謝此次行程管家 萍萍，她的貼心服務，為體驗大大加分！對長者非常照顧、有耐心，介紹行程和給建議很清晰，臨走甚至還洗乾淨了水果，讓長者帶着火車上吃。臨行送到船上，揮手目送，讓人期待下一次和她再相會！ 酒店依山傍水，坐船而入，避世又入世，適合帶家人同來。 聽雨獨棟，私密性好，沒有去泡湯的我們，在浴缸美美泡了2天，小院子裏還看到松鼠🐿️小貓🐱生態很好。 不覺餐廳 驚艷，**魚蝦出品很不錯，尤其倒篤菜鯿魚，連吃2晚！千島湖魚頭特意關照濃一點，果然湯濃味鮮；黑松露臘腸炒飯 黑松露香氣非常棒，好吃😋 還去茶室做了小傘手繪，小活動頗有特色。 旅拍是酒店配套裏相當不錯的，感謝攝影師小姚和粧發造型娜娜，古風造型在青山綠水，非常出片！ 進出碼頭都有休息室，有茶點和熱茶，剛離開已想再去，春日再會。

我很滿意這次入住。員工們都非常友好，服務也很周到。房間整潔舒適，設施齊全。地理位置方便，周圍環境也很好。總體來説，是一次愉快的入住體驗，我會向朋友推薦這家酒店的。

Throughout my stay, they were always ready to assist with any request, whether arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or ensuring my room was in perfect condition. Speaking of the room, I was delighted with the accommodations. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed. The attention to detail in the room's design did not go unnoticed, from the luxurious bedding to the tasteful decor. The view from my window was breathtaking, adding an extra layer of charm to my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at [Hotel Name]'s restaurant. The culinary team is top-notch, and every meal was a culinary delight. Whether I was enjoying a hearty breakfast or savouring a gourmet dinner, the food quality was consistently outstanding. Stray Clouds Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Jiande, especially for those looking to take a break from city life and enjoy some time in the countryside. The owner of the hotel lives in Singapore, but handles registration for foreigners remotely. The three women who work at the hotel are lovely and make sure that each guest is treated with the same generous hospitality. My only suggestion for foreign passport holders looking to stay here is to establish contact with the owner in advance by adding his WeChat (same as the hotel's phone number) to share documents required for registration at the local police station including passport information page, current Chinese visa, most recent entry stamp, residential address in China, and phone number. This will decrease the time needed for check-in. The hotel itself was spectacularly clean and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is just minutes away by foot from Tuanyun Pagoda (抟云塔) and Wenchang Pavilion (文昌阁), two of Xinye Ancient's Village (新叶古村) most recognizable landmarks. The nearest bullet train station in Lanxi, Jinhua is currently closed, so it's best to take a bullet train into Jiande Station (建德站) followed by a 70-90 minute Didi directly to the hotel. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!

坐小船進去的酒店，非常不錯的體驗 島上衹有這一家店，所以得把零食小吃水果自己帶着 晚上坐在陽台，聽着蟲叫，數星星 白天泛舟富春江上，感受微微的浪花拍打船頭 酒店後面有個小溪，帶小朋友的可以帶好工具去抓魚，但是務必穿好可以泡水的鞋子，因為小溪的石子紮腳 酒店的空調是真的有點問題，開了很響，不開又熱，最好可以檢修下 店主幫我升級了房間，在住期間也是隨叫隨到，服務態度相當好。 總體來說，適合放空的地方

酒店的地理位置十分優越，應該在建德來說是最最市中心地段了，與購物中心相連，購物，吃飯，喝咖啡都是電梯與走廊間的距離，特別是我最愛的星巴克，在建德有三家門店，樓下這家是唯一能夠做**的門店。地下車庫很大，停車很方便，當然是付費的。每天早晚都到江邊走路鍛煉身體，順便看看日出與日落，還有N多人在晨練與納涼，酒店與清涼的新安江水就是隔了一條馬路的距離。在從四川到上海這段長江全流域40度以上高溫的區域內，坐在20度不到的江邊發朋友圈，拉仇恨的節奏呀（哈哈哈哈）！到建德最不能放過的就是早餐的豆腐包，就是樓下第一個路口的早餐店，斜對麪就是菜場，每天早上都要買豆腐包吃。看到下午有人在菜場排隊，也去排隊買到了滷味打包帶回房間，差點鮮掉了舌頭，太好吃了！距離酒店一公裏範圍內的美食太多了，最起碼有七八家非常棒的餐廳，要把這幾家店裡的主打菜嘗一遍的話，每家至少要去4-5次以上，為了清涼，為了美食，我會每年都來的。酒店的服務沒得說，非常好，有任何問題與需要，微信中招呼一聲，馬上解決，讓我們住在這兒的這幾天非常輕鬆愉快，退房的時候也不用辦理任何手續，衹是在微信中打個招呼，說一聲再見，可以讓阿姨去房間搞衛生了，這就完成了全部的退房手續。非常喜歡建德這個小城，是大杭州區域內最宜居的，而且是消費水平最合理的城鎮，沒有之一！補充一句，第一張照片的中間那幢高樓就是我們入駐的酒店，我太太喜歡靠在挑窗這兒看日出，我喜歡這張大沙發，軟硬度與支撐都是我最喜歡的，我在入住的這幾天裏，白天的大部分時間都是在沙發上度過的。

導航出錯聯繫店家後，小姐姐在大熱天下指路帶路，謝謝。梅莊就在澄清門嚴州老街第一家，距離停車場位置很近。房間很大很乾凈，浴缸靠窗一間和店家圖片無異，中間是會客廳沙發茶几，再過去一邊雙洗臉盆一邊一間是智能馬桶一間是沐浴房，乾濕分離。後面就是樓梯上去loft，一張大床舒服的床枕頭。全房間2個空調出口，還有地暖。梅莊出入方便，看好時間樓下就有表演。非常好的一次體驗。

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 days and it was amazing. It’s very clean and simply elegant. We stayed in the Japanese style room and the view was incredible. The staff especially, Tom, Andy and the hotel manager were really helpful and so kind. The hotel offers free bikes, and the routes nearby are just breathtaking. Plus there is a swimming pool to cool down as the temperature goes up. I would highly recommend it.

入住時免費升級為帶陽台的江景房。房間風格清新時尚，乾淨整潔。還贈送了水果，牛奶和小餅乾。餐廳視野極佳，看着江景就餐，很是愜意。早餐也豐富，手擀麪真是不錯呢。坐在房間陽台上就能欣賞江景，看雲捲雲舒。傍晚漫步江邊，看山水美景，心情很放鬆。江南祕境，不虛此行啊!
