After the renovation, I experienced it again and was very satisfied and pleasantly surprised. Especially Lisa Liang, the manager of the Yujing Room Department, was very warm and thoughtful in service. The high-level service as always reflects Yujing's management philosophy of attaching great importance to customer experience. We will come again.

The hotel is in a great location, right at the foot of the Guifeng Mountain Scenic Area. Because of this location, we can cross the road to go on a cruise after waking up at 5 pm, and the children are very happy. The service of Xiao Tan at the front desk is enthusiastic and in place, and I give her a thumbs up. The waiter is also very warm and considerate, and actively helps with luggage when checking in and out. It is a bit regrettable that the hotel's items are configured. 1. There is no bed fence, which is not friendly to young families who have not yet separated their beds. The children dare not move all night and are very irritable. The adults are also very worried. They wake up many times to check the position of the children for fear of falling off the bed, and they did not sleep well all night. 2. There is no towel basket. 3. The welcome fruit redeemed by Ctrip points was not seen. 4. I called the housekeeping department that night and hoped to have two quilts. I asked what they were used for. In the end, they said there were no quilts. I don’t quite understand. These are things that cost little and can effectively improve the experience. I sincerely hope that they can be considered and do better.
