不得不説，爸爸這次訂的住宿，住的特別特別滿意。一走進院子，就帶給我們很大的驚喜，小孩大人都十分喜歡，不出院子就可以拍很多美美的照片，再加上房東一家特別熱情的服務，必須打滿分！！一家人都愛上了建水縣，除了整個城市的鬆弛感，也許這其中還有明清院的原因吧！剛離開，就又開始期待下一次的見面了🌻

儘管我們出遊的次數不算多但也不少，但這家民宿整體的環境，硬件，房間內的設施，屋內提供給客人的一次性用品的全面性和質量都是見到過的天花板了。
園子裏小橋流水，綠植遍佈，水裡的錦鯉色彩艷麗，看着也是價格不菲的品種，涼亭，免費提供給客人的茶室，茶水、點心、水果、小食……
我們住的3樓的親子房，屋內的層高感覺起碼有4米，太舒服了！床具床墊也很舒適、智能馬桶、乾濕分離，還有消毒紙巾和一次性馬桶墊。
老闆還主動告知我們他家有免費的電動自行車代步去古城，比我們自己開車去找停車位要更方便，簡直太貼心了！古城離民宿不到2公里，騎車去確實方便，沿途還能看看當地的風土人情。
略有不足的地方就是由於民宿是24年剛剛建成，屋內有裝修後殘留的味道，建議多通風或用除味的機器處理一下。

A lovely looking hotel, and friendly reception, comfortable beds and pillow.
But, so noisy as the rooms are not sound proofed. The bathroom looks lovey, but a bit impractical as there were leakages and water on the floor after a shower.
Breakfast is served next door - simple and adequate.
So much blaring noise from across the lake - difficult to really relax.

房間比較大，很漂亮。和圖片一樣，天熱的話感覺會很涼快。是我在眾多酒店裡選的一家。出門去哪裡都方便，也安靜。酒店給的攻略也很給力，我都是按着看景點，按着吃了好幾家。很客觀的建議。如果可以把衞生間的衞生細節再弄乾凈一點就更好了。房間我喜歡亮敞一點的。這有一點點的暗。但是不影響。白天都跑出去玩了，時間如果多，可以好好在房間喝個茶。

初二從普洱趕到建水，快到時才訂的房間，運氣很好，訂到了這麼漂亮的民宿，院裏的設計和房屋的裝修能看出老闆花了很多心思，不止是開個客棧賺點錢而已，很多地方都花了心思，房間椅子上的墊子，門鎖，大衣櫃，院子裏的每一株植物和景色都很漂亮，早上出門就是集市，很有生活氣息，臨走時老闆還送了建水的特產獅子糕，孩子們都很喜歡吃，下次有機會錯過節假日一定還要再來住短時間～

The guest house is just a few minutes walk from Chaoyang Gate, the eastern entrace of the old city. It's in a small alley, so very quiet. The rooms were clean and well-equiped. The owner lady was extremely warm and welcoming, offering all kinds of advice for first-time travellers in the town. There is usually a toufu-grilling and tea session in the evening when you can socialise with the other travellers. Breakfast started a bit late, but had a good variety of food.

The first floor is the first floor, all of which are pasted with negative ion tiles. The doors and windows of each room are broken bridge glass doors and windows. The wood structure of the building adopts two kinds of wood! One is pine wood structure, the other is mahogany carving decoration. Even the patio is paved with Qing Dynasty Longyao green bricks. A cup of tea here is a lazy time in the afternoon. You can leave the noisy and flashy city life, enjoy the simple peace, feel the simple customs and experience the local national culture. Let the tired body, impetuous heart, a long time to relax.The rooms are equipped with complete supporting facilities, broad vision, sufficient sunshine, comfortable and intimate, spacious and bright. The tea flavor of each room is rich. They are all star hotel quality latex mattresses. All the linen on the bed is Hilton's. all the guests who have stayed in praise of each other and sleep soundly and sweetly at night. There are Xiaoai classmate, Xiaomi air conditioner, Xiaomi intelligent projection, Xiaomi intelligent water heater, Xiaomi hair dryer, Xiaomi iron, intelligent mirror, Jiumu bathroom, Jiumu shower, Jiumu intelligent toilet, etc.

quiet , nice place to stay. easy walking distance to the old town. the owner was really kind to help me w my bag and send me to the main road to get a taxi which was v appreciated else I have to drag my bag along the small lanes.

MMabelThe place has so much history and culture - we are privileged to be able to be able to experience it all during our time in Jianshui.
The host (Zhao) is amazing - when we first arrived, he brought us around the place and told us all about it. During our stay, he goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. He even accompanied me to the pharmacy to get some medication. We felt right at home after a day and felt sad to leave.
This place is close enough to the ancient city (7 min by foot). Around the corner, there is a local morning market. It’s small but you could see the hustle and bustle and even pick up some local fruits/food!
Room is not big but it is sufficient and clean. We weren’t confined to our room because the communal area is very inviting. You get to play with the occasional resident cat and dog!
Overall, this is a highly recommended for travelers seeking unique experiences!

服務：店家老闆是個温文爾雅的女士，平時很少説話（但因我本人入住生病，反而麻煩她親自給送了外賣點的粥，因為走的匆忙沒能當面説聲謝謝，回到北京寫評論，這裏道謝🙏了）然後開始説説服務，接我的是客服大姐接:那態度是我見過的南方女人裏最熱情的，沒有之一！因為酒店地處古城內，停車衹能停在別人家飯店門口，入住和離店都是她給搬運盈利，不到1米6的身高，好能幹！👍
再説説酒店大哥，很外向和健談，得知我發燒後還單獨跑葯店給我買了個新的水銀温度計🙏，這次帶孩子來也匆匆去也匆匆，以後再去雲南出差，一定開車過去陪你喝點小酒😜
總之，我們一家四口今天回到北京了，這次建水之旅真的特別🙏對我們的照顧，尤其我生病期間，感謝🙏感謝！希望有緣再見。如果以後你們來北京一定記得電話我，讓我也盡地主之誼。

Location : a 5mn walk from the Old city, and from lots of restaurants at night. very easy to find.
Staff : very nice staff! Despite not speaking English, they tried their best to please me. They helped me book a taxi, and talk to the driver. I was disappointed I was not in the building with the garden, and granted me access to the garden part.
Hotel : Congratulations to the designer, who is a VERY talented person. The design, mixing old and new, is absolutely stunning. It respects tradidtions, but with a twist.
the garden is exceptional. having the tea there was one of the highlights of my entire trip.
Rooms : they are super luxurious, huge, with marble bathrooms and Japanese toilets. But a loise of traffic noise from mine.
Only downside : this hotel is made of two buildings, which are on the other side of the street. The fish tank building has this amazing fisthtank, but it located in a VERY noisy street. My bedroom was overlooking the street, it was difficult in the morning. The garden building is super calm in an alley, all the rooms are overlooking this incredible old garden, no noise. I would recommend the owner to clearly indicate in which building the rooms are during the booking to avoid any potential disappointment upon arrival. rooms in the fishtank part are the cheapest.
Overall I was happy with my stay, it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. But beware of the building you are booking to avoid surprises! I wish I had stayed longer.

BBrownThis was my second stay at the White hotel in Jianshui. The check in process is almost instantaneous, and the very friendly woman at the desk can speak English. The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean, very well appointed, and there is really nothing to be improved on. I would certainly recommend this place for others to stay. It is an easy walk into any part of the ancient town as it centrally located. Great place to stay. If I go back to genuine Shui for my fourth trip, I will certainly stay there again.  There is underground parking a one minute walk from the hotel and guests park for free. This is a really huge benefit in the ancient town of Janish way.

The rooms are located inside a historic stone and wood building that has been renovated respecting the culture of the place, creating very large rooms, in style, equipped with all possible technological comforts. The owner, Lawrence, speaks perfect English (a very rare thing to find in Jiuanshui), is a highly cultured person and can help you solve any type of problem as well as accompanying you on visits to the surroundings, making you enter the heart of Yunnan. It is the best place I have stayed in Yunnan, without a doubt. In this place I left my heart, respect and affection for Lawrence and all the staff.

The team is really kind, and my stay was quite happy time.
Located at a few meters form the South gate of the ancient City, buses that bring to the railway station and to the long distance buses station are not far.

Good location within walking distance to old town n places of interests.
Lovely “hotel” with hospitable hosts, providing typically Chinese breakfast of rice porridge and condiments, tasty soup rice noodles, steamed bread buns, sweet potatoes, etc
You also get a simple lunch of Chinese porridge n condiments, and some cooked veg items n meat. And also an afternoon tea which we missed.
It’s sort of a pottery studio too and guests are also invited to have Chinese tea there. Well decorated with lovely plants all around.
Only drawback is the toilet in the room which does not have a door.
However, overall a good stay.

PPengguna Tetamu整棟樓裏全是古董和字畫，對於書畫愛好者簡直天堂！！！床單被褥都很乾凈，房間明亮通透，通風換氣好，上下樓是古建築那種樓梯，有天井，有亭台，喜歡中式古建築的來住吧，不喜歡不理解這種風格的希望不要詆毀。

Take the number 18 bus from the station. Get off at 永祯路口（建水大道) 站.
Be aware that the budget rooms are downstairs on the ground floor, where the bathroom drains smell and where the downstairs lounge area is, so you get the noise of guests laughing and joking at midnight.
If you qualify with Trip.com for a late checkout, they won't give you one because it's against their policy - so Trip benefits are a waste of time really.
But the hotel is generally good and the staff are friendly.
