“Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service!”
I recently stayed at Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Hotel and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest.
Arrived around 8.30pm on 26/10 and was immediately served w hot tea to keep ourselves warmed. Checking in was a breeze and I was very impressed with the corner table with thoughtful items for you to take in case you have forgotten to bring along during your travel.
We want to express our appreciation towards the lady staff 007, who helped us to unload the heavy luggages from our car onto the luggage trolley and even brought up to our rooms personally.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Toilet seat is always warmed up for the cold weather. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in.
Breakfast was flavorful and beautifully presented. The dining area was clean and comfortable.
The location was ideal, 1/2 an hour to airport and 20mins to a local mall making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this a memorable trip. I highly recommend Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and look forward to returning in the future.

前台入住效率高，會提前打電話溝通接機時間及準確地點，禮貌，熱情，高效。沐浴水壓和温度都非常棒，可以很好的放鬆。送機有叫醒服務，避免誤機。周邊餐廳很近，味道不錯。房間的衞生無須擔心，布草及備品很好用。

本來是中轉隨便找的一家酒店，沒想到住到寶藏酒店了！酒店周圍很安靜，房間內的裝飾柔和讓人感到放鬆自在。床很舒適，還有座椅和小桌子很方便辦公。大堂紅茶很好喝，特別喜歡熊貓糖超可愛。無論是房間內的床鋪、衞生間的洗手枱，還是公共區域的桌椅，都一塵不染。最讓我滿意的就是服務了！前台小姐姐又漂亮又熱情，又是幫拿行李又是給到茶，打電話給前台也都是很快幫忙解決問題！很專業很貼心，被尊重和重視。以後出差還會訂這家酒店。

環境衞生方面無可挑剔。走進房間，空氣清新宜人，地面光亮如鏡，角落與床下都不見絲毫灰塵。床品、毛巾潔白如雪，無任何污漬或異味，更換及時且整理得極為整齊。窗台、桌面等各處細節都被精心擦拭，窗簾乾淨垂墜。公共區域的衞生維護也始終保持高標準。大堂地面時刻保持乾淨，公共衞生間不僅毫無異味，且洗手枱、馬桶等設施隨時都處於潔凈狀態，衞生紙、洗手液等供應充足。走廊牆壁光潔，地毯定期清潔，無污漬與雜物。

每次來都住這家酒店，這家服務很熱情，房間也很大，每次都可以在這裏休息的很好，值得推薦！位置明顯好找，有停車場，大堂乾淨明亮，房間衞生乾淨，枕頭和被罩很乾凈，房間沒有異味，通風好，隔音效果很好，很安靜沒有噪音，設施到位，價格便宜，性價比高，預訂方便，準時留房講信用，前台小姐姐服務熱情，很有家的感覺，空調效果好，服務員態度很好，每次見到都會問好，那天很冷，前台人員一進大廳就給倒上一杯熱茶，不得不説服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會有機器人幫忙送上去，房間內也讓人感覺温馨，性價比很高的酒店，態度親切感非常好，服務也非常好。下次還會選擇這裏

超性價比高的一次住宿，離機場很近，免費接送機很方便，來的很晚，沒想到進房間很暖和，設施環境都很好，服務員早就把空調打開了，熱水也很安逸，早餐豐富，非常符合我的口味，最重要的這個馬桶還是智能的，加熱的，對於冬天入住酒店，真的太好了

出行維也納是第一選擇，空調好，床很舒服，設備很齊全，乾淨衞生。只是停車在後側，後面沒有門，需要繞一下，離機場自駕約半小時。周邊小吃超市不多，沒啥逛的。整體感受沒有樂山大佛店好，需要繼續加油！

由於夜晚機場轉機找一個酒店休息過渡，此酒店有免費接送，但使我沒想到的是在這偏避地方，競然此酒店是我在成都住的最滿意酒店，車剛開到酒店大門，裏面服務小妹熱情出來迎接，主動要幫我搬運行李箱，到了客房內看到環境和衞生都乾淨得無處挑剔，連搞清潔的阿姨、大叔也很有禮貌打招呼，晚上準時提醒來車送我們到機場，除某些硬件設施不如五星酒店，服務、衞生決不輸給五星，點贊！非常滿意的酒店，下次還會來。

整個行程中最滿意的一晚住宿，因為飛機是上午九點的，如果從市區直接走，那我差不多四點就要起床，為此定了機場附近酒店。沒想到非常超值。酒店很新，特別乾淨環境也超安靜。酒店有免費小麻花，還有熱茶飲。早上根據飛機起飛時間，有主動的叫醒服務，有免費的接送機服務，樓下有很規範的飯店和禮品店，價格比高，服務也特別周到，滿分滿分💯
