Nice hotel with very good service and friendly staff. A lot of activities for kids possible but need to pay extra. Good indoor pool with really nice area for kids. Overall good stay but surrounding area not that nice due to construction site around the lake right next to the hotel area.

去年和今年在花島住了很多次了，每次都覺得非常舒適放鬆，不僅是因為空氣清新、環境幽靜，還因為酒店工作人員都十分敬業、熱情、服務周到，餐廳的魚火鍋、花椒排骨、涼拌雞色香味俱佳，特別適合休閑避暑、釣魚🎣賞花，還有特別通人性、親近人的孔雀，每次開屏前都會招呼大家去看，酒店的動物們對人這麼友好，離不開酒店工作人員的精心照料！一點建議：小鸚鵡🦜其實可以考慮放在離遊客更近一點的位置，或者放在酒店大堂當迎賓鳥，因為這種鳥類是更加喜歡與人交流互動的～希望好的店家能夠越來越好！

Заполнили визу на 24 часа, в аэропорту выпустили в город нас.
И там попали в Китай)
На 3х языках и с переводчиком добрались до места.
Пару станций на метро прямо из аэропорта. За 11минут доехали. И за 7 минут дошли. На такси предлагали 160-200 юаней в 1 сторону. Доехали на метро быстрее туда и обратно за 30 юаней втроём.
По дороге много построенных современных высоток. Почему то без людей😁

Мы заселились буквально на 4 часа. Приняли душ,, поспали пару часов. И обратно.
Про сам отель. Чистый, новый, продуманный дизайн до мелочей. Должен стоить в 2-3 раза дороже. Панорамный вид. Оценю на 6 из 5.
Завтраки не дождались, тк тут же улетели на Пхукет.

I recently stayed at Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Hotel and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest.
Arrived around 8.30pm on 26/10 and was immediately served w hot tea to keep ourselves warmed. Checking in was a breeze and I was very impressed with the corner table with thoughtful items for you to take in case you have forgotten to bring along during your travel.
We want to express our appreciation towards the lady staff 007, who helped us to unload the heavy luggages from our car onto the luggage trolley and even brought up to our rooms personally.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Toilet seat is always warmed up for the cold weather. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in.
Breakfast was flavorful and beautifully presented. The dining area was clean and comfortable.
The location was ideal, 1/2 an hour to airport and 20mins to a local mall making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this a memorable trip. I highly recommend Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and look forward to returning in the future.

But no one met me and couldn't help me find a representative and literally by mistake I got to this Derunda hotel in Chengdu. The hotel staff tried very hard to help me, explaining that I do not have a reservation from the air carrier and if I want to stay, I have to pay. I didn't have enough cash, and the card doesn't work in China, I was confused. But one girl working in a hotel showed special kindness to me and great patience to help. I used the translation app and my kind heart. She helped me calm down and find the right solution. My daughter booked a room online at this hotel and paid for it with a card also online. Thus, I was able to spend time comfortably in this hotel, very beautiful and cozy, a beautiful room, and an incredibly large and comfortable bed allowed me to sleep after a long flight. I was also provided with a transfer to the airport from the hotel. Thank you very much to the hotel and, especially, Pan Jing. This is my savior's girlfriend ❤️

However, as was the case throughout Chengdu, it was extremely difficult to communicate with hotel staff as they didn’t understand English, which would be so important given the vast nationality of customers who would book to stay.

TTP Adhikari NEPALIt was very good experience of staying in this hotel. I was welcomed very warmly, the check in process was smooth and super friendly. The hotel is very close to the TianFu airport, so if you have a long layover until your next connection flight this place might be an excellent option. They arrange a free pick up and drop off to the airport. I recommend this place to others.

Its location within a larger hotel complex provides convenient access to the airport, with a shuttle service ensuring a prompt transfer (approximately 12 minutes door-to-door). Several reasonably priced Chinese restaurants are located within a short walk (less than 100 meters).
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. While I did not partake in breakfast due to scheduling, I found the hotel to be good value for the price.

PPengguna TetamuBooked this place for an overnight stay in between transit, it serves its purpose. Free airport pickup (call the hotel upon arrival, but do note they might pick up other passengers going to other hotels so if you're in a big rush, better to book your own DiDi, it's not expensive), nothing to complain about room wise. In the morning there's free airport drop-off as well, just provide your flight details and they will arrange a time to pick you up.
Tip - you might want to give yourself a bit more buffer if you're new to China or the domestic airport, they picked me up 1.5 hrs before my flight and I had barely an hour left by the time I got to the airport. Had to cut the check-in queue otherwise I'd have missed my flight. Ask them to pick you up at least 2 hrs before, the queue at the bag drop counter is rather long! Then there's the queue at the immigration and security areas as well... and all this includes me being able to speak and read Chinese. Can't imagine how much more harrowing it'd have been for someone who can't navigate the language!

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaFlight arrived around midnight and the free airport pickup was still available. They do not have a WeChat number to call. I do not have a local number so I asked a customer service desk in TFU airport to help me to call the hotel pickup and get the vehicle number. The one that picked me up was 川A DM7885. Great to have this service available from the hotel. They also pick up other passengers from other hotels before dropping us off.
Location is good, plenty of food options available until 2am (can choose either right beside the hotel or walk 10 minutes for even more food choices). It used to be a small farming town that got transformed into many hotels to cater to the TFU airport transit passengers.
Service staff at night was friendly and helpful, even helping me to plan my transport for the next day. However dealing with the morning shift staff was somewhat unpleasant, since they asked me to cancel my hotel booking in Chengdu because they were trying to persuade me to sign up to their vacation package. Not a good way to do business.
The room was basic. Hot water shower in my room was inconsistent, had to wait a long time to get warm water (not hot). The water kettle was leaking a bit when boiling water, which I hope they've already replaced. The corridor lights are sensor operated, and it looks dark until you start walking. The courtyard is nice but also not as fancy as the photos.
Overall ok for just 1 night stay.
