A special shout-out and thanks to the hotel housekeeper, Selina, who contacted us before our arrival to understand our check-in time and requirements. She made sure everything was perfectly arranged before we even checked in, and thoughtfully prepared children's amenities for our baby. It was a very satisfying experience; the check-in was smooth, and the service was impeccable.

Overall, it was pretty good. All the staff were incredibly nice, from the front desk lady to the one who brought the sewing kit and kids' slippers, and even the lady on the night shift. It would be even better if there were tissues by the sink for brushing teeth. The place was clean and tidy too. I left something in the room and got it back without any hassle. Very satisfied overall!

We were upgraded to the executive floor upon check-in, and the front desk staff provided good service. I asked about breakfast for children under 5, and it was free since my child is young. It's quite rare to see age as the standard for free breakfast, as it's usually based on height. The lobby is decorated in a New Chinese style. Ps: I suggest setting up a temporary seating area in the lobby. When queuing for check-in, many people are standing with their luggage, and they look quite tired.

The Chinese restaurant offered good value for money. The breakfast on the first floor was very mediocre, with very little meat. I initially thought there'd be a kids' play area, but apparently, it was closed due to the holidays. They set up a small crafts area for kids on the first floor instead, which my child seemed to enjoy regardless. Cleanliness: Basic hygiene was fine. Environment: The nearest lively shopping mall is actually a bit of a walk. Service: Very good.

The rooms are very spacious, and the 1.35m twin beds are great for families traveling together. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. The service was exceptional.
