Full marks for the Hilton Jiaxing experience! Staying on a high floor, the panoramic view of South Lake was incredibly soothing. Selina, one of the staff members, was very efficient and thoughtfully upgraded my room. The room was clean and modern, the bedding comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the Jiaxing local specialties were especially authentic. Whether it's the location, service, or facilities, everything was impeccable. It's the perfect choice for both business trips and leisure getaways, and I will definitely be staying here again!

Came with my kids, and it's great for ordering takeout; the robot delivery is super convenient, and sometimes a staff member brings it, and their attitude is good. The environment is also pretty nice. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which is really bad and has very few options. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, even on a Sunday, with plenty of empty seats when I went at 9 AM. I suggest adding some chicken nuggets, which kids love, or prawn crackers. Everything else was fine, but the floor is really slippery, so be careful. Shery provided excellent service, and I'd come back again. Yesterday, I saw penguins at Nanhu Tiandi and absolutely loved the 'Sui Yin Ji Liang' there. Anyway, it's better than the Four Points by Sheraton, where you have to go downstairs yourself to pick up takeout, and the air isn't as good, though it is a bit more value for money.

Hilton Jiaxing is located in central city area with attarctions like Jiaxing South lake nearby.Also there is a huge Wanda shopping mall nearby. Hotel is clean and good breakfast.Service staff were ver cooperative.Airconditioning took time to bring down the temperature in the room, which can be imporved I guess.

The location is great, not far from Jiaxing South Station, with plenty of dining options nearby. We stayed in an executive suite. The room was a decent size, and the decor felt relatively new. However, there was a constant rattling sound from the wind against the window. The check-in process was quite slow. On top of that, the bedding was uncomfortable, and I actually broke out in a rash the next day. Breakfast was okay, but overall, it was just an average experience.

My son left his tablet at the front desk. I called down to ask the staff, but they said they didn't have it. When I went down to the front desk myself, it was right there. This clearly showed that the front desk staff hadn't bothered to check carefully at the time. Also, there was a clump of hair on the shower wall in the bathroom. My wife saw it while showering and even wondered if another woman had used the shower before her. Although the staff's attitude was good when we communicated later, it's unacceptable for a brand of this reputation to have staff make such basic mistakes. I hope they can improve next time.

Absolutely five stars! For our anniversary, my boyfriend and I decided to take a short trip to a nearby city, and we chose Hilton Jiaxing for our stay. The experience far exceeded our expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and close proximity to Wanda Plaza. A special shout-out to Sunny for her incredibly attentive service; knowing it was our anniversary, she proactively decorated our room and even upgraded our room type. The view was absolutely stunning, and the room's atmosphere was simply magical as the sun set! The room was spacious and clean, and the Hilton bedding was as comfortable as ever, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The biggest surprise was the huge bathtub; taking a bath together in the evening while enjoying the night view was incredibly relaxing and romantic. The breakfast spread was extensive, especially with a great selection of local specialty snacks. We could taste all of Jiaxing's flavors without even leaving the hotel. We also made use of the hotel's swimming pool and gym, which weren't crowded and offered an excellent environment. This stay added many wonderful memories to our trip. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Jiaxing, and I highly recommend it to couples!

Service response was very quick; when I found the AC too cold, a technician promptly came up and resolved the issue. The facilities are decent, and the room offers ample space. The hotel is conveniently located near Wanda Plaza and Linggongtang Theme Park, and other city attractions are also just a short drive away. The room was spotless, the bedding was very comfortable, and the attention to detail in cleanliness was impressive. A big thank you to Lena at the front desk for her excellent service; she kindly provided an extra coffee voucher and complimentary minibar items, which made for a great experience. I'll definitely bring my family back for a weekend getaway next time.

Booked a suite at the Hilton Jiaxing via Trip.com, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the expansive space. The living room and bedroom were distinctly zoned, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a picturesque panorama of the city skyline blending with the serene lake. With the lights on at night, the ambiance was absolutely captivating. Every detail in the suite showed thoughtful consideration: the bedding was cloud-soft, allowing me to drift off to sleep instantly. The bathroom featured a modern wet/dry separation and an oversized bathtub, perfect for soaking away a day's fatigue. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks, instantly making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The service was simply impeccable. Duty Manager Cathy provided a flawless response to all requests. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and room service was incredibly prompt – when I requested an extra pillow in the evening, it was delivered within minutes. The breakfast the next day offered a huge variety, with both Chinese and Western options – definitely a must-try! Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this place offers a perfect experience. It has already been added to my go-to list for stays in Jiaxing!

We often come to the Hilton. It is well located, next to lots of good restaurants, cafes, and bars. The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms and superb views. The executive lounge on the 49th floor has free drinks during dinner with a calm business feeling. There is a 24hr gym, a clean swimming pool with a sauna. There’s also a delicious breakfast.

The hotel facilities are all excellent and brand new. The room was very spacious, perfect for two people! Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and slept really well. We were here for the Bibi concert, and parking and all other arrangements were super convenient. It truly feels like Jiaxing city puts a lot of thought and effort into things! Both the hotel's public areas and our room were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location is also great and very convenient. The service was absolutely fantastic! They even upgraded our room and included a complimentary breakfast. We were genuinely touched by their generosity. And speaking of breakfast, it was a real standout! I usually don't have high expectations for hotel breakfasts as they often feel pretty standard, but the one at Hilton Jiaxing was a huge plus! The food tasted great, and there was a wide variety of options. I was so busy eating that I completely forgot to take photos, haha! Even the coffee, which is often a letdown in hotels, was surprisingly good – I'd easily rank it in my top three among all hotel coffees I've had! The complimentary single coffee set was also excellent!

My stay at the Hilton Jiaxing this time was absolutely fantastic! The room itself was cozy and elegantly furnished. Its spacious layout, starting from a generous 42 square meters, ensured I never felt cramped. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered a superb view; at night, the glittering city lights were a beautiful sight to behold right from my bed. The in-room amenities also reflected high quality: a 55-inch HD LCD TV, a separate shower and bathtub, and international brand Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries – every detail exuded a touch of luxury. Executive Rooms and Suites even come equipped with a capsule coffee machine and a variety of teas, truly demonstrating an understanding of guests' needs. The hotel's dining options were also a delightful surprise! Yu All-Day Dining restaurant offered an extensive breakfast buffet with a complete array of both Chinese and Western dishes. Local Jiaxing specialties like 'rouzong' (savory sticky rice dumplings) and Nanhu water caltrops, along with mini pan-fried buns and tofu pudding, all tasted fantastic. The freshly-made Eggs Benedict and pan-fried dumplings are definitely a must-try. Adjacent to the restaurant, there's a playful children's dining and play zone, which families with kids will surely appreciate. The Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor specializes in local Shanghai and Cantonese cuisine, boasting a serene and elegant ambiance perfect for family gatherings or business dinners. Afternoon tea at the Silk Lobby Lounge was exquisite and delicious; paired with a signature cocktail, it created a wonderfully relaxing experience. The Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and Happy Hour were equally impressive, offering a wide variety of hot dishes, desserts, and fruits, all of high quality. The leisure facilities were also comprehensive. The fitness center on the 2nd floor features a variety of equipment, and the indoor heated pool has crystal-clear water. After a swim, you can unwind in the sauna. Furthermore, the hotel boasts an excellent location in Nanhu District, surrounded by all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Wanda Plaza is just a short walk away, and it's not far from Nanhu Scenic Area, Yuehe Ancient Town, and Jiaxing South High-Speed Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiaxing, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The service at Aria Tiki is excellent, truly reflecting Hilton's trusted standards. Facilities: The amenities are truly impressive; the pool, restaurant, and rooms are all fantastic. I especially loved the robot delivery service for takeout. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Wanda Plaza, offering pleasant views. Linggongtang Theme Park and the Oriental Geological Museum are also nearby.

After checking in, I was pleased with the impressive night view from my window and the exceptionally comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also excellent. For this trip with my parents, after extensive research, I booked a supposedly luxurious and impressive hotel near Jiaxing city center. However, it turned out to be all show and no substance, as I discovered over twenty shortcomings. To salvage our trip, I promptly switched to the Hilton Jiaxing in the city center the very next day. It was only after experiencing the Hilton for two days that I truly understood what a real five-star hotel feels like. The design of the hotel lobby and rooms is grand, artistic, and thoughtfully user-centric. The physical amenities perfectly embody the hotel's culture, and the gym and swimming pool are extensive and well-equipped. My suite was exceptionally comfortable, and my parents were equally delighted. The service (software aspect) across the board was commendable. From the bellhop and front desk staff to housekeeping, everyone demonstrated high professional standards. I'd even go so far as to say that among the various brands I've chosen for my travels, Hilton (excluding DoubleTree by Hilton) is my absolute favorite. However, as the saying goes, no one is perfect, and neither is any hotel. While the breakfast spread at Hilton Jiaxing was incredibly rich and varied, the food layout was quite disorganized. The restaurant staff also seemed unprofessional; there was no one to seat guests, and tables remained uncleared for up to half an hour. Although some efforts were made to rectify this later, the dining area still felt chaotic. I sincerely hope the hotel provides thorough training to its F&B team. Overall, I genuinely love this hotel, and I hope my honest review and constructive suggestions can be beneficial to its management.
