ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาดดี และการให้บริการของพนักงานต้อนรับดีมา หากมีเด็กๆด้วยจะมีของขวัญเป็นตุ๊กตาให้ด้วย พร้อมกับอาหารทานเล่นจัดเป็น gift set มอบให้ด้วย มี ขนมปัง นม ขนมเป็นมันฝรั่งทอดกรอบ และอื่นๆ และยังมีชุดผลไม้สด-แอปเปิ้ล,กล้วย เสริฟให้ถึงห้องหลังจากเช็คอินด้วยด้วย วิวดี อากาศดี ห้องไม่มีกลิ่นอับ หรือกลิ่นบุหรี่เลย ดีมากคะ

物美價廉，性價比超高，與描述完全一致，非常滿意。服務熱情周到，服務態度也非常專業，整體體驗極佳，下次一定還會再來光顧。值得推薦！

酒店在公寓樓內。店家描述房間五十平，實際上根本沒有五十平，就放眼望去的大小。衞生間倒是挺大的，説話有點回音，但是設施很老舊，洗澡沒有任何取暖設備暖風和熱燈都沒有，冬天洗澡凍得不行。 空調也不行，不暖和不暖和不暖和！！！ 説是2023年裝修，其實哪哪都是舊的，空調也不行，開一晚上都不太暖和，在屋子裡拖了外套都冷，得穿上外套。只是説距離八佰伴附近比較方便罷遼。這個價位住漢庭之類的體驗感更舒適。

定了兩間房，大堂經理雲南專業的管家服務，提前加好微信安排好住宿和孩子的早餐，還提供了非常滿意的升房優惠，酒店乾淨衞生自帶游泳池，自助早餐品種也非常豐富，儘管人很多但加菜的速度也快，周邊配套齊全市中心出行也方便

之前也來住過一次，前台人員態度很好，有什麼問題都可以直接問前台。想要提前入住在有房間的前提下也提前入住了，房間也很乾凈，在嘉興市中心的位置這個價格房間還這麼乾淨已經很不錯了，還可以免費停車。衞生間和浴室也都很乾凈，還有投影儀和智能馬桶，綜合來説性價比很高！！

地段位子好，離各景點都不願，不過嘉興也是不大。前台美女漂亮，特別耐心，給予表揚，還做了升級。衞生有待提高，衞生間地板有點粘乎乎的。取消了免費下午茶有點遺憾，還有就是床單和席夢思之間沒有薄毯子，睡覺的時候感覺不平整。不過免費夜宵還是有，雖然簡單，但是吃的舒服，夜宵麼，就是點點而已（白粥，小米粥，紅豆湯），小菜:油炸花生米，各是小鹹菜，還算可以，比沒有的好。礦泉水在電梯廳擺放，隨便可取，這個值得表揚，方便。早餐中規中矩。離店有下禮物，還是很NICE的。這樣的酒店現在好像幾乎沒有吧。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

這是一家人文關懷備至的酒店，設施齊全，洗衣房，健身房，早餐，一應俱全～ 前台小姐姐熱情周到好客，房間寬敞温馨明亮，衞生整潔乾淨～

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

出來玩看見這家評分很高就來住了，整體體驗很好，酒店地理位置優越，前台服務很熱情辦理入住速度很快，還送了小禮品 安排的房間很乾凈，面積很大，床睡着也很舒服，隔音也不錯，早餐也很好吃，還有，落了東西在房間，前台主動聯繫並幫我郵寄回來了，十分感謝！性價比很高

房間很舒適，窗外就是秀洲公園的摩天輪。服務態度也很好。還給小朋友們準備了牙刷和拖鞋，打電話讓總枱送水，也不嫌麻煩，每次都會安排機器人送上來，好評！！
