國慶假期特意挑選人少一點的銀杏天鵝湖飛鳥集民宿，本來不抱什麼期待，結果活動豐富到目不暇接，親子體驗感拉滿！
民宿送了很多遊玩的免費券，小火車，户外無動力樂園，室內樂園，動物餵養，小朋友玩得停不下來.
民宿接駁車隨時可以接送到各個遊玩點，很方便.
送的下午茶也很好吃！
晚上公園組織的篝火晚會，燈光秀，還有煙花表演都很棒！
早餐一般，希望可以更豐富點

這是個比較新的度假酒店，雖然小巧，但是環境雅靜，庭院古樸。房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，健身房挺大的。早餐和下午茶都很令人滿意，晚餐有預訂套餐，也有適合一個人食用的小碟點餐，酒店服務態度也很好。
也有一小缺點。首先百度地圖定位不準，差點開進旁邊的別墅住宅區。房間一進門還有點味道，雖然放了凈化器，平時還需多通風。衞生間乾濕分開，洗漱區很大。衞浴潔具都是TOTO的，而且還有智能馬桶蓋，這個亮點很加分。除了洗漱處，房間沒有鏡子。雖然有沙發茶几，但沒有書桌枱子，看書用電腦都很不方便。有陽台，沒有紗窗門，開門容易有蚊蟲進來。陽台景色現在還不太好，因為對面還在建造濕地公園中。床墊有點太軟了，不怎麼好睡，容易腰痛。房間每天提供4瓶水，再要要加錢。阿姨打掃得不太乾淨，第二天也沒有換一次性拖鞋，連洗漱套裝也沒放置，但是態度很好，進過溝通都處理好了。門口的感應燈太敏感了是個設計缺陷大問題，門外有人，或者樓上有動靜，都很亮燈，一晚上都沒睡好。電話暫時還不能用，聯繫前台衹能打手機。
總體入住還是挺滿意的，希望小問題能改進，會更好。

和朋友一起去鳳橋玩，住在灼華居，房間非常不錯，大床房，乾淨整潔，環境不錯，樓下廳裏可以休息吃飯，但吃飯需要預約。
設施：大床房可以2人一起睡，非常舒服！有浴室浴缸🛁，可以泡澡。
衞生：裏面非常乾淨，環境也好。
環境：周邊有綠植，還有户外桌椅可以在晚上乘涼。
服務：服務非常到位，有什麼要求立馬可以解決。附近有很多吃飯的農家樂，咖啡店，設設施不錯。
下次有時間還會去住，朋友説睡得非常舒服。

👍🏻酒店中餐廳不僅菜量大而且非常好吃，海膽豆腐絕絕子！大堂內還有飲品可以選購，拍拍旗袍美照喝喝下午茶，好不愜意！同時，酒店又臨湖而建，白天和夜晚都可以賞不同的湖景，吃喝玩樂都可以一站式搞定，兩天一夜會過的輕鬆又充實。
☀酒店的服務也很到位，無論是下午茶區的小哥還是前台接待的英子和戴眼鏡小哥，都是微笑服務，還非常有效快速的解決問題👍🏻

一共住2晚 第一天入住後，一直到半夜才26°，第二天28白天，晚上26，作孽呀，實在是親戚住附近，不想再搬來搬去的了
服務態度很好，大熱天的，空調硬件設施跟不上，看了好幾間房間温度後，還是沒有辦法解決…衹能
空調不行，風扇，凈化器輔助

酒店規模也不小，客房還是很乾凈的，前台給升級了帶陽台的房間，還送了歡迎水果，感謝店家。周邊很安靜住宿體驗很好，酒店距離西柵景點入口大約1.7公里左右，但酒店承包了來回景點的交通，這點還是相當讚的，第二天退房前台還贈送了禮品，非常貼心，旅遊了很多城市入住過超多的酒店，臨走時還能收到禮品的也是屈指可數，最後想對店家説307房的空調不怎麼給力，能抽個空看一下嗎？這次入住的體驗超棒🌹🌹🌹👍👍👍

BBaoweiluomadiwang朋友介紹南湖賓館不錯，想着週末人會多價格也也高些，所以選擇週日入住。從上海開車去嘉興路程不遠，比較適合我們這種沒有耐力開持久車的人。酒店就在南湖邊上，整體環境綠化都不錯，攜程上購買的園景房套餐，和前台溝通後加錢更換成豪華園景房，房間非常大氣，設施也不錯，因為是21年建造的，偶爾會聞到一些裝修味道，不過因為秋天了，氣味散發沒有夏季厲害，再加上可以打開陽台門，所以對人沒有影響。酒店健身場地雖然不大，但也中規中矩，泳池最多同時三個人下水。酒店餐廳有中餐、日料以及西式自助餐，味道和品種也不錯。酒店因為建造在南湖邊上，住店客人可以無限次刷卡進入南湖公園，比較適合年紀偏大的人羣遊玩。酒店周邊步行可以遊覽的景點不少，如紀念春秋時期伍子胥而建的壕股塔，也有江南風格的攬秀元等等，南湖周圍生活設施也齊全，其中南湖天地類似於上海新天地商業中心，餐飲，購物，玩樂都不錯。總體感覺這次週末度假很不錯，唯一遺憾是客房對着嘉興鐵路，每天不間斷的會聽到火車行駛的聲音，還有房間正對着酒店地下車庫出入口，也會時不時車輛進出的噪音。

1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

MMelody Cowe took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids.
We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

MMichael ZargarovThis is a marvelous homestay-guesthouse. Located in a quiet area of the old-town, but very close to many bars and restaurants. Next door to a temple.
The owner is a friendly man who loves cats... and has three lazy, fat cats who sleep most of the time. He even gave us chilled bottles of Perrier French mineral water upon our arrival! The courtyard has two Loquat trees which provided many delicious fruits.
Our room was upstairs in this renovated old Qing-Dynasty house. We had a small private balcony. The bed was very comfortable, with great bolster pillows for watching movies on the huge screen. There was a refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was huge and even included a Japanese toilet with bidet functions. Soft towels. Good toiletries.
The included breakfasts, served in the courtyard, were wonderful. Fried bread, two-kinds of dumplings, soy milk, boiled eggs. Delicious coffee. Watermelon slices.
Xitang is a beautiful, if a bit over-commercialized ”ancient” town. We enjoyed our visit, and this lovely guest-house. The guesthouse is a bit hard to locate. It is in the Eastern part of the old town, near the bar street. For those who enjoy Hanfu, there are MANY shops nearby where you can rent the costumes.

This is a family business and the owner is always around to help you with anything if needed. Also, if you are a foreign like us and don’t speak Chinese, he will ask his daughter to help you. She speaks a very good english!
Location: just perfect! 10 min. walking from the west scenic area;
Room: the owner kindle gave an upgrade and we stayed in a super nice room, really spacious, with a big window and a small resting area.
Amenities: There’s not much besides a restaurant in the ground floor, what’s very convenient and we totally recommend. The food is very tasty!
Please note the location in Trip.com is not 100% accurate but you just need to walk 500m more straight ahead (from the place that is marked, go straight, cross the road, walk 500m more. The hotel will be at your right). You won’t find a place with the name “Yueman Xilou Theme Inn” so please look for the entrance that you see in the pictures of the hotel.

MMy Shanghai LifeFinally a hotel that is a true five star hotel by European standards. Great service throughout our stay and a delicious breakfast. We booked an executive room and had the benefits of having access to the executive lounge with a decent standard and great view.
The best of all was that my daughter had a small accident and the hotel staff accompanied us to the nearest hospital and took care of our girl so well. Truly appreciated, especially since we as foreigners don’t speak Chinese.
Conclusion: this is one of the better hotels that we stayed in in China.

PPengguna TetamuPositives - The room assigned to me on the 2nd floor is big with a double bed that could be a little hard but that is normal for beds in China. There is a huge bath tub and toilet which looks like the Japanese toilet but the bidet function is not working and the flushing function is working. There are the usual amenities such as disposable towels in plastic and slippers. There is a balcony overlooking the river with a table and 4 chairs for guests to seat together. It is a very good location facing the famed covered tiled roof street and many eateries around. I checked that the prices sold are reasonable when compared to same items sold in Shanghai.
Area for improvement. The location of the inn is quite difficult for me to find as there is no map to indicate where it is and there is no English signage to show the direction. I have to ask around and I managed to figure out the street name in English. I wish there is a drop-off location mentioned for the taxi drivers to follow. The owners cannot speak English at all and I rely on Google translate to converse with them.

CchngccRooms looked exactly like the photos, really cozy with a seating area overlooking the river. I was sold the moment I saw the huge glass windows. My view was partially blocked by trees but that wasn't a dealbreaker. There was also a cozy hangout place down at the lobby. Hosts were friendly and there was a house cat to keep you company.
The hotel is located just outside the Xizha walls, at the opposite end of its ticket entrance. You can either walk there or take didi, so location isn't much if an issue. After absorbing in all the night scenes, you can exit the Xizha scenic area at a gate that's right next to the hotel. Very convenient.
While you can spend no crowd early mornings and late nights of Xizha if you were to stay inside the scenic area itself, it comes at a steep price for hotels, compared to what you can get outside the walls. I definitely recommend staying outside for its cost effectiveness, if you go during non peak periods, you pretty much have the whole scenic area to yourself anytime of the day anyways.

Room is spacious with big bed. Shower room is a little bit small but it’s fine for us.
Location is very close to the Xicha watertown entrance. Easy walking distance. Also many restaurants nearby, and costumes rental if you want to dress up with traditional chinese dresses while visiting Xicha. 😉
