Good location , really nice and helpful stuff, all of them ! Very comfortable bed , like a cloud . But most of all - The breakfast .. it was so good , with Spanish touch of course , and special thanks goes to Roger Ghael - best omelet I ever had ! Brava ! I had two by the way .. Thank you all !

Close to the high-speed rail station, I've stayed here multiple times and have always been satisfied. However, this time I booked a panoramic room but didn't get it, I'm not sure why. Also, the welcome drink wasn't offered.

This is an older, well-established hotel located right next to Jinan West Railway Station. The rooms are nice and fully equipped, and the public areas are spacious. The breakfast offers a good variety. Being next to Jinan West Station, it's incredibly convenient to walk to the station, which is a huge plus for anyone traveling from there. The area around Jinan West Station is quite lively, and despite being a new district, it has plenty of shopping and dining options. The only downside is that it's a bit far from Jinan's traditional tourist attractions, about a 30-minute drive or taxi ride, which could be longer on holidays. However, with subway access, it's still manageable. The hotel has a small, free outdoor parking area, which is a small traffic circle with limited spaces. The underground parking is shared, so you'll need to get a validation ticket from the front desk each time. The rooms are spacious, though the design clearly shows its age. The lighting is a bit dim, and there are no adjustable light modes. Still, overall, it's very good, offering a safe, umbrella, and refrigerator. Unlike newer hotels with thick, firm mattresses, the twin beds here have moderately soft and incredibly bouncy mattresses, making for a very comfortable sleep. During my stay, Jinan's weather was pleasant, and sleeping with the windows open was just right; sometimes I even needed to close them at night, which was nice. The bathroom features a convenient double-sink design, and the shower has excellent water pressure. The water temperature is surprisingly amazing, which is a big plus for a high-rise building. The rainfall showerhead is installed in the ceiling, and the water still feels hot when it reaches you – truly fantastic! This alone sets it apart from many other high-rise hotels. Breakfast is served on the second floor of the hotel, starting quite early at 6:30 AM. However, at this time, some preparations are still underway, and not all dishes are fully ready, so it's better to go around 7:00 AM. The breakfast restaurant is very large and has plenty of tables. The breakfast selection is quite rich, but surprisingly, they don't offer Jinan's famous 'Bazi Rou' (braised pork), which is a bit unusual for a hotel in Jinan. They provide several hot dishes, which are well-prepared but not particularly outstanding. There's a live cooking station for wontons and noodles; the noodles vary daily, but the sauce tends to be a bit bland. They also have a unique 'egg bun' (similar to an omelet) at the fried egg station. They don't usually make it proactively, but you can ask a staff member to prepare it for you on the spot, which takes about 3 minutes. If you pair it with bacon, sausage, and beans, you've got a classic Western breakfast. The drinks offered at the restaurant are good, and with ice, they're even better. The hotel service is also on point. Both the front desk and restaurant staff are efficient, especially the restaurant staff who are constantly cleaning and tidying up. The front desk staff even personally delivered takeout to my door when the robot was busy, which is truly commendable.

The most comfortable hotel next to Jinan West Station. It's a five-star standard, and the dining is absolutely fantastic. This will be my go-to choice for all future business trips to Jinan. The breakfast spread is extensive and delicious. Highly recommend!

Wendy upgraded my room, and I had a very comfortable stay. I received a complimentary welcome drink (with options) and a decent welcome snack. The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station. Whenever I come to Jinan for business, I always stay at this hotel.

Facilities: Fully equipped with everything you could need! Cleanliness: Spotless and very nice! Environment: Surrounded by shops and right next to the train station! Service: Warm and thoughtful service! Excellent value for money, especially with the discount during the New Year period! Great perks included: complimentary fruit and snacks, plus a welcome drink!

Facilities: Although a bit old, they are well-maintained. Environment: Clean and hygienic. Service: Very attentive and polite. The hotel is very close to West Station, making it the top choice for those traveling by high-speed rail.

The overall environment is quite good, but some of the room's hardware facilities are a bit old, for example, the air conditioning control panel wasn't very responsive. For the executive benefits, I had to proactively inquire about the laundry service; it seemed the staff weren't entirely clear on it and had to confirm. The front desk service was good, and the hotel's location is very convenient for getting to Jinan West Station. I'd consider staying here again.

The hotel was absolutely stunning! The staff is friendly, helpful, they assist in English. I will definitely go back again.

I really wanted to give a good review, but there were a few things I wasn't happy about. 1. The pre-authorization amount was all over the place. They charged an extra 2000 along with the room fee. 2. We stayed for two nights, but on the second day, our room key didn't work, and we couldn't use it to access the elevator. It was a real hassle. 3. The underground parking belongs to another hotel, so you can't use it. When it's 38 degrees out, you're forced to park above ground, if you can even find a spot. 4. The 'welcome drink' they advertised? That didn't exist either. Can I get a refund for that? 5. The facilities are very old. The TV is tiny, and the sound is extremely low. And then, to top it all off, the hotel actually called me to solicit a good review? That's just ridiculous.

The hotel is close to the high-speed train station, and the rooms are well-equipped. The staff are warm and attentive. The executive privileges and late check-out until 4 PM (subject to availability) are all special services that I really appreciate.

Excellent location, and the staff are incredibly helpful and proactive. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and it's super convenient for both dining and accommodation. Breakfast offers a great variety and is absolutely delicious. Five-star rating!

This is my second time staying here, and from the welcome fruit and drinks upon arrival, to the check-in process and even assistance with the elevator, everything made me feel so warm and welcomed. The room was clean and fresh, just like coming home. I had a great night's sleep, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. I also noticed foreign staff in the restaurant, which shows there are quite a few international guests staying here!

Very convenient …good value for the money… Just 2 minutes walking from Jinan West Railway Station.
