Ulasan Songyun No.1 Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area)

The location is good. But hotel cleanliness is not the best - the bed sheets, wall and surfaces in toilet had clear stains, there was also dust in many areas. The basin tap is shaky, the shower water pressure was very very small, heating system was either too hot or too cold, no in between, I couldn’t have a proper shower. In the morning the hot water was basically not working at all I can’t wash my hands & face without freezing. The heating from the A/C system was also not effective, I still had to wear 3 layers to sleep even after setting the temperature to 30degree Celsius. There was also a power outage at night. There is no do not disturb sign/option so the staff entered my room twice before I could check out.

The original room given was terrible! First the key card didn’t open the room door - had to go down to the reception to get it fixed. Eventuality got the door open to find that the inner part of the door handle/lock was loose, the room smell, plaster was flaky and coming off at the bottom of walls, and there was a big big gap between the door frame that and the wall. Went down to the reception again to complain and the receptionist wasn’t very happy. She said all those things should not affect our sleep in the room. She very reluctantly changed the room after I insisted on it. The replacement room wasn’t much better. It was bigger as it was a family room, but there was still plaster coming off at the bottom of walls. There was no gap between the door frame and the wall, but the window wouldn’t close so the room was freezing cold. It was a very bad experience!

Hotel is not much far from jiuzhaigou entrance. Appox 1.4 km. Location is near bus drop off/pick up to huanglongjiuzhai station. Many restaurant nearby.

The hotel is able to reach to Jiuzhaigou national park in 10 -15 mins by foots. There is a lot of restaurant nearby the hotel. The reception has a good service mind. She helped us booking a bus to Song pan and walk along with us to show where the bus station is. The room is clean. There is warmer bed for cold weather. My room is located on the 1sr floor and it's near stair so there might has people noise when they walk by. My recommendation is to stay upper floor.

That's a nice location near Jiujaigou Natural park and near from a bus station from Chengdu But I don't like a smell in the room I think they from a restroom and very tiny room Whatever I very like a weather

Near valley entrance 2 km. But far from bus stations from chengdu 3km.in community area. Cleanness is fair.

設施：可以住的。設施遠看還行，房間也不錯。 服務：店員（還是老闆？）也算有問必答。 環境：旁邊有吃的，但對面街更加繁華，咱們兩天都是走去對面街吃飯的。 景區：走去景區十五分鐘左右吧，然後走去月亮灣坐大巴走五六分鐘的樣子。 最可怕的是晚上九點多居然碰上停電。據聞九寨溝一帶蠻常停電的，但酒店沒有發電機，於是晚上在一片漆黑中摸索了快一小時。不過這個價格來説性價比已經不錯了，還要什麼自行車。

小姐姐提前給打開空調 打開電熱毯，進到房間就是暖的！！超級感動！！毛巾一次性的，馬桶坐便器也準備了一次性的套套，很周全了！就是房間設施吧，算過得去畢竟才100多，衞生打掃可以的！另外 九寨溝超級美！！

人還沒到店家就提前給開空調電熱毯熱房挺好，房間很乾凈，新裝修的，衞生間大led燈對女生化粧很友好，就是吹風機太難用了！要使勁按着才會出風，我一中長髮吹個半幹中途休息了十多次，手痠得不行！電視遙控不靈，調不了台。對了，衞生間熱水小，温熱，洗到中途還停電了，給我嚇得，還好半小時後電了

如果有6星好評那麼我會給予6星好評，首先是11號從黃龍九寨高鐵站出來的時候已經快九點了，到酒店時已經將近11點了，老闆娘早早地便把空調和電熱毯給開上了，讓我們的入住初體驗就十分舒適。之後最重要也是最讓人印象深刻的便是12號遊玩完九寨溝後本人直接高原反應發作，大半夜老闆娘直接陪同我們前往九寨溝第二人民醫院進行救護。在之後得到及時治療後半夜打不到車老闆娘還動用朋友幫我們送回酒店。上面這些事發生後我真的已經感激之情溢於言表了。九寨溝不僅山清水秀，遇到老闆娘這樣心地善良的好人更是人生中的一大幸事。

房間很滿意，前台小姐姐很貼心，讓我們意外的是，我們來的時候已經提前把空調和電熱毯開好了，一進去好暖和，讓我意外的還有他們酒店是提供一次性浴巾和一次性毛巾，瞬間好感翻雙倍，離九寨溝溝口也不遠，步行二十分鐘就到了。打車有點貴，1.3公里10元錢。其他都很棒。

早餐種類非常多，而且看起來都很精緻，感覺物有所值呀食材顏色很好，色澤紅亮，味道濃而不膩，是非常正宗的一家店這是我最喜歡的一個平台之一，因為在這總事能挖掘到很多新奇的店，棒棒的！體驗感非常不錯，分泌了超多多巴胺，超級快樂！
