The room is very different from photos of the room. Someone posted wrong photos of the room on trip.com. Hope it gets changed. The room and location is ok, next to terminal 21 and BTS train station

Excellent location, excellent hospitality, excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is abit dated but it’s not much of an issue because most things work well. The bed is uncomfortable because it’s too soft and does not have movement isolation. My partner and I would wake each other up when we turn in our sleep. I would stay again.

The hotel is very old, need an over all upgrade. The cleanliness of the room and public area need to pay attention. However, the person who checked me in is very friendly and good although he is just a trainee from Korea and only works there for few months. His name is Lee. Please convert my compliments to Lee to the hotel.

This hotel is so relaxing that you don’t want to leave. The staff are friendly and remember your name from the previous day. The room is a good size and has everything you need. The breakfast has a huge selection of delicious choices made. Lastly, the pool is great for relaxing a d drinking cocktails.Really nice and stylish hotel. Amazing breakfast buffet including low fat yoghurt. Unfortunately the hotel is next to a big street and it is a little difficult to catch a Tuktuk. Also a little minus is the small pool area in comparison to the size of hotel, same with gym area.This is not the first time I have stayed in your hotel group. I will stay in your hotel every time I go to Bangkok. I think your hotel has a very high overall rating. The service, cleaning facilities, and food quality are very good, so I will rent it every time I come to Bangkok. I hope you will have a good and special experience when I stay in your hotel next time.👍🏻😊

Location is good with sky train and bts nearby. Hotel has s just beside Terminal 21 with good shopping and food. Rooms is clean and comfortable as well.

My go to hotel whenever I visit BKK. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff are helpful and friendly. concierge service is great.

Beware if you bring more than 1 kid hotel won’t allow you to stay in the same room. Have to book 2 rooms even though your kids less than 12 yo. JW Marriott is better than this hotel.

5 Star hotel with thumb size cockroach IN THE ROOM. That is all I can say. I will not go back there ever.

Good location, near BTS and Terminal 21. But a bit old, aircon a bit noisy.

Of the dozens of hotel I've been to in Bangkok, Westin is definitely one of the most hospitality one. The entire staff, right from Robert the GM down to every single minor staff, offered the most friendly service that made us feel like dignitaries. Furthermore, it's location is most convenient, right at the busiest part of the city yet just a couple of steps away from the bts and mrt stations. This is one hotel in Bangkok that I would strongly recommend.

In the hearth of Sukumvith street, very convenient. Close to shops, malls, clubs and restaurants. Huge breakfast with western, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Korean and local food.

although the hotel is a little old but the service is still excellent
