Ulasan Conrad Jiuzhaigou

Pretty grand and decent resort located about 15 min car ride from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve Park, which is about 1.5 hour car ride from Huanglong Jiuzhaigou high speed rail station. Great resort introduction and check in/out services by concierge staff Molly and Eve. Great food and services at the restaurants within the resort. We also attended the ******* bonfire in the evening as part of the hotel activities. It was a great and memorable experience.

The environment was quiet and beautiful.  The buffet breakfast was nice with a large variety of food.  The staff were all very kind, in particular, Darcy gave my little daughter a little gift that made her very happy!

Wonderful hotel in 九寨沟。Absolute joy to wake up to a beautiful view. Room is perfect for family of 4. Hotel blends in well with the scenery with nicely planted vegetation. Can't wait to return in autumn! PS. Thumbs up to Jesse 杨 for her exceptional service to make our stay perfect!

The resort is almost perfect but too bad one of your female phone answering service is so annoying, I was requested for drinking bottle water to be deliver to my room, but this female (I suspected she work in frontdesk too who with glasses) answer my call in a very rude and unfriendly tonality! This really make my mood foul that day.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Room has no heating function, but we could turn on the air- conditioning function to offset the low temperature and kept the room to a comfortable 25.5deg C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Added the conceirge on wechat and they constantly checked in on us to see if our needs were met. Breakfast was good with both international breakfast and local breakfast available. Will definitely stay at Conrad Jiuzhaigou again if we were to visit again.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel was very clean and the view was beautiful. Staff were also exceptionally warm and friendly. Would like to say a big thank you to eve (阿里） for being super responsive and approachable, which made our trip even more memorable. Her attention to detail, helpful nature and kindness definitely made our trip an extremely wonderful one. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

excellent service. All the staff we encountered were polite and helpful with giving out tips and orientating us to the place. The hotel itself is luxuriously decorated. Will visit again! Very pleasant experience. Breathtaking views of sunrise in the comfort of our room.

The hotel is definitely my choice when I go to Jiuzhaigou again. Most staff, including the young guys who shuttled us between room and front desk/restaurant, were very friendly and helpful. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were all very nice and offered to help. The Concierge manager Jacky Zhang always replied to WeChat requests on a timely basis and made us feel most welcome when saw us in person. We stayed there for 4 nights and some staff recognized us and remembered our room number! They were all super friendly when we chatted with them. On the other hand, staff in the dinner restaurant 炙 are not too helpful or cheerful and need more training to improve the service. The hotel entrance was not always manned including when we arrived. More staff would be needed to ensure timely assistance for arriving guests. Our suite was spacious and at this time of the year could see a snow capped mountain outside the room's windows. The walk-in closet was a bit small relative to the size of the suite, but could accommodate one large open luggage and one small open one. The door of the washroom near the room's entrance was so heavy it was not possible to use that washroom. The nearby walk-in closet door was also super heavy, in any case, once our large luggage is open, that door became jammed by the luggage and could not be open, so we ended up using the entrance from the other side (the bedroom side). A cab ride to the scenic area took 20 minutes and some 42 Reminbi, that saved us the trouble of trying to find a car park at the scenic area where parking spaces were very limited. Many cabs also awaited tourists outside the scenic area when we were finished sight seeing for the day so there was no problem with getting back to the hotel. We dined at the hotel"s dinner restaurant twice and the food was alright though a bit on the high end according to mainland China's standard and for that yet to improve level of service. We were not offered a menu on the first day of buffet breakfast, but on subsequent days we were offered to choose additional items including different egg preparation, congees, noodles, etc. described in the menu. The breakfast restaurant was a bit small so tables were rather near one another, but we went at off peak hours so that was acceptable. There were enough varieties to keep us satisfied but must say not enough varieties for a 5-star hotel; in particular, there was only one type of salad leaf. The bath tub made a loud strange noise after use. We had to unplug from the electric socket to stop the intermitten loud wind blowing noise. That was reported to the front desk when we checked out, but somehow my communication in poor Putongua mixed with English terms was misunderstood by the front desk initially. All in all, I selected Jiuzhaigou Conrad after reviewing the choices carefully, and I still think this is probably the best choice for my needs. Will stay here again next time!
