因為有的忙，這是一個遲來的好評@服務管家肖玲。從河西走廊轉甘南自駕回成都，遇見了九寨最美的秋天，驚歎之餘趕緊給家裡長者搶了來九寨的高鐵票。謝謝管家肖玲，雖未謀面，但是細心周到的服務讓我很是感動，聽説是位美麗的藏族姑娘，對兩位長者照顧有加，還給到長者家漂亮的藏服體驗！保利新九寨景區直通車可以直達，看點評説內部裝修有些過時了，但是我爸很喜歡這樣的實木大理石風格～總之，長者家很是滿意，謝謝酒店周到的服務！

老闆娘很熱情，店員服務很好。我們到的晚，路上就接到酒店的詢問電話，幫我們提前開好了空調還問我們路上吃沒吃飯，提醒我們路滑小心駕駛，很貼心。
設施：酒店設施齊全，有充電樁，我們在這充的電，收費不貴很方便。
環境：環境優美，有院子，小孩可以玩。
衞生：走廊、樓梯、餐廳、房間都十分乾淨整潔。
這次九寨行玩的住的看的都很滿意，完美😄

去的前一陣剛好泥石流了，童話公路和上山的小路都在搶修，略微顛簸，這邊沒辦法，靠天賞飯。
到了之後環境很好，比較適合度假式的放鬆一下，
坐在星空屋前的小院裏很愜意。
但如果你需要趕路去景點，可能會覺得有點遠，還是鎮上或景區門口好。我們住了一晚溝口兩晚這類山頭的。
服務真的很完美，管家很到位，心情很好。

客棧位置便利，在九寨夜市（九寨千古情旁邊）對面，是九旅悦行的下車點附近，周邊飯店便利店較多，在**扎藏餐廳吃了兩頓。客棧鬧中取靜，床品衞生乾淨，最近的天氣也很乾燥，九寨溝一天逛累了睡得很舒服，我們的房型位於四樓，沒有電梯，我們沒有大件行李所以可接受，不累。客棧的貓咪招財，蠻親人，很可愛。老闆幫忙代訂的千古情門票，貴賓席竟然分到了第一排正中間的位置，演出很棒，值得一看。老闆幫送到九寨溝檢票處，車程也挺快，住這邊不用擔心到景區的距離。總體好評！

我是國慶節2號入住的酒店，酒店給我的體驗感真的拉滿呀！家人們 ，因為我是第二次來九寨溝，第一次來九寨溝玩的時候入住的酒店體驗感不是很好，所以我在這次帶家人來玩的時候對於酒店的選擇很是糾結，要性價比高，也要入住體驗好，在通過我跟前台小姐姐的不斷溝通下（小姐姐很耐心，感謝！）還是選擇入住在正順享達酒店，我定的是套房單間，房間有展示櫃，衣櫃，茶台，還有我最喜歡的超大床，衞生間的馬桶也是智能的（很贊），在放下行李後也快到晚上飯點了，去了樓下的氂牛肉湯鍋（又一個驚喜點來了！！）我們一家三口叫了一個小鍋還有一份青稞餅，分量很大！而且氂牛肉真的很好吃！肉質滑嫩微甜，湯也是非常非常好喝，門口還有賣牛肉串的，可惜我們吃的太飽了，下次來一定要嚐嚐！
晚上打開窗户就能看見熱鬧的風情街（隔音很好呦！），還能眺望遠方的山川！妙哉！
退房的時候前台還贈送了兩個可愛的小手串哈哈！非常感謝正順享達員工的熱情招待！！

我們訂的套房，裏面有一張一米八的床和一張一米的床，外面一張一米五的床，一家人都夠睡了，裏面還有一張辦公桌，位置再離九寨溝景區兩點四公里地方，打車十塊二十都可以。出租車貴點，酒店服務ok，有問題都能解決。不過建議給些説明 酒店電話是單獨線，需要撥打前台電話這個有點奇怪，不過能用。衞生ok，早餐也還行，出來旅遊要求不高就還好。就是有些住客的素質一般般，抽煙就在餐廳裏面，有時候在走廊，也沒有人制止，可能當地人都覺得沒有啥，附近有餐飲，牛肉麪大王那家青稞餅和牛肉麪不錯。性價比高。房間設施感覺有點舊，不像是剛裝修好的 可能衹是刷了牆，但是總體來説還好。

We are international (Australian) so this review will help if your visiting from overseas.
Very clean and cute hotel, the owner was honestly the best! very hospitable and friendly. They provide lifts to and from the hotel as needed. (To the national park, restaurants, bus stops etc). There is a washing machine and dryer free to use, really handy if you are backpacking.
It's not walking distance from the national park but it's close and the lift service makes it super easy.
The restaurant which provides the included breakfast is just down the road. The food is honestly great and they have vegetarian options for all meals which is great if your vegetarian or over eating meat for every meal.
Only thing to consider is the rooms are smoker friendly. Its disclosed on the booking information so don't be surprised. We don't smoke but didn't mind as the room didn't smell. Very clean

酒店的服務更為一流的硬件設施增色，客房經理和服務經理對服務流程高度重視，對反饋響應及時。早餐廳Vicky在熱情提供早餐服務的同時，還憑藉其在景區多年工作經驗為我們做出天氣提示與着裝建議。諸多服務亮點令人動容。

Ia agak jauh dari Mizoguchi, kira-kira 3 kilometer, dan tidak banyak hotel di sekitar. Kemudahan hotel agak baru, dan pemandangan di luar tingkap juga bagus. Namun, hotel mengatakan bahawa ia boleh dihantar ke Mizoguchi, dan anda boleh menunggu di lobi selepas sarapan. NNomadica BryanI am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores.
Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness and provide more assistance to international guests would definitely be a great thing for the hotel to come out greater than the rest of the nearby hotels. Hope to see you again.

LLiusanyi到站比較晚，商家一直很貼心幫忙和我們保持聯繫，以便我們能夠順利入住。在此期間不斷像家長告知我們如何做怎麼走，真的很暖心。本來廚師21:00就下班，跟酒店商量提前給我們準備了湯鍋，真的非常豐盛，酒店的小哥哥小姐姐一直等我們用餐完,獻上哈達才陸續休息。地暖十足房間很大，很乾凈。還有浴缸套和浴鹽。誠意感滿滿，（用餐期間還告訴我們怎麼玩），第二天人不多酒店給我們專門準備了專屬早餐（應該是人不多的情況下才有時間），甜牛奶大家一定要嚐嚐，每天都喝，每天吃的飽飽的中餐都吃不下。酒店有一個小姐姐拿鐵和美式打的很好喝。去景區全程接送到景區門口（有時間範圍跟商家提前溝通好），酒店工作人員都是本地人幫忙聯繫了去高鐵站的車（自費），真的是做到了全程貼心服務。價格配合服務和配套，性價比賊高（酒店地暖全天供應），衹能説老闆格局很大。看得出來地板也是下了真功夫，材質是真的細心打磨了。還有個水池庭院，從外面走進來還以為進了什麼宋氏美學餐廳。衹能説這次來九寨溝，酒店給的貼心感和九寨溝海子的景色拉滿了體驗。
對了，點名 小秦，非常熱情且專業素養很高。

BBoon TiongAbsolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly.
Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

Breakfast alot of options n delicious.
I dine in for dinner as well and the food is delicious. You can order dishes pair with rice or even hotpot.
Front desk is helpful.
There is a hot spring as well if u are interested.
The location is abit deserted but they have free shuttle service to main place like entrance of jiu zai gou. Easy to order didi as well.
Also we check out very early around 5:45am and thy manage to prepare a car to send us to take the bus back to huanglong railway station. Thanks for the great service.

CCJTheGoofyThis place is perfect for unwinding. It is located 15 minutes away from the main road. The hotel offered free pick up and drop off so the distance to the main area is not really a problem. Very peaceful and has a splendid view from the cabin. The amenities were also impressive.
We would have loved to have:
1. A map or guide for more leisure possibilities such as hiking trails around the area. We only were to explore by ourselves by walking down to a beautiful ******* village.
2. More options for breakfast. Compared to other hotels in the same price category, the breakfast is too simple.
3. As the cabin is using smart home technology, a user manual or a short instruction on paper would be helpful.
Overall, our stay was relaxing and worth the price.

JJAMESGreat location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur.
Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour.
If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

PPengguna TetamuThe location of this inn is literally in the centre of the town, which provides easy access to restaurants (for ******* food and BBQ, can ask for recommendations from the inn owner Xiao Bi or Mr Feng) and the most famous show ”Jiu Zai Qian Gu Qing” (highly recommended even if you can't speak Chinese)(15 mins walk). Although it is a bit distant from the national park entrance (10 mins driving distance), the owner Mr. Feng offered free transportation taking us there and picking us up.
The owners were really friendly and helpful. There is an in-house restaurant which serves local specialties such as highland beef hotpot and wild mushroom free range chicken hotpot. The home-made honey yogurt barley wheat bread was super delicious. We had to leave early for a bus back to Chengdu (7.45am), Xiao Bi made an effort to get up early to cook us noodles for breakfast.
Beautiful scenery around the Inn. The inn was converted from a traditional ******* property. The rooms were decorated and furnished in a Chinese style and each bed comes with its own panda. The inn provides disposable towels every day, which is probably not everyone's cup of tea, as they are quite small if you have long hair, but there is a hair dryer available.
This inn is for people who like to enjoy the slow pace of life in the Highlands (you can't rush physically as you could easily get out of breath due to low oxygen levels) and who like social interaction with other travellers and inn owners.
The owners are not English speaking but they have no problems communicating with non Chinese speakers using a translation app.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jiuzhaigou Lankamu Inn, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of my trip! From the moment I arrived, I was embraced by the authentic ******* and Buddhist atmosphere that permeates the inn. The décor, the peaceful surroundings, and the warm hospitality make you feel like you're truly immersed in the culture of the region.
While the inn is a bit farther from Jiuzhaigou National Park compared to some other hotels, this distance was quickly forgotten thanks to the generous hospitality of the owner. He offered us rides to and from the park, making it incredibly easy to explore the stunning natural beauty without any hassle. I also appreciated his flexibility when I needed to leave early to catch a train to Chengdu via Huanglong Jiu Zhai. It was a relief to know that he was more than willing to accommodate my schedule.
Breakfast at the inn was simple yet nutritious, featuring delicious baozi, mantou, and eggs. It was the perfect way to start a day full of adventures!
Overall, Jiuzhaigou Lankamu Inn is a hidden gem that offers a unique and authentic experience. If you're looking for a tranquil place that captures the essence of ******* culture and provides outstanding service, look no further. I highly recommend this inn to anyone visiting the Jiuzhaigou area!
