Devi Bhawan - A Heritage Hotel

We absolutely love this gem of a hotel. A heritage hotel - elegant but relaxed - set in a beautiful explosion of a garden. Green and tropical brilliant planting with splashes of bright bougainvillea - all beautifully maintained. Various seating area’s to soak it all in and listen to the birds singing. B’fast and dinner is served on a raised terrace overlooking the garden. There is a good sized well tended pool to enjoy from sunrise to sunset. The staff are just lovely - all of them. You realise that you’ve arrived at somewhere rather special.

We stayed for 2 nights at Devi Bhawan and my only regret was that I did not stay for longer. A beautiful property with a lovely pool. The place transforms at night giving you all the magical feels (especially the restaurant where you can dine under the trees). We could only get the Standard room as all other options were booked, but it was good too - clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

One of the all round loveliest hotels we have stayed in. Rooms were beautifully furnished and felt pleasantly secluded from other residents. Nice common areas and pool; excellent breakfasts served by friendly staff. I was worried it might be too close to the airport but we didn't suffer any noise intrusion; it felt like a lush private oasis. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

We were able to enjoy this wonderful accommodation for two nights. The beautifully landscaped garden is an oasis of peace. The service is perfect, the staff is very friendly, the food and breakfast are excellent and the nicely furnished room is spacious and clean. We felt very comfortable in this accommodation.

This hotel is in my Top 3 in India. It is a beautiful 80year old hotel with extensive gardens and lovely areas to sit and relax. The restaurant overlooks the garden and is beautifully lit in the evening. We took dinner one evening and it was very tasty. All the staff are amazingly helpful and do everything to help you. My SLR camera was malfunctioning and they helped me to find a repair shop who fixed the problem. The room was beautifully decorated with 4-poster bed and large bathroom. Spotlessly clean with quality sheets. The upstairs rooms have a terrace with chairs. Good sized pool and surround in the garden. If you are in Jodhpur this is your oasis!

The property is extremely charming and has a lovely quaint and old-world feel to it. It is very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and equipped with all the amenities. The property has beautiful plants and foliage all around with fountains and sit outs, a lush green oasis in the heart of Jodhpur. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was courteous and obliging. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

It was the best deluxe room I have had with a hint of luxury and rustic old architecture. This place has my heart. The lush greens around the villas with seating and chilling with a book and chai in the weather was absolute delight. The delicious food and a welcoming host added to the experience.

If you want to wake up surrounded by lush gardens and eagles flying over your balcony, this is your spot. Simple yet charming traditional Indian villa with friendly and efficient staff. You’ll only hear the hectic city center and horns afar. Should be nice to come also with kids on warmer months to enjoy the pool and outdoor areas.

I went with my wife & sisters. I was very attracted with the pictures, and once I visited it was beautiful. Just like a dream resort with lush green gardens & beautiful pool side. Staff was friendly too, we enjoyed whole day, but I & my family got a very strange vibe after sunset. It was a very negative & controlling vibe. We could feel the presence of something strange happening around us. We booked two rooms, but things were getting so scary, we ***aged to sleep in one room & and even after that, for some strange reason we all couldn’t sleep until sunrise. The place is definitely ******* and not recommended at all.
